A pretty good Target in general. Their produce/meat/bakery section is somewhat suspect, but overall I like commingle here because the staff is friendly and the place is always clean. I like checking out the clearance items on the inside endcaps. read more

They have a clean store but thats about it..Horrible costumer service, never enough registers and very racist, asked an employee a simple question and she gave me attitude when I asked nicely....I've been here a lot of times and is always the same... read more

So very disappointed in the newly "remodeled" Target in Vacaville; empty-disorganized shelves, dirty floors, short staffed. When clerk asked about my experience and I shared it, she said "yeah I know." Then she had to ask me the price of the product I was purchasing as the price did not scan! So disappointing one of my former favorite stores. read more

The new remodel is horrible, it looks like a cheap goodwill. Everything is in weird locations and most departments are split up in sections across the store. Food is in one place but bottles are in another while crockpots and coffee machines are across the store. I used to love going in to look at the nerdy merch they had in the movie section but it's all gone now. There's no selection left, just a bunch of low quality over-priced clothes. Their clothes are the same quality as Walmart but twice the price!! read more

Target never seem to disappoint me every time I go here. One of the associate named Eric helped me find the right price for my daughters boots and it turned out it was on clearance yay for me . And he also told me about the app online so I can save more.. thank target I love coming here! read more

This place is okay. They tend to have most of the essentials I need in stock. The employees all seem really depressed though--don't blame them. I like it a lot better than Walmart. read more

Shopping at my Vacaville target is only ok. Cleaner than Walmart but the people are not nearly as helpful or courteous. As with other reviews never enough cashiers working and if you are looking for something in particular, do not bother asking. You will not be taken to your items as is with the staff at Walmart, but will be pointed in the direction of its possible whereabouts. I was looking for a particular tablet case and was told by a cashier in electronics "If we have it, it will be on aisle ##" There were three cashiers stood there talking, not one offered to help. Customer service is more important to me so I'll be shopping at Walmart. read more

I love Target!!! It's got a Starbucks inside, and their new carts are awesome! I haven't had one bad experience at the Vacaville location! I do wish they would be closed on Thanksgiving though so the employees can have time off with their families! read more

Use to shop there almost all days of the week. I even got a job next store to make it .more convenient while not having a car at the moment. Security sucks , makes me feel very uncomfortable. I've dressed in many different attire to see if they are profiling me but it has to be personal because no matter what I wear, what I do , what I buy or what time I go in there.. they are always playing hide and seek with me, I always catch them and I will follow them until they leave me the hell alone. TAke my ID , take a picture... Hello I want to ask YOU a few questions... why me? I've never ever ever seen security stalk anyone else but me. Lol.. don't shop there anymore maybe for a thing or two ...once every few months but they've lost 98% of my business. read more

Overall good store. Clean, friendly staff and usually always well stocked. I've had a few issues when purchasing some items before. They would have some items out to purchase, but when I would go to purchase them, they declined selling it to me because some items had street dates on them and couldn't be bought before then. Then... why even have them out on the sales floor where anyone can grab them, or purchase them? Still giving them a 4 start from the other positive service I have been giving minus the few bad ones. read more

I drove all the way from Elk Grove to find a toy at this location. They unfortunately didn't haven't what I was looking for but they were so nice I couldn't even be mad. The customer service is on point at this store. They also have way more selections than my local store so it wasn't a complete waste of my time. read more

So every time I come here I'm offered their Target Red Card credit card and i dont want one. I have to say no to the cashiers more than 3 times just to get through my purchase. Its harassment and wastes my time. I'll shop elsewhere from now read more

well I wanted to buy two iphone 5s's as gifts to my brother and sister. the process was going fine until the worker at the electronics section, Amanda, told me she had to check if everything was inside. I was confused, and then she said that she had to check if the phones worked making even more confused. I told her I did not want her to activate the phones. And she did. We stayed at Target for THREE hours because Amanda messed up and activated the phones. I would not suggest coming to the electronics section at this target because the worker there (Amanda) does not know what she is doing. Then I wanted to return the phones because it became too much of a hassle. Amanda took us to customer service so I could return my purchase. The girl at the customer service counter, Cerrie, had no idea how to return for a large amount of money. I did not have a pleasant experience at this Target. It seemed like no one knew what they were doing. Do not come here. It is not a good place to shop if you want to shop at ease. Do not even bother going to customer service or the electronics section. The workers are no help and waste your precious time. I would not have rated this one star if I did not have to. read more

Today I went to Target to exchange a product but when I went to the return desk I discovered my wallet keys and phone had fallen out of my purse and were locked in my car, Target's employee (Madison) not only comforted me but called Triple A on HER card to come open my car!!!!!! Then she sat me in the coffee shop brought me magazines while I waited. I am so very impressed!!!!!!!! Target must hire only THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Target. I will be a loyal shopper from now on!!!!! read more

I come here ALL THE TIME, but the managers and workers are so rude I avoid them at all costs and usually go to self checkout. But even the worker that watches self checkout is rude, has an attitude and is so unhelpful. I probably won't be back to this location. read more

