Two story Target = not as handy for new mom with baby. I don't want to be "that mom" who lets her baby ride on the cart escalator when the infant carseat is attached to the cart. That means I've got to heft the carseat on and off just to go to the 2nd story. I've actually decided to go to the Seal Beach Target for that reason. However, this one is convenient when you have other errands to run, such as post office errand (post office is located next to Macy's). read more

5 stars! For their employee Danny, he was super awesome and went above and beyond to help find the cookies we were looking for in the back! Thank you! read more

I freakin' LOVE Target! And this one is among the best of the best Targets. It's clean, bright and shiny just like a new penny, year round. You really can get just about anything at Target, short of an oil change. The prices are astonishingly low, but you don't see any ghetto junk. And is it snotty of me to mention that for some reason, Target doesn't seem to attract the same hicky crowd that certain other discount chains do? What we regularly find ourselves here for: Back to school supplies OTC medicines In-a-pinch groceries Clothes for everybody in the family, including pants and tops for school uniforms Video games and other electronics Christmas shopping Home improvement tools Gardening supplies Well there's no way I could list everything, but in case you've been living under a rock for the past 25 years, this gives you an idea. It's beyond cool that Target regularly contracts big name fashion designers to design seasonal product lines in their stores--clothing, housewares, linens, decorating accessories -- I outfitted one bedroom with 90% Target decor and it is the favorite room in my house. The target brand is of good quality, competitive with higher end brand names in all categories. Tip: If you are searching for a birthday present and that person is hard to buy for, a Target gift card is always appreciated. That's because everybody can find something to make them happy at Target! read more

What not to like about this store. Parking is big. Store is huge. You can find anything here. There's Starbucks inside the store. So you can buy a cup of coffee and go shopping. It's nice and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. If you not tired from all the shopping you can continue on and go straight into the mall, and keep on shopping. read more

Best Target I've been too! Employees are super helpful and kind. Best customer service, especially from this young lady Elyse. Made my day and she has amazing customer service. read more

This is my local Target. I come here at least twice a week. It's always made me SMH when there are a few checkout lines a dozen people deep and a group of workers standing and talking. But today took the cake. I went at 8:00am due to needing to grab some items before work. When I went to checkout an entire cart full of items, there wasn't one checkout line open... but there was one person standing watching people self-checkout and about three people in the return department standing around. When I asked if there was a checkout line open, I was told no, you have to use self-checkout. I clearly wasn't happy having approximately 50 items to scan, but I begrudgingly started my task, as the newest Target cashier. As I was finishing my first shift as a Target cashier, the same girl who had told me I had to use self-checkout was now checking out a man and a woman whom each had 3-5 items. I understand that some of the cashiers don't want to be cashiers and would rather watch people check themselves out, but if I wanted a job as a Target cashier, I would apply. This seems to be an issue at this Target and this Target only. It often seems as though the monkeys run the circus at this Target. It's a shame, because overall, this is a great location. Their curbside service is one of the best. Management just seems to have an issue figuring out their checkout lines. I'm not a Target manager, but three people in returns who all have training as cashiers and a person watching the self-checkout lines who is also trained as a cashier, may be better assigned to improve the guest experience by not forcing someone to scan fifty items after shopping the entire store at 8:00am. read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star . First off I got leggings that were charged full price, when they were on sale . The guy at the register didn't even bother just said go to customer service .I kind of hoped he'd have a idea if items might be on sale . And I really didn't want to bother the nice customer service woman . Who was helpful and polite . She's the best . read more

Wanted to try their pickup service. Ordered 3 sets of headphones. Order was cancled because it was put of stock apparently. Went in to see what headphones they did have and lo and behold they had the ones I wanted. Lazy persons probably just didn't want to do their job. Often just see them in the back of the store just texting or messing around. read more

