Since Target wants to remove my review, I'm going to repost it and share my amazing experience I had at this store! Earlier this year, I was shopping with my husband and my nephew for some last minute items at around 6pm. We got harassed by a group of young adults who followed us down multiple isles and were trying to make absurd comments about me and how I looked, I did not respond to these comments. They kept following us down the isles and then get ready for the best part, they THREW BOXES over the top of the isles hitting me and my husband in the face and proceeded to run away to the surrounding isles. This is unacceptable and scary when I have a child with me. when I brought it up to the security guard he knew exactly which group of young adults we were talking about and NOTHING WAS DONE OR SAID TO THEM. This is ridiculous target. I wish I filed a police report for harassment and assault. They have already removed my review when this first happened so looks like they just accept this behavior at this location. Not family friendly, would not recommend to bring your young kids or nephews into this location where they are subject to this kind of people. read more

The store is ok but since they remodeled they are out of a lot of items frequently. Also why are there openings in the ceiling slats ONLY ABOVE THE LADIES DRESSING ROOMS AND NOWHERE ELSE IN THE ENTIRE STORE?!?! Pics attached. It's ridiculous. I've asked but there's no real answers just promising me there are no cameras up there lol. read more

My daughter and I went to Target to return some clothes that had not been worn and still had the tags on them. Some of the pieces were older since she had lost weight and they wouldn't fit now. She had all the receipts to the purchases on her phone and customer service only took back a few of the clothes. One item was purchased in March of this year and they wouldn't take it saying the computer is not allowing them take it back. Mind you, these were never worn and still had the tags attached. I would think they would still give store credit instead of not taking it back at all. Where is Target customer service? They already made their money on the items. The least they could have done is give store credit. I personally will not shop there anymore if this is how they treat their customers, especially someone who has shopped there and spent thousands in their store. read more

Along with the Target survey I did, I wanted to say thank you to Stephanie(her tag said she spoke Spanish incase there's other Stephanie's working there) for going above and beyond for me! I was looking for a particular book that was in-stock, but unfortunately, it was still in the boxes and not out on the floor yet. She offered to open a few boxes since she had to work in that section and she ended up opening pretty much ALL of them! Target, please take notice of your employees that work hard and do their best to bring out great service for their customers, such as Stephanie did! :) read more

First layout sucks. And worse selection then other locations. Woodland and Davis are both better. They're also enforcing mask requirements. Vacaville doesn't enforce mask requirements and the workers don't even wear them right. The lady "sanitizing" the self checkouts has her nose exposed while cleaning the machines and half the time I was in line was removing her mask. Ugh. Thanks for polluting the air. read more

DO NOT USE THE TARGET AP!! My $50 gift card was loaded to the ap and then went missing the following day, with no record of it being on there. Just want to save other people from having to go through this. Their customer service was awful and refused to make this right. read more

I don't normally write reviews if I have a relatively negative experience, but this is absurd. I've use this Target's curbside pickup more times than I can count, and I'd say about 85% of the time I am satisfied. But this last experience was bad enough to warrant this review. Let me preface it with this, I know that this week is hectic when it comes to shopping, so I don't mind waiting for my turn. I show up to pick up my target order placed earlier in the day (with plenty of time from when I marked on my way for the employees to pull my order) and I was one of six in the curbside section. Mind you, my order was about 7 items in total, not including doorbusters or anything that could be considered a hot seller for the Thanksgiving/Black Friday week. Here I am, thinking okay, 20 or so minutes is totally fine. After a half-hour, I finally received four items of my order, and only received four items. When asked about my drinks. i was told to wait and she would check on it. another 20 minutes later, after ignoring my requests, I saw that she had just out of stocked the items without telling me. After waiting for 50 minutes and having my ice cream melt all over my car seat, I have never been so disrespected in my dealing with Target. Don't waste my time, don't disrespect me. read more

Target is what it is, when they've items and fully stocked it can be a nice way to shop for an hour. This review is for the "faster more convenient drive up service". This has continuously gotten slower and slower every time we utilize it. Fairfield and Davis are much quicker and efficient. Can let them know on way 30 min in advance, get there and park and still waiting 15-20min in car? At this point might as well park, shop and do it myself. read more

service is ass here. so many employees standing around, doing nothing. How do u have so many employees yet nobody at guest service. get ur company together. read more

Honestly, I came here for the popcorn. The food counter area was clean and the attendant was nice. The rest of the store was slightly disheveled due to renovations. It would have been helpful if the store would have posted signs to alert customers. We had a hard time finding things. One alert worker offered help after she heard us chatting about trying to find and item. Well done. That is the reason for the fourth star. read more

