Updated Review -- From Frustrating Start to Excellent Experience After a rocky start, this dealership completely turned things around and delivered an exceptional experience. I originally came in to purchase a 2025 Hummer in September. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the salesperson and finance manager was disappointing -- communication broke down, and the process felt misleading. However, after raising my concerns, the General Manager, Miles, personally reached out to me. Miles was upfront and honest about what went wrong, which I truly appreciated. Rather than making excuses, he took full ownership and focused on finding a fair, professional resolution. He not only made things right but went above and beyond to ensure the rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. The transaction became completely seamless -- he even arranged to have the vehicle delivered directly to my home. It's rare in sales to see someone take accountability and rebuild trust after a bad experience, but Miles did exactly that. I recently purchased a 2016 Pre-owned vehicle from Nick at Tasca in Woonsockett. Upon signing all the paper-work I realized that there was no apple Carplay installed. Being one of the main reasons why I wanted a new vehicle I was disappointed, and upset. Nick took the time to investigate, to see why it was missing and what can be done to install it. After getting multiple salespeople, and Mike the general manager involved we discovered that GM ran short of the modules the year the truck was built so they used the previous years units. It was a matter of switching out the module that was installed to the updated one. This brings me to Emil in Service. Emil went above and beyond to make sure the unit worked properly in the vehicle, and that my phone synced to the new module before I drove away. I could not be more happy with Tasca in Woonsockett. Both Buick GMC, and the Chevy dealers were involved with making sure I was happy, and everything worked properly. My experience was seamless. From the time I walked in the door to the time I drove my (2018) Encore off the lot, the process was quick, easy, and relatively stress free! Zach was great! I felt no pressure at all which was important and what I needed, seeing as how this was my first new car purchase. He was very down to earth, and honest. He was even very patient with me when I was struggling to decide on a color! I was able to take an extended test drive (over night) and that pretty much sold it for me! What a great experience! My fiancé and I traded in our 2014 Ford Fiesta that was only half way through its lease from Tasca Ford.
