We got the crab rangoon which was on point, and the hot and sour soup, which was packed with flavor I ordered the Hunan chicken at their regular spice level, which was pretty mid and if you like heat, definitely go spicier. I also added peanuts and snow peas to make it just how I like it. It was really good with the steamed rice My wife got the Peking duck, and since it was only their second day, it took a bit longer than expected to prepare, but once it arrived, it was delicious with the sauce and those fluffy lotus buns they serve it with. So good and definitely worth the price Annie, our server, was great, and the managers kept checking on us because they noticed the wait. But hey, it was only their second day, so you can't really blame them. We'll definitely be back!

His answer that he was given? " they could not find the ingredient...sorry". Legit they served me a dish missing its key component and thought I wouldnt notice. And I was expected to pay full price for a dish missing its key item! (Imagine asking for a bacon cheeseburger .. and not finding any bacon because they couldnt find it.. but still charged you for a bacon burger price instead of a cheaper cheeseburger ) But do not fret! The chef came out!... to chitchat with her friend at the next table with not a single apology for .. the incident. Not from management.. not from kitchen. No discount for the subpar dish.. no complimentary drink or whatever.. like damn.. 100 dollar bill and I got cold food and not my food i ordered.. Currently my husband and I feel .. we will probably not return for many moons.. and not going to encourage any of our friends to go. It is sad, I had high hopes for them.

The Szechuan chicken had just the right kick, the soup was spot-on, and every dish tasted like it had just come out of the kitchen. Best of all, the order was ready the moment I walked in the door. I then requested to talk to a manger and was told the manager was not there. 10 seconds later the delivery lady said the manager was there and passed the phone to her.... I was then given two options, 1) they would deliver the correct food but I would have to pay the $3.50 delivery fee. 2) I would be able to receive the correct food next time I ordered for free and still have to pay a minimum delivery cost and the delivery fee. Basically telling me I would have to pay either way for their mistake. I then was told the manager said they would deliver the food for free. I was held on the phone for over half an hour, which is noted in the attached picture. It is now 8:13 almost 2 hours from when I was told the correct food was on its way. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. This is the epitome of a business that has no regard or care for their customers.
