Phil and the team at Miller's went above and beyond. My car looks brand new after they repaired rear damage as the result of an accident, and they buffed out and painted a couple scratches on my driver side door which were unrelated. They handled everything with the insurance company so the entire process was very easy on my end. I took my pu truck to Miller auto i believe it was August 14 2025 saw a man name was Phil I told him I was looking to get my rusted bed rails replaced he came outside looked at my truck took pictures looked underneath an told me he would have a price for me the next day Friday never received anything from him so I called that following Monday around 1pm he told me he was with a customer I waited 3 hours never called back I call again an he must of seen my number on caller ID picked up the phone an hung up on me So I used my work phone an he picked up told me he will work up the quote an send it out now it's been a week an received nothing I would not recommend this company to anyone what a waste of my time.very unprofessional thanks jim read more

They have gone out of their way in numerous ways to ensure I have the best experience possible and instead of trying to get every penny from me, they've refused to take extra money for things they could easily have charged for. Take a good long hard look at your vehicle after you pick it up. I have never seen a body shop cut some many corners. They excuse was " that's what we do to pay our employees" will definitely be filling a complaint with the state and then contacting a lawyer. read more

Haven't bought a car yet from him, but the owner seemed very genuine and trusting of us. My mother and I were looking at a Santa Fe, and he was going to allow us to drive it all over to really get a feel for it, and even to take it to my parents home (where my father has a giant garage and car lift) so that my dad can look over the mechanics of it and see if it is a good value. I went there for the first and last time. I needed to get an estimate for my bumber and I spoke dirictly with the owner and he took my info and said he would get back to me. Well after a few days go by I still don't hear from him, so I decide to call the shop. I spoke to the recp. and she said she would look into it and get call me. I was always polite and patient but guess what? I wait a week and still no response, ok so maybe 3 times a sharm so I call yet again and got the same run around. I went else where at this point and will never go back to this place again. They lost my buisiness and unfortunate for them I am usualy in need of car repair more often than not. I would say in my situation I was paying out of my pocket and not screwing the insurance company so the owner didn't see $$ but I was not trying to low ball I even said I want it done right I just don't want any extra parts if not needed. read more

Don't EVER go thru him , he has no problem bringing down the book value of your vehicle just so he can get money in his pocket !!!! He's a scam artist!!!! If I was paying out of pocket he wouldn't of even touch my vehicle, but because he was able to go thru the other persons insurance he had no problem saying there was 10,500 worth of damage on my front end (keep in mind the police report said it was 1,000 worth of damage if not less) who would of thought hitting a donut tire would cause 10,500 worth of damage read more

My new truck was excessively damaged by hail. I was devastated since I only owned the truck for about 4 months. I was referred to Millers Auto body as experts in hail damage remediation. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the results. I had about 200 dents over all and I was totally shocked about how fast it was fixed and how perfect it came out! I would challenge anyone to find any imperfections in my truck after work was complete. Millers Auto Body is simply awesome, they handled everything with the insurance company and all the paper work. Miller's is a great autobody shop and I would give them 6 stars if I could. I took my vehicle in to get repaired after being rear-ended. The car appeared to have very minor damage however, after they performed a thorough assessment, Phil noticed the entire frame under the vehicle had shifted as a result of the impact. They arranged for a rental immediately and got me my car back quickly looking brand new. I received excellent customer service from Phil and all of the staff I dealt with. I recently used Millers Auto Body for some repair work on my car after a minor car accident. When I first called the company after the accident, I got to speak directly to one of the men in charge, Dave Miller. Since that initial phone call I have had nothing but excellent service from everyone in the company I had spoken to. They were so easy to work with and helpful. We got my car into the shop fast, and they even set me up with a rental car which was similar to my own. The environment was very professional and all the staff gave me top notch customer service. Not to mention, when I got my car back I was so pleased with the results of their work. And especially how clean my car was inside as well! I was very excited to see that they had made my interior spotless (better then a cleaning company I had brought it to before)...they even detailed my tires! Went to Miller's Auto Body to have my car repaired after an accident, with some significant damage. I met with the owner Dave Miller and his son in-law Christopher who were both very nice and went over all the steps involved. When I dropped the car off, there was a rental ready to go. after a few weeks, they called to inform me the car was ready. It was amazing the transformation from my crumpled heap to a showroom condition vehicle I got back. I would highly recommend Miller's, they delivered what they promised.
