It's an ok Target location. I shop here at least once a week and I have to say how disappointed I am with the plant-based options. Very, very few options. Found a certain CD that woud be a Great gift Idea, got in line to purchase it and I noticed an older Genttleman adhead of me waiting to buy very expensive and stylish headphones, while waiting in the best of youl fo 15 minutes or more because a customer who was holding up the line needing help with her phone, which didn't appear like she'd just gotten it, hence no box. was showing her how to operate it. Who doesn't love Target? Not I! I LOVE Target. Especially a two-story one. I don't know how they do it but I go on a mission to buy just one thing and somehow manage to come home with 20 items. SMH. Target also starting discounting thousands of products in response to Amazon's Whole Foods cutting down their prices (9/9/2017) which I know sucks for shareholders but great for consumers! I hate to leave a review at Target but this location sucks. The employees and clientele here are so rude. The return policy sucks. I understand no returns without a receipt but they won't give me store credit for an item I bought yesterday because I don't have my receipt... I bought it yesterday. The item doesn't work. They won't give me my money back. Not to mention the 24 hr hold before returning something. They make you come back the next day to return something. I had an employee override this for me a couple times at other locations but this certain location won't do it at all. The pickup and drive up options they offer lacks quality control. They gave me a rug with gum on it. They won't show me the item before forcing me to sign for it. After I signed they told me theres nothing they can do on their end for selling me an unusable rug and to come back the next day to return. The point of pickup/drive up is for convenience. It is an inconvenience for me to come back the next day to return a used rug. They also cancel items on me because it is apparently out of stock. I was at the store when I placed the items because there's a better deal when you do pickup/drive up so I know for a fact the item is available. They are just flat out lazy and did not bother to look for the items. Walmart is down the street. It might be more ghetto but at least they have better pricing and you won't have expectations of good service so no disappointment. Win-win. read more

Just like anyone else target is one of my go to for almost anything. Convenient and never have a problem finding what I need. The only down side I dislike & it happens a lot is that cashiers and customer service at the service desk is not up to par. In simple words. (Sucks)!! Any time cashier is almost off they give the rudest and crappy service. If the system goes down and your using cart wheel or gift card which it has happened to me more times than I wish I did. You lose them. Cashier always comments I can't verify or how do I know you not lying. I've lost two 20$ gift card and over 30$ in cart wheel. Due to their system crashing. One of the reasons we go to target is to be able to redeem and use why we pay for. Customer service at the service desk is just as bad.. if you want to improve somewhere it's here target. I would hope this gets resolved a bit better. These people are the face of the company. First impression was: Wow! This target is so organize and clean. I drove an hour and a half here to pick up my table that was sold out at other locations. Went to the pick up center to pick it up, they couldn't find it and had to check the back storage. Waited for another 10 minutes till she came back and said someone would bring it up. HANDS DOWN !! BEST TARGET IN CENTRAL OC !! This place is GIGANTIC; it has two stories and each floor has a bunch of things to shop for. This is the only Target I'll go to even though the nearest ones are on Beach Blvd and Brookhurst. This place is SOO CLEAN and well kept compared to the other Targets. The staff here is friendly and nice, and they're willing to help you out. This is also the best place to do grocery shopping; they have a HUGE section to do your grocery shopping, and the prices here are unbeatable ! I always come here to get random snacks, milk, cereal, and other necessities such as shampoo and hair wax | gel. I gotta say I come out happy cuz the prices here are SO LOW. It's like getting your items for FREE ! Ok maybe not for free but it feels like it. I know this is random but this Target has a really cool escalator for your cart. Push your cart on it, and it travels with you as you escalate up to the 2nd floor ! How dope is that ?!?! I actually prefer this Target over the one on Beach/Heil for my general shopping needs (despite living closer to the one on Beach). Getting in and out of the parking lot is a definite benefit and the multiple parking spaces all around the store is another plus (getting in and out of the Target on Beach/Heil is a nightmare). It's a huge Target. It's two stories - with an escalator connecting both floors. The escalator is