Bad service today At 7:50pm I was shopping looking for a bike I ask one of the cash register. A heavy set blonde girl with glasses and hair tied up. I asked to get info on the bike. She ignore me. Very rude read more

So we always get diapers here for my son, and we do it here because if you buy 3, you are eligible to get a $15 gift card. so the store cancelled one of the orders and also cancelled the gift card when it emailed me saying that they had 3 orders ready, picking up they didnt want to honor the gift card. ao what kind of business does this? i am never coming back to this location again because they made me feel like a crook who just wanted the gift card and of course i wanted it because it saves me money to but other things for my son. its bad business. shame on target vacaville. read more

Customer service at the return desk is awful. The girl working there has the absolute worst attitude and acts like your presence is a bother. She needs to look for a new job or put her in the back in receiving where she doesn't have to interact with customers. read more

I'm being nice by giving 3 stars which means there's plenty of room for improvements. Consistently see red shirt employees ignoring guests and carry on personal conversations or employee handoffs. If you see a guest acknowledge them. A simple hi, or we'll be right there, can I help you. You need the sales right? I'm close to logging into my Amazon prime account and ordering in 2 clicks if you make me wait one minute longer. We do not have to shop at Target there is plenty of competition so do better. It's about the guest experience. Why is there never any merchandise in stock? Is it in the back? Does it need to be ordered or the truck is delayed? I noticed this in the grocery section of the store. Not sure of the specific product but it wasn't anything with a short shelf life. I'm not asking for much...fill the shelves, brush folks up on basic customer service and you'll have more sales so more employees can be hired and the lines won't be so long. read more

I'm a Target fanatic! Anytime I need something I am there. I came out to the Fairfield area to visit a cousin and we decided to go for a quick Target run. I loved it! Everyone would say good morning, so polite. Everything was so clean and ready to shop. As soon as we walked in there were plenty of carts ready to go and the smell of coffee brewing with their in-house Starbucks. Our cashier was really nice and sweet! read more

This Vacaville Target is way better than the Fairfield location. First of all, this place has a photo center which the Fairfield does not and this location also has a Starbucks. I ordered some pictures to be printed and since the Fairfield location doesn't have a photo center I had them printed here. The Filipino dude working behind the customer service booth was really nice and friendly. He gave me good advice and said to print from the store kiosks instead since it comes out with better quality. It's a bit pricier but worth it he said. I don't know if I was just not looking in the right places but I did not see any spam or corned beef here (Yes, I'm Filipino). I also couldn't find sour cream... Not sure if they sell those things or maybe I didn't know where to look.... read more

This is place where I found out that Target now has CVS stuff in here. Like the section clearly says CVS/Pharmacy. Interesting, right? - had to ask three people before being shown the right direction for something I wanted to get - not a lot of registers open despite it being near afternoon/evening, luckily there were some self-registers open - a lot of dirty bathroom stalls, my big problem was that there were no toilet seat coverings - well stocked in other areas like clothing, food, and housemate 3/5 read more

It's Target. You should know what to expect before ever walking in. Some one once told me: "Target is for people willing to spend an extra dollar not to have to shop at WalMart"! LOL This particular location is on the smallish side, but it has pretty much everything you want and need in a Target store. I find the staff here friendlier than average, and super helpful when I need something I can't find. The checkout is average, but the new self-checkout does make things a tad speedier. They have well appointed grocery section with a very nice wine aisle. I even find the pharmacy section and staff lovely. If you are looking for a Target, this store won't disappoint. read more

And the Award for worst remodel ever goes to..... Target on Harbison, Vacaville CA. The store looks like crap and the layout makes no sense what so ever. Curious to know who thought this was a great idea and put it in action. read more

Target is supposed to be a higher class Wal-mart, but for me, I'd rather go to my local Wal-mart (at least in Vacaville). The floors here are always dirty, big black marks that should have been moped up a long time ago...and other than some home decor stuff, Wal-mart has better stuff at a cheaper price. Their food section is pretty small compared to Wal-mart, so it's defiantly not a place to do all your grocery shopping at. Their return department is pretty rude. read more

I was given a gift card for then inconvenience, so I updated my review to 3 stars. The communication still needs to get better, though. And they don't answer the Grocery Pick Up phone line at all. It would nice if someone answered so customers know what's going on with their orders. read more

Last time I was here I was only intending on buying a new floor lamp for my new place but I ended up buying a brand new PS3! Haha! This Target is cool. The parking outside isn't too bad so no complaints there. The inside is very clean and well organized. There is a grocery section; however, I have yet to purchase anything from there since I found that it's still cheaper to do my grocery shopping at an actual grocery store like Foodmaxx or Winco. I LOVE their beauty area! I love how they carry brands that I would originally have to go else where to buy. To me, they offer more selection of hair care products and make up than Walmart. I also loved the electronics area. They have a good selection of PS3 games to browse through and a good selection of HDTVs. The workers here are very friendly and helpful as well! read more

