Stoked they're adding and expanding stuff!!

What you save comes back in other ways sometimes. Check your receipt. I did not buy a nameless frozen item and nameless meat item. Quick scan of your receipt and you can see what is added if it doesn't have a proper name to it.

I'm so glad my Son introduced me to Grocery Outlet! I intriduced it to my daughter and now we become super fans of Grocery Outlet! Because is a great place to save on organic produce, dairy, organic meats they even have a good wine selection. Shopping here always a surprise one week a certain item or brand will in stock the next week it may not be there. Some produce are always stocked, like stable items such as celery, carrots, even bok choy. Also, eggs, milk, meats even wine . Additionally, they carry some seasonal items that are a must take home even if is not on the shoopping list. We buy it because it may not be there next time. I have shopped at 3 to 4 diffent locations each one different and unique in their own way. Give Grocery Outlet a try! This one is kicates on Goldenwest in the of City of Westminster

It's always nice to have a few things in the room after you've had a long day at the parks! The location was a great spot as well being close to the park. I picked up a handful of basic snack items, such as potato chips, candy, and a few beverages like soda and bottled water. They also had a lot of different types of snacks available in this store, so it was relatively easy for me to find a few things that I could take back into our room. Vons is is a great option to purchase extra food or snacks that may cost too much money to buy either within the parks themselves or from hotel gift shops. The store itself was very clean and very well organized and found what I needed in no time! The checkout process was also fast, and I was able to quickly get out of there as I wasn't looking to buy much and just wanted to bring back everything to the hotel for our stay during the Disneyland trip. Vons was a good stop while on a quick trip to Disneyland. If you are staying near by and would like to pick up some food, drinks or even some quick groceries for your room, Vons is a good option to have close to the parks.

I'm my last three visit, I've accidentally purchased and have seen several items that were expired by months and weeks. Items that are not even close to their expiration item would also go bad, even though when stored properly. I'm not sure what the heck has been going on. But it seems a lot of their products are not being checked. It's frustrating to spend several dollars on food that I have to end up throwing out because it was expired. This has happened in more than one occasion. I noticed that they had several countless items past their expiration date in their shelves since I because my cautious about checking the expiration date. They have some weekly deals. I like the selection they have for chips and snacks. Their meat quality and price isn't bad. They have a ton of the pre-packaged vegetables that are easily prepped. There's a pharmacy located inside as well in case you need to pick up prescriptions. The workers are direct and mainly there to do their jobs. I wouldn't describe them as the friendliest. I'll usually go to the self check-out line. Seeing as how disappointing it's been to see so many expired items, I don't trust to shop here anymore. Makes me sad to think several others are probably wasting their money on expired food.

It didn't matter which noodles we bought as along as my Mom was good with her purchase. During our visit, I walked around the store. It's your typical Asian supermarket, but it has more Vietnamese brands. The store was quite clean and organized. Aisles were a little snugged though. It has all the essentials that a supermarket normally has... fresh produce, meats, seafood, dry goods, household stuff, alcohol section, etc. Lady at the register was okay. She didn't count the boxes and trusted us. Thank you miss! Check-out was easy and quick. Upon exiting the store, a staff member marked our receipt on our way out. I found it interesting that an Asian supermarket would have this procedure in place. It's all good. I probably won't be back here too often or much at all to shop as I don't live near the Westminister area. This was a special request visit from my Mom. Just for the noodles! LOL

Technically…read moreit's in Garden Grove, but it's basically Anaheim already (Just 11 minutes from Disneyland.) The store isn't huge, and the layout is a bit tight, but the selection is surprisingly broad with tons of Middle Eastern staples. As a Halal market, there's no pork at all, but what did surprise me was seeing camel ground meat, plus things like tripe that's definitely not my everyday grocery finds. There's a giant section of nuts and dried fruit (almonds, pistachios, cashews, pumpkin seeds, all the goodies). Keep walking and you'll hit a full wall of colorful spices from all over the world, enough variety to make me stare for a while. They also have an entire aisle dedicated to tomato pastes and sauces, both imported and local, which is oddly satisfying to compare. Their fresh flatbread is supposed to be popular, but I went in the evening and it was already sold out. They also carry a tiny Asian section with Korean ramen and a few Japanese/Korean sauces and rice. Fun discovery: the drink section has Egyptian Coca-Cola in glass bottles, made with real cane sugar similar to the Mexican version but definitely different from the U.S. corn-syrup Coke. Near the exit there's a small bakery with pretty decent-looking cakes at good prices, plus a little food hall (including Kabab We Kofta serving Egyptian dishes) and a perfume/accessory shop. Overall, it's a very Middle Eastern-leaning market with lots of unique finds. If you like exploring international ingredients or need things you won't find in American grocery stores, this place is worth a stop. And if you're hungry afterward, there are several Middle Eastern restaurants nearby like Sababa Falafel Shop (Palestinian) and Damascus House Cuisine (Syrian). For meat, I grabbed ground beef, pork neck (currently on sale for $1.99/lb), and chicken breast. Prices were definitely reasonable. For produce, quite a few items were cheaper than H Mart, including enoki mushrooms, Japanese yam, daikon, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and carrots. That said, the Japanese yam didn't look very fresh this time, so I ended up skipping it and buying it at H Mart instead, even though it was a bit more expensive. Some items were priced about the same as H Mart, like napa cabbage ($0.99/lb), onions ($0.39/lb), and bean sprouts ($0.99 per pack). One change I noticed is that cucumbers are now pre-packaged instead of being sold loose, so you can't pick them individually anymore. They're also slightly more expensive than H Mart now. They also had a great deal on Driscoll's strawberries, $0.99 for a 1 lb box, which is definitely worth picking up.