I came into the store and the first employee was named Matthew (He was working the self check out). I asked where I could find coffee pots and he wasn't sure. He almost sent me the wrong way in the store. Stated that it could either be that side of the store or the other side. So I proceeded to walk down the main isle where there was another worker so I asked him. He told me right where to find them. When I got back to the self check out with my two items... (Matthew) said "they were right where I said they would be" ! I told him NO that I had to ask another worker and that he told me where I could find them. Matthew proceeded to tell me that he told me the area , I told him NO, started scanning my two item and he continued berating me. I said if you don't stop "I will just leave the store". He informed me that he would call security...I asked him for what?.. he said for the way I said that I would just leave the store. So he called for security... took my card out of the machine, left the two items on the scanner and walked out !.. What a flipping joke !.. So I went to Walmart and got my two items and five more on top of it. ! Shame on you Matthew from Target. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN ! read more

I'm just giving it a 5 because I really really like that escalator for your shopping cart. ^_^ Seriously. What other target has that?! read more

We stopped to charge our Tesla and figured we get some shopping done while our car charged. We were able to grab everything we needed (baby food, snack bags and a couple of kitchen items). The store was clean and organized. The service was outstanding! read more

I hate the remodel. The music is terrible, the shelves look barren and ransacked, and the new fridges in the frozen section are leaking water all over the floor. I don't understand why they needed to remodel anyway, it looks like they made more room for less stuff. read more

You've just crossed over into the Twilight Zone! Went in this Target today and Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! They changed the entire layout of the store. I don't really know if it is better than the old layout, because I was trying to get a few things quickly. read more

I really like this Target. It's not the closest one to my place, but it's the nicest. It's in the Westminster mall, so parking can be a nightmare on the weekends. So park in the lot south of the store, near Bolsa. Kids always seem excited to watch the carts go down the escalator, seemingly by themselves. Everyone that works here is always ready to help. If they see you wandering, they'll stop what they're doing and steer you in the right direction. Kind of random, but this Target has a huge wine selection. read more

Recently I was at this Target to buy stuff for our home and wanted to open a Target Red Card debit acct. Gets you an extra 5% total purchase so why not! Ran into a snag because I didn't have a cancelled check with me. One of their employees over in customer service overheard our conversation and immediately stepped in to assist. He helped me go through the registration process and was going way beyond expectations. We got bank info in and routing #. Still needed a confirm sent to the acct and that would take a couple days. The Service Manager, Frankie, went ahead and provided the 5% seeing that it was being processed. He was patient courteous and explained everything. Thanks to Frankie for stepping in and up when he wasn't required to do so. Good job! Sorry I did not get Frankie's last name .... read more

Big Target! it's 2 stories. I really like that cart escalator thing even though I never had to use it, but it looks cool and convenient. Usually the top floor has only 1 cashier so you could go there if you're trynna find an "express" line 'cause down stairs usually gets busy. Other than that it's like your typical target and has the grocery section as well. Pretty convenient it's in the mall especially for xmas shopping read more

This target never has stuff in freezer section. Same excuse always when I ask. The other big problem is that they never have enough cash registers open. read more

Biggest target ever!! I love this place! I always come here for one thing and I end up walking out of here with a million pointless things. I got white Christmas lights for my room since I've been wanting to decorate my room and never got a chance to get some until now. I bought it after Christmas for the Christmas sale and it turned out to be only $2.50 for each box! So cheap! I bought two boxes just incase. I can't wait to put them up. Their shelves are always fully stock with items and it's always really clean here. There are plenty of staffs around to help you look for something. It's always a must to stop by target whenever I'm at the mall read more

This isn't the best Target for it's parking, it's way too big and everything is spaced out, and their dollar section sucks! lol I love Target! I always have a list so that I don't stray and somehow all these extra items jump into my cart! I swear there are little spending elves in every aisle. This one has a Starbucks inside which is pretty cool in case you get thirsty. read more

Why do all Targets smell like Popcorn/delicious food right when you enter?!! It makes me so happy but sad at the same time because I know I can't buy whatever food it is =( For some reason, I'm always fascinated by the shopping cart elevator thing. The staff is always friendly... I lost my cell phone once and this worker let me use his cell and helped me find it...yadiyada. I think this one is just as good as the one down brookhurst in huntington beach. read more