interesting because while it transports humans between the two floors - the middle escalator transports their carts. Now despite going here for years now, I haven't gotten used to the cart escalator yet, so I actually just walk my cart over to the elevators behind the escalator and take that up to the 2nd floor. The store itself has plenty of amenities including a full-sized Starbucks right inside the main entrance - and I say main entrance because since it is connected to the mall, there are several entrances to get into the store. I really like how Target placed cashiers both on the first floor and on the second floor - that way, if you manage to pick up all your things you need on the 2nd floor and don't want to head back down to the 1st floor - or the lines on the 1st floor is congested - you can pay using the lesser-trafficked cashier lanes on the 2nd floor. Sometimes, if I know it'll be a busy place, I'll park close to the 2nd floor entrance and pay out that way. read more

This Target is located in the Westminster Mall. It has two floors and a lot of clothing in it. It has elevators and one of those lifts next to the escalator for shopping carts for one to move a shopping cart between floors. They have a lot of clearance clothing in all of the sections. The men's clothing is upstairs and the women's clothing is downstairs. The restroom is downstairs by the checkouts. There wasn't a lot of clearance stuff of anything else like food or seasonal items, though. They have self-checkouts downstairs so we quickly bought a few things we did not see in the branches in our area. It went quickly even though there were others in line. According to their produce department, some of their salad is considered meat, since they had "$1 off this package of meat" coupons on them. :9 read more

The staff is really friendly and it is always clean and well maintained. But actually recently I've been using their drive up pick up option a lot, and it is so wonderful. The guest service always have a long wait and the girls behind that counter have the worst attitude. If Yelp allowed me to give ZERO STARS I would've done it. First off, the workers here are RUDE. My girlfriend was doing her ritual routine of browsing for her makeup stuff. She unfortunately came across that one of her frequently bought products were all opened up, had broken seals and were missing some items. Fortunately though, she eventually found one stuffed all the way in the back. It still had the items BUT the box was a little crushed and had a broken seal. (remember that becuz it comes into play) So being the responsible person she is, she decides to take a quick peak in the box to make sure everything is accounted for and that we wouldn't be wasting our money on something that is missing the items. (I mean c'mon, broken seal on a crushed box...wouldn't you be a little suspicious and would want to make sure everything is in there still. Also Target isn't allowing any returns due to COVID-19). As this was happening, my GF noticed that a worker was creepily eyeing her down. The worker eventually realized she wasn't Norman Bates and approached my GF literally saying "Why you open that for?.. Why'd you break the seal??" My GF, being super polite, explained the situation to Norman Bates and informed her of the tampered items. Norman Bates being the creep she is, just walked away, mumbling insults under her breath. My GF brushed it off becuz it wasn't really a big deal until she noticed that Norman Bates thought this was Kindergarten class and snitched on her to the Security Guards. One the guards then decided to follow my GF throughout the whole store, without even approaching her once to ask what happened. As a Security Guard myself for the OC Fair, that is unacceptable and pretty much harassment. I understand that if Security sees something or informed of something suspicious, it is protocol that we follow and observe TO A CERTAIN EXTENT in order to make sure nothing bad will happen. Eventually, you would approach the person (or at some places, they require your supervisor to do so) and assess the situation. For example, you would tell the person that you've been informed that they were being suspicious and ask their side of the story to figure out what is really going on in order to avoid making false accusations. BUT THIS FOOL LITERALLY DIDNT!! HE LITERALLY STALKED HER AROUND THE WHOLE STORE MAKING HER FEEL SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. read more

2 LEVEL TARGET. I have been coming here every month and I love how this store is 2 levels. If you have a tesla and need to charge it while you're shopping then There's Tesla charging station to charge. If you need to drop off or pick up your medication, Target has a CVS Pharmacy. If you want coffee then there's a Starbucks. I highly recommend it and The employees who work at target are always nice. Definitely recommend 10/10 read more

