This qualifies a a hamburger dive. Located just around the corner from Harvard square on the street level. It has stool along the windows and tables in the middle. Downstairs they have a full bar and a pool table. I suppose they could use it as a function room. I had a crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I had them hold the mayo. It was 9.50 which I consider reasonable priced. In this day and age it seems a sandwich is going to run at least 9.50 or more. After 5 during the week a cheese burger small fries and a beer is 10.00. You can't beat that. I was there at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Sunday and it was busy so imagine what it like at meal time. It is self-contained with tables to boot. The chicken sandwich was filling and the price was right. If I am hungry at Harvard square I found where I am going.

Showed up on a Tuesday night for a quick meal and got exactly that. There are two kiosks for ordering, and the employees call your name when your order is ready. My partner was the one who wanted a burger while I got onion rings and chicken nuggets. I didn't take a photo of the food because I was too hungry, but the food was just fine. The onion rings had very minimal breading so I felt like I was just eating onions, while the nuggets were too crunchy for my liking. That's what I get for ordering anything other than a burger at Tasty Burger I suppose. The space itself is large, with plenty of seating downstairs as well. I would definitely come back for a burger or a shake!

Burgers were incredibly well done, the patty was juicy and the cheese was perfectly melted. Service was a bit slow, but there were a lot of people in the restaurant. The restaurant had a great design.

We were visiting the Harvard stuff and needed lunch. So we tried Tasty Burger. I got a cheeseburger and he got a patty melt. They were average but hit the spot. I atomized the accordion folded wrappers in which the burgers came!

I expect this to be another standard burger joint, but ended up pleasantly surprised. You rarely find chicken Parmesan sandwiches on the menu, so I was excited to try it. Two yummy fried chicken pieces are topped with marinara and cheese and placed between a bun. It was hot, flavorful and a nice portion size. There are probably other places in Cambridge that are more unique, but we were looking for something quick and convenient and this hit the spot.

Fridays are for...fries! At least at our house, as a treat for making it through the week I order fries/burgers/chicken tenders. For the past few weeks, we'd been ordering from Smashburger, but this place is the new favorite! Food came fast via a delivery app and was still hot when it arrived, which means fries were outstanding! The fries are thin, super crisp and perfectly salted. I saw a lot of reviews likening tasty burger to five guys, but tasty burger's fries are a million times better than five guys! The cheeseburger was perfect, onions rings were thin, crisp, well seasoned and tasty. Chicken nuggets are really chicken and 3 year old approved! The food is good! We'll definitely be ordering again.

50-50 is really good! Excellent onion rings with ok fries freshly made goes really well after a night of happy hour oysters at Harvard Square. Tatter tots are good yummy crispy. Love sitting by the window watching the world go by.

Neighborhood spot, always satisfies the burger craving. I have noticed the quality going down. It is not how I remember it anymore.

The Starving Student ‍ This combo was awesome and good value.

Good value and delicious food! Great service, I love the vibe of this location . If you'te in the area don't forget to stop and get a meal at Tasty Burget.

This is a pub-type atmosphere with a full-service, large bar serving cocktail specials and a gazillion draft beer options. There is a street-side patio if you wish to watch the people and cars at Davis Square. Five Horses serves American comfort food, and they do a pretty good job serving up their offerings. I ordered the steak tips, and they were OK. They were served Med/rare, as ordered, but they did need a bit more seasoning. Plus one ordered a steak salad, and it was OK. They were pretty frugal with the protein, and it came with an abundance of tomatoes. Another guest split a cobb salad it arrived without some ingredients, like bacon. Other diners stated that their dinners were excellent, so 4 stars seems about right. Even though they were very busy, our table was well taken care of throughout the evening. If I lived here, this would be in my rotation for a brew or two, catch a game, and enjoy a burger.

I saw it (flank steak,…read morechimmichurri sauce, mashed potatoes, and broccoli) at $29 and said I haven't ordered a steak in while, let's treat myself. Boy was I disappointed, it was literally four tiny slices of beef, about a ladle and a half of mashed potatoes (flavor was great but the texture was dry and it was hard to swallow), and the broccoli was broccoli. The steak was cooked to my liking (rare) but it was room temp and I would describe that serving size as maybe the equivalent of a medallion. Everything else our table ordered (pizza, shepherd's pie, and a burger) looked great but the flank steak is not it y'all. However the service was top notch and will definitely go back, just won't order the flank steak next time!

It's only open for brunch on Sundays, which combined with always being seated immediately makes it feel like a hidden gem. The back patio is quiet, shaded, and sheltered from wind. The food shines. Of course the egg scramble and the Benedict's were fantastic, but every piece of every plate feels deliberate and done with intention--nothing is an afterthought. - Their home fries are my all-time favorite--thick, well-seasoned, soft on the inside with some crisp on the outside. - - The English muffin toast has a crunchy golden surface and soft inside. - The whipped cream on the French toast feels luxurious. - Oyster shooters are a fun treat, as a lover of both fried clams and bloody Mary's. - They were kind enough to accommodate us with a half order of their (outstanding) French toast for dessert I'd note there's no espresso drinks on the menu, although I did enjoy the black coffee.