This place is huge. It has two levels, and just about everything you can think of. I went here recently to buy some clothes and books. They have a decent selection of both, and the books are usually 20% off standard price. The employees are always helpful and they're willing to help you find anything if you get lost in this big store. It's also very bright and clean. I will definitely shop here again. read more

WORST Target ever!!! Called Target Westminster NW to see if they had an item that's out of stock at other locations. Originally selected option for apparel dept. Heard a click that someone picked up, but no response on other end. After asking if anyone was there for a long time & hearing movement, I hung up & called again. This time I selected customer services. Got the same thing---pickup, but no response from Target. Heard a lot of movement but no response to my hello. After a long silence, I end the call. It's a joke that they even pickup. Can only imagine the service in person. Management needs to train employees or CLOSE down. Called early in the morning when they're not so busy. Will NEVER go to this location & recommend the same to anyone who values their time & sanity. read more

This location was recent remodeled and its worse than it was before. It's big and open and appears to be organized and clean but that's a misleading first impression. My daughter and I used the restroom and the soap dispensers were out of soap so they had 4 bottles of soap they pulled from their shelves which is fine but all those were empty as well so when is the last time and associate checked the restroom? During the remodel they made everything so fancy but not functional. Not easy to find. We were shopping for school supplies and the set up was horrible! We left and did our shopping elsewhere. read more

Just left my non-purchased items at the checkout area. Extremely long lines for both sides of self-checkout as well as for the two check stands open. Several frustrated customers (in addition to me) switching lanes, resting their items against floor displays and looking for relief and service. Nearby an employee was conducting some training with this backup situation in clear view to her. Finally I requested if she would please get us some help. Her reply "oh, they're coming". Since that did not happen - I left. Very poor communication and absence of proactive observations for customer service. read more

Great store friendly staff always clean and recently move sections on second floor but other than that issue is always stocked

This Target has the worst customer service. I placed an order of carseat booster online, came pick it up and found out on the way home that one armrest was missing the cover. I came back right after that and asked for an exchange or if they could give me the missing item. The person who was named Bridget claimed herself as a manager and told me that I would have to come back tomorrow for an exchange. I asked if they could just get me the missing armrest cover and she said the one I got was the last item available in their store. I checked it on cartwheel apps and it said the item was still available and ready to pick up in 2 hours??? read more

For a Fortune 500 company what a disappointment really over $5 dollars!!! Smh!!! read more

This use to be my go to Target. I love it's cleanliness, the great deals Target offers and the endless supplies at Target. It's a one stop shop in a two story building that offers groceries, a pharmacy and a Starbucks. I would've given this Target 4 or even 5 stars but lately it's been severely understaffed. The lines are always so long and the new cashiers don't know what they're doing. read more

Went to Target Westminster Mall today to buy a printer. There was a sale price on the printer of $69.99. Went o pay for it, rang up $99.99, Told cashier that the printer was on sale for $69.99, He said no it is $99.99, I said can you please the call the manager to straighten this out. He called someone in the printer department. The guy came up, I told him the printer has a price on it of $69.99. Went to the printers with him showed him the sign. Then he said that I moved the sign over to there to get the $69.99 price. I said I did not, and then why does the sign have the printer number and name of the one I am buying on it. Do you think that I have a Target printer to make a sign. Then he said that we can not give you that price because it is wrong. I said get me the manager to straighten this out. Then he said fine we will give it to you. When I got the printer home, I opened the box up. One piece popped up at me and new right away it was broke. It was not in any plastic or anything. The only thing that was in it was the printer, no cords, ink or anything. Not even the CD card so you can use it. I called the store and told then about it, they told me that they can put things back in packages and re-sell it. Even if the know it does not work and not have all the parts. So I called the 800 number and was told the same thing. Things only changed when I got a manager at the 800 number. So do not buy anything that is boxed at Target, because you will never know if the re-packaged it. Since the employees of the store said that they can do it, and not one person cared that they did it. read more