Leave it to me to lose my Target Gift card. Thankfully it was ordered it online and there was a record of it. Also I knew that wasn't used because I was the one who lost it. Anyway, I called customer service. They had a direct number just for the gift card section. I didn't have to wait long at all to get help. The gentleman who helped me verified it wasn't used and wa-la I get an electronic gift card through email. No wait time and fast customer service!!! Great job Target!!! read more

This store is clean AND they have a Starbucks inside, a huge plus! Came today looking for baby booties with rubbery soles for traction when using a walker. Found some, and then got sidetracked... There's so much cute baby stuff!! Over $100 later, I'm checking out with Rosie and, of course... a sale item that said "buy 2, get a $10 gift card" isn't ringing up correctly. She doesn't know how or doesn't WANT to override it, so I wait for mgr. Eddie shows up and saves the day, and gives me the gift card with no arguing required!! Thank goodness, bc I didn't have time for all that; I get about 2 hours before I run back to the baby sitter to nurse baby. Glad he had great customer service skills :) read more

Do want a delivery man\women, to open your very expensive package? Well look no further! My mother ordered my dogs food. When we were out to eat we got an alarm that our package was on our doorstep. When we arrived home the package was cut open directly in the middle along with the packaging for the $54 dog food! Were lucky the sun did not affect the food in anyway‍ But, and this is for all Target employees. If you have the audacity to personally damage a customers package...just because your brain just has to know, USE YOUR BETTER BRAIN AND THINK WITH YOUR HEAD! DO BETTER TO EMPLOY BETTER NICER PEOPLE! read more

As I was walking around getting ornaments for my Christmas tree, the security guard stopped me out of nowhere. I did nothing wrong and here comes Assets Protection talking down to me. He must've thought I didn't have enough money for anything because I could hear him on the radio, he said, "young Hispanic in seasonal...." And so on. Didn't think this day would come where I get racially profiled in a TARGET store. This target really needs to re-evaluate their employees. If I could rate it 0 stars I would! read more

Always pleasant, usually have what you need. In electronics the associates have a lot of knowledge on the products they sell as well as current promotions. You can always expect they seasonal merchandise to be displayed on time and sale items promptly marked down. Check out is quick and friendly and the cashiers have no problem scanning your cart wheel. The only downfall is how busy the Starbucks is. Even though it's always busy, they always have enough people working. read more

I went to this store today. The first thing I noticed was that as many customers were not wearing masks as were. I felt really unsafe and was concerned for the people who work there. I spoke with a manager who told me Solano County is not requiring masks. Stores can require masks--Nugget does--Trader Joe's does. If this many people are inconsiderate enough to put everyone else at risk the business needs to be proactive. Masks don't protect the person wearing them. They are to protect people around us. Not having symptoms is no assurance that you do not have this virus. Why would Target put all of their employees and their clients at risk. On another note the store is out of stock on things that don't seem to relate to the pandemic-super glue? 3M Command hooks? read more

Typical Target. We only stopped here to shop because we were on our way out of town and it was right there. I don't know if it was the area, the time of day, or the time of year (a Saturday near Christmas), but items were seriously picked over. We found what we needed, but had to compromise a little. read more

If you find yourself looking for a store off the I80 that can meet your needs for basic groceries and home essentials this is the place to go. This target has a lot of traffic and specifically the curbside pick up. So be-careful getting into the parking lot. The drivers looking to pick up their items are relentless. There is a lot of parking both in front and next to Target at Safeway. Soon as you entered the store the bathrooms on the left and the Starbucks is on the right. The customer service support area is in and to the left you can't miss it. There's a lot of great deals and prices in things inside the store. Make sure you utilize the red card or apply for the debit or credit card for target to save where you can. There's an Ulta inside the store and I believe in all targets now. The service was not bad, however not as stellar as it used to be, however I think that's every store now a days. I will continue to visit this store bc most of the experiences I've had were good and most recently a lady in customer service was awesome read more

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS FROM TARGET! We bought gift cards for our grandson's birthday. His birthday is January 24th. When our daughter tried to buy a basketball he wanted, she was told it had a zero balance! The store manager said there was nothing he could do at the store level, we need to call the number on the receipt. Calling the number, they make a case file. You have to attach a pic of the receipt and the front and back of the gift card to the email they send to you. The investigation, the operator told us, can take 1-3 days. The operator told us the card had been used on the 17th! We hadn't even given it to our grandson yet! I will update with what happens next.