I la la la love TARGET!! Just like any parent, you go in for one thing, and come out with almost 2 carts full of stuff. This location is remodeling inside, so lots of signs and tape every where. One thing I like is that when ever I need help, every employee knows where to send me. As you know its in a mall, so you either have to take the elevator or walk lol. Self check out was amazing, no issues, I had a few items, but the young lady was very helpful and everyone was patient. It wasn't were I was getting the evil looks to hurry the heck up and get out since everyones shopping. It was on a Sunday night when a friend and myself came to look for something. She was looking for beauty products and I was looking for Men's products. By the way, the parking is plenty. The store is clean, organized, and seems bigger compared to the ones I've been. I was looking for Nivea Men products, like the facial wash and facial lotion. Since I always like to compare prices, I asked Siri what the prices for the same products at Wal-Mart, and it turned out to be more expensive here, like a dollar for the Facial wash. So, I ended up not getting something here. The checkout lanes were somewhat busy but manageable. The staffs were super courteous. The store seemed fully stocked. Purely based on the food court area (and some experiences). In general I love Target. Once my sister bought an orange soda bottle, and we get out to the car and realize that it's been open. We went to return it, to the original cashier, and that exchange went smoothly. Today was a bad experience that I didn't think was worth writing about until I realized that the service isn't usually like this. I bought gum and toothpaste (fun!;)) and got $10 cash back for the food. I was contemplating which drink size and the girl said that medium drink with popcorn (I already ordered) was $2.50. And I said great! So I chose that and paid. She hands me my soda cup and a line trickles in behind me. When she hands the popcorn over, I don't give it a second thought and move out of the way. I walk over to the machine and decide on Pepsi. I push down the lever and clear liquid comes out. Now me, being the dork I am, say "clear Pepsi?" And take a sip. Bad idea. Obviously it's the liquid they combine with the actual soda to water it down. If your soda comes out clear and it isn't supposed to be, please don't drink it! Taking a closer look at my popcorn, I see a few burnt pieces on top. There was a fair amount of popcorn in the machine when I got it, so it wasn't like we were scraping the bottom of the barrel. Later in the car my mom was contemplating quite how bad this batch of popcorn was. Now me, being a film student and popcorn enthusiast, agreed. Every time I get Target popcorn my mom doesn't complain about me buying it, because she revels in the treat. My cousin and I were in the makeup aisle at Target and from the moment I saw a security guard, that's when I knew he was on to us. As we were leaving to go to the snack aisle, in the corner of my eye I can see the security guard. The security guard is medium tan, has dark brown eyes, black hair that was gelled back. He questioned my INNOCENT cousin. He said in exact words " wHeRe DiD yOu pUt ThE bLaCk PaLlET" and by the way all we had in our hands was a Bath and Body Works bag and our phones. Been coming to this Target for years. It's conveniently off the freeway, near my workplace, and the bf's new apartment. Parking can be pretty horrendous in the afternoons (typically because people just got off at work), so the bf and I normally park on the other side of the mall (near Book-Off) and then walk to Target (exercise is good for the soul). It's a 2-story Target, with cosmetics, ladies' clothes, stationary, office supplies, pet items at the bottom story, with mostly everything else on the top story, including electronics, kid clothing, shoes, kitchen supplies, bedding/towels, furniture. Service is your typical Target service. Either really disgruntled souls or they're just trying to get by with a paycheck every other week. Pretty clean over here, but you also have to realize that the clientele is not the neatest people. I hate coming here near, during, or post-Christmas season. But the workers definitely do a good job on making sure everything's back to its normal position by the next morning. I believe this is a Target that normally closes at 10pm, so it's definitely a convenient place to go to if you need anything major. And it's Orange County, so tax rates aren't as bad as it is in Los Angeles or Pico Rivera... read more