I love shopping target. I'm there probably every week and I always spend over $100 easily. Whenever I'm bored I just go wonder around this store. Today while I was doing my usual target run and feeding into my target addiction, my 4 month old son needed a diaper change. No problem you would think. Target has always seem to be the family friendly store, however today I discovered their bathrooms have no changing pads. I had to awkwardly maneuver a diaper change in his stroller. I was highly disappointed in this. I'll still shop target because duh it's target but it would be nice if it was a little more parent friendly for diaper changes. read more

I just really would like an explanation as to why the restrooms are ALWAYS disgusting here. Like Wal-Mart has cleaner restrooms. It's sad. I literally almost pee my pants here to avoid the restrooms. But the rest of the store is great, so just avoid the restrooms. :) read more

I went to buy something from electronics and the guy in that area was so annoying and rude... I knew what I needed -phone charger and he kept insisting on what I should buy. I started looking at other stuff, he got mad because I only bought 1 thing. He asked why I asked to look at other stuff and went on and on with his discussion. I then told him I didn't need his help and information but just wanted to pay for my purchase. read more

i LOVE target!!! this target is in a nice location near the outlets and the store is always clean...did i mention that i LOVE target??

We had a couple of items and went to the electronics department to have our couple of things rung up. The male employee was very, very rude to us. They carry the refrigerated dog and cat food !!!! Great stuff !! I will only go back until I can find somewhere else that has refrigerated pet food. The design of the store is very, very confusing !! read more

Don't purchase any electronics at this location. They sell used or returned electronics as new. Happened to me!

This target is kinda ghetto. Might as well be shopping at Walmart. Unorganized and every time I've been in they never have any express lanes open. read more

Customer service is horrible when returning items. We went home and opened the package and it was not the correct item that we thought we purchased. We called the same day to let the manager know what had happened, they tell us bring it in and they will refund us. We go the next day they give us the run around. They tell us we need to contact the manufacturer, even though Target was the store we directly purchased the item from. It took us almost 3 hours and several run arounds for them to really try to solve the problem. The manager did not try very hard to make sure we were satisfied customers. I do not think they even know their own return policies. They had to contact corporate twice to approve our return. I will never purchase electronics from Target ever again. I would rather go to Amazon or stoop to Walmart. I contacted the manufacturer and they spoke with Targets store manager, but it was clearly a waste of time. Go else where to purchase electronics. Save your time and effort for a place where they take customer service seriously. read more

The Pharmacy team in Vacaville is so incredible. My mother and I just moved and I've tried Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill and I'm so disappointed. The Walnut Creek Pharmacy won't even answer the phone "if they're too busy..." I know this because I tried to reach them for three days. I miss the Vacaville store so much, they are the best! read more

Target is one of my favorite stores to visit they always have what you need and the employees are always helpful and friendly! One plus to the target in vacaville is that it has starbucks The parking is very optional another great thing about target is that they have a grocery section frozen food, cheese, milk ice cream, ceral! you name it. The only negative thing i have to say about target is they could have more people at the check out line i feel like i'm waiting there for a long time until someone takes care of me other than that the are superior and way better than walmart! read more

Buyers CHECK your receipt if you use cartwheel...cashier scanned my phone, but it did not register on total..this is TARGETS way of ripping you off under your nose!***I see a class action lawsuit coming***(refund denied) Also, if the cashier says your gift card has a zero balance, do NOT give it to him if he asks "do you want to throw it away" it had $25 season of scamming read more

I have been a faithful target shopper. And don't get me wrong I love the up and up products and children's clothes are great. I have been slowly noticing the over flowing trash cans spilling on to the entry way, disgusting shopping carts with left over debris from being used all day. I understand people should be cleaning up after themselves, but seriously target it's disgusting. Today however, my toddler had to use the restroom and I could have gone without ever stepping foot in that foul bathroom. As I opened the door it slid most of the used paper towels out our way to we could get in. We tried 3 stalls before be found one that was just slight filthy. The one we choose had 3 beverages in it. Toilet paper all over the ground and was still significantly cleaner than the others. Naturally as I was leaving the bathroom I looked to see when the last restroom check had been done on the log on the back of the door and it had been 2 hours. Heyyy target maybe we should be doing these "bathroom checks" more frequently. I think you should assign this task to the 2 employees at the electronics counter who were to busy to help me get and iPad because of the intense conversation on spanking children. I think I'll be online shopping for awhile. read more

This target is awful! I was driving through on my way back to LA and this larger old woman with wild blonde hair that works at the Target was just staring at me the whole time. I felt very uncomfortable. I was in self checkout I wasn't even in her line. She then turned fully around as I left and stared at me as I walked out. She had a customer as well since she was a cashier. Completely ignored the customer to stare at me. She looked pissed off like I had done something wrong to her. I was just buying some Advil. I will never stop at this Target again. I regret not reporting her for making me feel awful. I don't know what she thought I had done. She wasn't looking at me like she knew me from somewhere. She was looking at me like I had just stolen 7 TV's and put them in my pockets. I have never been looked at in that way in my life. I made this yelp account exclusively to warn others about this crazy woman. read more
