I ordered the boneless lunch combo (13.95 w/o tax) and it comes with six pieces of chicken, french fries, and a can of soda. I loved the variety of soda cans available to choose from. (I actually got to try a new soda flavor.) Food is freshly cooked to order and the meat is not too dry. The french fries is more tempura fried rather than just the regular fries. Service is friendly and prompt. When you order in, it is by QR code posted on the table. When you order it to go, it is at the front counter. Solid place to get fried chicken! Both the honey garlic and the gang-jeong chicken were very yummy. The cheese sticks were alright. The cheeseling fries were good at first but when eating too much, the flavor gets a little overwhelming. The fried chicken boxes have holes so they don't get soggy and the multiple flavors are always separated by different paper compartments! The tteokbokki was a little on the sweeter side, but still had a nice spicy kick! I'm actually quite impressed with this place! Even though the interior is a little bit crowded, the food itself was welcoming and overall really delicious. Kimchi fried rice with chicken was a real hit, the rice being fairly tender but not soggy; the chicken tender, the kimchee flavorful but not overpowering, and the sauce mixed in decently and not overly salty. The flavor on the fried chicken was quite good as well, with a nice crispy skin on the outside. The ddeok baeki was fairly decent; I might have wanted it a bit chewier but it was packed w flavor and it was definitely spicy after chewing on it for a bit. Great Korean-style fast-food chicken. If only there was one of these near where I live! I'd probably overdue it, so maybe it is better that there isn't one nearby. We had the boneless chicken 2 ways: secret sauce and Gangnam style. Both were very good, but I'd give the nod to the latter, as the black pepper gives it some real heat, without overdoing it. The chicken is tender and is coated in plenty of sauce. We also had an order of kimchi fried rice. The portion is large (easily enough for two people and then some). This is something I could basically eat for lunch or dinner anytime. Really tasty with a little heat from the kimchi, but not a lot. Service was good. i was craving chicken wings on my birthday, so of course my husband took me to get chicken wings! korean fried chicken is my favorite, it's so crispy. we got the soy garlic 8 piece, and the cheeseling 8 piece- came out to 32$ with tax. the chicken itself was delicious! the soy garlic needed way more sauce, the sauce was barely there but the little bit i could taste- i loved it. the cheeseling ones were interesting, never had a cheesy chicken wing. it was good though! the place inside was clean. the woman at the counter though, was miserable & we felt like we were bothering her (the place was empty) which just makes me uncomfortable. will definitely be back, maybe to a different location though. read more

Finally got to eat in person and wow, it's DELICIOUS. We always get bone in chicken wings and they never disappoint. I have never gotten a dry wing from this place. The food is always made to order, chicken is always perfectly juicy and tender, and the flavors are chef's kiss. Their non chicken dishes are also super delicious -- you can't go wrong with your order! They also have gloves, plates, and napkins ready, which makes sharing super clean and convenient. Haven't watched that many Korean dramas but I definitely noticed the delicious looking bbq chicken they always had especially in Crash Landing on You. Today I finally had the chance to try after a couple years. Going to say a little disappointed. Went with a group, I ended up trying the Secret Spicy, Soy Garlic, and Spicy Galbi wings. I think the first big disappointment was the beer selection. In the dramas, they always had nice tall glasses of draft beer. Don't get your hopes up, they have a terrible selection of your typical canned beers for a ridiculous price. The chicken itself was super crispy. Breading was good but definitely a bit too overbreaded. Sauces were just mediocre, definitely better places to try. While they had a huge selection of sauces it's only one sauce per order. For example, if you get a large, you still only get 1 sauce vs somewhere like Buffalo wild wings let's you choose multiple. Overall, would be a better place if they changed some of their menu options and brought in some better beer for the full experience. read more

bb.q chicken is a super popular chain with several locations in the Boston area. This is my 2nd choice of the 3 I've been to (#1 allston, #2 kenmore, #3 Boylston). Unlike the Allston location, you will seat yourself and walk up to the counter to place your order. They will give you a buzzer for when your food is ready. We got the onion rings, an 8 piece in a gang-jeong sauce and then a 16 piece in honey garlic. Both of these were boneless. The breading on the chicken was probably an 8/10 since the breading itself was very good but there were several pieces where there was no breading on certain areas of the piece. The sauce was very well distributed on each piece. I would highly recommend the honey garlic as it isn't spicy and is a bit sweet. There was also visible pieces of garlic on the chicken which was nice to see. The onion rings were nothing to write home about. read more
