    I've only been to this location a handful of times but that was prior to my Yelp days so I don't recall anything specific about my shopping experience. I went here recently on Thanksgiving to look for an air fryer for my sister-in-law. I didn't check their inventory online in advance otherwise I would have known they were out of stock. I picked up a location for my other sister-in-law and scanned it in the Target app to see if there were any discounts on Cartwheel. There was not but the item was $3 less on target.com so I proceeded to the customer service desk for a price match. The lady unapologetically told me they're not matching prices that weekend. Well that's dumb! Lol I actually said that out loud too. Oops. I didn't have time to do the in-store pickup so I sucked it up and paid the higher price. I went to cash out my purchases and didn't pay close attention to my receipt. I later discovered that cashier had ran me up twice for one item that cost $15. I ended up returning the item at a different location and told them about the error and they were able to give me the refund without any issues. Lastly, before leaving we went to the Starbucks located in the store and while standing in line I did a mock order and found out the drink my daughter wanted was not available. I'm glad I checked otherwise we would have stood in line for +10 mins only to be disappointed. So yeah, disappointing shopping trip all around.

    Of course this being a Target, it's gonna be a great store, but I'm giving it extra points for not remodeling. Since opening in the mid 2000s, pretty much nothing has changed, old signage, old layout, I like the new Targets a lot but this is just as good. Besides the signage it's just a solid normal Target.

    Disgusting, this could have been prevented by people that know How to do their job!

    I just received my online order, I am beyond disgusted with the way this shipment was handled! This was a food order for our troops to send over seas. The box tape was torn at every seam, UPS HAD TO RETAPE IT! All the food in the box was destroyed, every can dented, some open and leaked on other food, the Raman noodles were crushed and opened! They do have the ability to ship in different boxes, Perhaps this was too difficult for them to understand this! Train your Ship From Store People!

    Out of the 2,178 Target Stores around where I live, this is my favorite. I am exaggerating of course, but there are several locations in and around Schaumburg. This particular one is not your ordinary Target though...this is S-U-P-E-R TARGET!!! A colossal Target with a grocery store and Starbucks built in. The one stop shopping and reasonable prices are what makes this Super Target pure evil. Hmmmm maybe that is why Target chose the color red since that is the devils favorite. Seriously, I can't hate on Target for taking my money since I voluntarily spend it here almost every week. They keep this location neat, and well stocked for the most part. Groceries, toothpaste, shampoo, patio furniture, electronics, magazines, baby unicorns, this Target has it all. OK, maybe not the last part, but you get my gist. I guess I'll keep doing my part in trying to revive this stagnant economy. I'll keep making money and Target will keep taking it away.

    My favorite location. Always clean, well staffed, and stocked. Great drive up team, friendly cashiers, fast Starbucks too.

    One word for this business horrible…read more I bought a sofa and rug on January 2, 2023. They committed to deliver them within 10 to 14 days. Over a month later, my items are still not delivered. Initially, the interaction with the owner was great. He was very gracious and customer focus. However, after I bought the furniture and rugs, their communications and follow up turned horrible. I had to constantly call them for updates. They committed to call me and never did. They only responded when I called. They never initiated one call to provide me an update on my order. They told me that my products were on the truck from North Carolina and I should get my items by Wednesday. When I called to follow up, they said they're waiting for the truck to arrive. Now I just got a call from the owner saying that my sofa was damaged and they have to return it. When I asked, about the rug I ordered, his response was, "he thinks that the rug was returned with the sofa". I said to him that didn't make sense because he said he just discovered the sofa was damaged. Additionally, the carpet has nothing to do with the sofa. They are two different items. He says it's a common practice for the manufacturer to return all of the items that were ordered together. He did not offer me anything for the inconvenience. I requested my money back and it appears he did give it back, but I'll check to see if it shows up on my credit card. I think the whole thing was a sham and I was being strung along. I honestly do not believe that he placed my order. I'm not sure if he was trying to float my money. I do not recommend this place of business. While I understand that they may not have control of the delivery and supply chain, they could've demonstrated the common courtesy of calling me to keep me apprised of my order. Avoid them at all cost!

Some folks are disputing this but think about it, do you want the pilot of your plane on your trans-Pacific flight with 100 hours of flight experience?? Or do you want the person with 10,000 hours?? Speaking of pilots, the pilot light in my gas fireplace kept going out and it kept going out when outside temperatures went below 25F. That's right, it went out when you needed it most. So after firing up the pilot light manually for seemingly over two Winters, I said to myself, this is insanity. So I used Yelp to conduct a comparative analysis and called four fireplace companies. Here were the outcomes of those calls: - one company does not fix gas fireplaces. - the second company made me leave a message and it took the guy like 3 days to call back and he had an attitude like he was disgruntled from the get-go (meaning from the onset). - the third company wanted to charge a service call for diagnosing the problem and couldn't comment on the overall costs. - the fourth company was Hearth & Home and Pat (who turned out to be the owner) was a straight shooter (meaning forthcoming with details). Pat asked the year, make, model, serial number of my gas fireplace. He listened to me about my fireplace's symptoms and gave me a likely diagnosis and projected costs of the part and service. I had a very good feeling about his Integrity and thought the cost was reasonable. The appointment was booked and weeks later, Mike came as scheduled. Mike has 10 years experience and although he huffed and puffed here and there while fixing it, I had no doubt that with his expertise (10,000 hours) we would be up and running in no time. And that's what happened, my fireplace got fixed, within budget and right in time for me to make it to the Yelpies event last week!! Thank you Pat, Mike and H&H for this professional experience. Otherwise I would have missed that great event by Kesha and Celeste!!