After walking through 3 areas with tape and finding him, we went through the whole store and found the one roll. Way above and beyond where most employees everywhere basically point and walk away. Gabby answered the phone when I realized I never got his name and called back later to pay a compliment. She tracked down who he was and sleuthed it out for me. 3.5 Not a bad Target but has plenty of room for improvement. The major improvement would be in that ever so elusive customer service department. The GOOD: is you can see ampule employees around, check outs and though out the store. The BAD: is not one will acknowledge your existence, maybe it's the "no don't look their way they might need something". Weird thing, I have been here a few times and have thought to myself they have a full staff, stocking and shelving and you see them in pairs and joking with each other, then if you need to go down the isle.....not even a finding everything ok? or can I help you with something?" I think I would have maybe even rated them lower if I have actually needed something but I have not needed any assistance. The one major positive for this location is they are good at getting you checked out, I never had to wait in a long line here. Starbucks located inside. This used to be my favorite target- what is not to love, it's big and has everything you could possibly want in a target, multiple entrances (one on the first floor, and two on the second- an entrance from outside and one from the mall). To clarify before setting the stage, I understand loss prevention is a thing in every store. With two days left until Mother's Day, I came to Target with no idea about what I was going to possibly get for my mother, but thought I would surely find something. Honestly, I shopped for myself a bit in the shoe section first. Now, I took longer than humanly normal to shop for shoes today- But why you ask? Anyone who has been to this Target since it's remodel can testify to that fact that it's women's clothing and shoe sections are freaking disastrous. Good luck finding any shoe that's your size, or in its original box. It's so disorganized, I probably looked up and down the aisles 3 times looking for a specific shoe in my size. Scratch that idea, because after almost 20 minutes of looking, I gave up and remembered the reason I was there in the first place. I stopped by the card section, read a few and picked out the perfect one. At this point I noticed an employee heavily eyeing me but brushed it off. Since the lower level is mostly clothing, food, and toiletries I headed upstairs to the gold mind of home decor, positive I'd find something for my mom upstairs. This is when things got wild (not really but it made me super uncomfortable). After meandering through the hella cute home decor, I made my way to the kitchen aisle where I decided on a knife set for my mom. This is when I noticed a "security" guard following me around the aisles. After he realized there was no way I was shoving a huge box of knives into my small little purse he left, but it wasn't long before tweedle dumb (aka a second security guard) starting following me again. I had nothing to be paranoid about but my "eff politeness" mentality has taught me to be aware of my surroundings when it comes to big dudes following you around...ANYWHERE, yaknowwhatimean? Honestly, at this point I tried to just laugh it off as a coincidence and I went on to find a gag gift. Eventually the giant went to find someone else to follow around, but while looking for the car stuff aisle, I noticed two more employees eyeing me as I searched for a sunshade (again- gag gift for my moms new car) while rummaging through their tiny car improvement aisle. At this point I was over it, and contemplated just dropping everything and leaving. I gave none of these people any reason to be suspicious of me while shopping. Was I taking my time looking around? Sure, the quality control of your aisles is disastrous, and I was taking my time because guess what? SHOPPING AT TARGET IS THERAPEUTIC, as I'm sure all the mommy's and some of the daddy's would agree. I decided to give Target the benefit of the doubt and head to the cashier. On my way out the front door, I was stopped by one of the tweedles who had been following me around earlier. He asked me to see my receipt and when I asked if he was stopping everyone he said "no I just see merchandise, so...". So? Guess what- I didn't buy a bag because YOU CHARGE FOR BAGS, and I don't need a bag for my 1 box of knives and my car shade. I showed him my receipt as other customers without bags walked out he door without being stopped. Guess what? I'm not even legally required to show you my receipt, especially when you have no probable cause to believe I was stealing. Again, I understand that loss prevention is a thing, and as lighthearted and humorous as I attempted to make this review, I was ultimately completely humiliated today. I felt uncomfortable being followed around the store without reason, and even more humiliated being the only person stopped at the door for a receipt. I really used to love shopping at this Target but this experience is enough to make me go back to shopping at the nightmare of a parking situation over on Beach and Heil. Do better Target, and treat your customers with dignity and avoid humiliating them when you have absolutely zero reason to believe they were stealing. As a corporation, if you truly believe someone is stealing while shopping in your store, approach that person right away, but do not, I repeat DO NOT ask your grown ass men (employees or security) to follow around a 5 foot, 100 LB girl to the point where they are uncomfortable.
