Good target, but they let dogs that obviously aren't service dogs in and it's really gross

I had a remarkable experience today with Benino who works at the Target on Frank Lloyd Wright in Scottsdale. I was looking for plastic recyclable bags after being told by my apartment property manager that they were available at Target. Couldn't find them but found one of their employees, Benino, who came from a different department to help me look. When he couldn't find them either he contacted the warehouse and within five minutes he was back with the bags. Target is very lucky to have Benino representing their company. read more

This target store is always clean, has the friendliest staff, and they always have amazing clearance items. I go there so often I know most of the staff lol. The only downfall of this Target is the bathrooms are always filthy and there are never toilet covers. Someone please scrub them. read more

i ordered an xbox controller online and picked it up in store. when i got home i noticed the box was damaged and looked like it had been opened prior to me receiving it. i opened the box (it was already opened) and the controller was missing and there was only 2 batteries in the box. read more

This is one of the trashiest Targets in the Phoenix Metro area, and has been for years. Strange, considering the location. It feels like it's being run by an ex-manager from Kmart. The Walmart Supercenter nearby is cleaner and better maintained. read more

This is my store @ FLW and the 101. The store's always CLEAN (including the bathrooms), has a Starbucks INSIDE (woo-hoo!), well stocked with lots of friendly and helpful staff. BONUS: there's a TJ Maxx and Ross in the same shopping center. read more

This target is great. Easy no-fuss returns and impeccable service. My home away from home! Oh and since I became pregnant I find any excuse to go in there and get the Pizza Hut breadsticks, so good!! read more

Julie at the self service check out was amazing tonight! She asked if I had the cartwheel app, which I did, and she showed me how to scan the bar codes at checkout to see if I could get extra savings. Saved another $57 because of the tip. Store is good, but pharmacy is weak. I show up a few minutes before closing, wait patiently while they help somebody else, and then ask for a flu shot. Guy tells me they have plenty, but they are closing in a few minutes and to come back tomorrow. It takes 2 minutes to give a flu shot...come on. Nothing awful, but weak customer service. Just go the CVS on Bell Road/Thompson Peak. People at that store are nice, friendly, and would have taken care of this no problem. read more

This is one of my favorite Targets. It is easy to access and usually on my way to different places. I like how they remodeled it, to now offer groceries. I don't know that it is necessary or how successful that will be, but the rest of the store is great. read more

This is by far my favorite target it always has everything that I want and sometimes even on clearance. Make sure to always check the aisles they have a ton of stuff on clearance! The staff is always so nice and so helpful. read more

I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience was that horrible. Never ever will I support or visit this store again. Their customer support and upper management are horrible and treat their customers like crap. They would not release a product to me that I had purchased online for my daughters birthday and I have (and had) the confirmation to pick it up and also talked about me behind my back- I guess they didn't realize I was standing right behind theirs. I've always been a huge target fan and supporter-but I've lost a lot of respect for them tonight. Even after showing them the tracking confirmation and screen that said my order is ready to pick up at their location, their store managers exact words were "I can not go by what your screen says (and the target website), I can only by what mine says." This place has the slowest cashier. I would say cashiers but everytime I go here they have 1 cashier who is always very slow (maybe that's intentional so you are motivated to use the self checkout). A few days ago it took me 20 minutes to check out, and there was only 1 person in front of me. Does Target really think people will keep coming back with a 20 minute checkout time? I mostly go to walmart now which has more cashiers and it seems to be faster. read more

As a Target Shopper, I would NOT recommend this store! While the stock/selection isn't bad - the Service generally is!! I always seem to ne amazed at the attitude/apathy of "many" of their staff. Tonight took the cake as I when I got home & reached for my new jammies + they weren't there! Neither was the outfit I planned on wearing tomorrow!! Turns out the Brainiac that checked me out (looked) like she was loading them into the tub I purchased, but instead was placing into some obscure spot she "forgot" about! I now have to drive ALL the way BACK tomorrow - which is not close for me! So ticked! Manager on phone could barely muster an apathetic "sorry." Which is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. UNreal. The wait to check out was a bummer. More lanes should have been opened to accommodate the amount of people and carts waiting, minus a star. Otherwise, this location is one of the better ones around. The store is very clean, bright, and well organized. It gives off a "higher end" appeal, but with the awesome Target prices. I did see a Starbucks along with other food options to grab a quick snack. I took my niece to the bathroom and was impressed on how spotless it was! Kudos to this location! read more

The open hours are incorrect online. Online, it says this Target opens at 7; however, it doesn't open until 8 on weekdays.

Far less crowded than the local Target I sometimes find myself in this area and have rarely been let down by the products they carry. That said, prices are still higher and selection is still smaller than the Walmart a few doors down and without the copious produce section I need to survive the week this place only works in a pinch. read more

She was polite and respectful, and handled the correction quickly and efficiently. Just had the best experience here!! My favorite target in the Valley, but today I had something happen that reminded me why the Frank Lloyd Wright location is my go-to. Justin from the Apparel section went out of his way to help my boyfriend and I both find items we have been searching for at every Target. Was in this store yesterday in hopes of buying Christmas cards. I was looking for a card for my sister and couldn't find a single card for sister. Couldn't find any family cards at all for that matter. Positively the worst selection of Christmas cards I have seen in a long time. I left without buying a single card. I have shopped at this Target for years and usually they have a really nice selection of cards. Not sure what happened this year. Perhaps it has something to do with their so-called remodel which, as SM commented, has ruined the store. I also looked at their pre-lit Christmas trees and found one that I liked on display, but they didn't have it. Will try the Desert Ridge store today for the tree, and probably Walmart or even Safeway for cards. I am making it a point from now on to frequent this store as little as possible. It was a complete waste of my time going in there. The only positive was a female employee I interacted with in the lingerie department. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Didn't get her name, but she should have been working at Nordstrom. read more

Any old Target I guess, feels newer and fairly clean as far as Target's go. I only wanted to post about them because on three different occasions a manager or a higher ranking employee has honored a price that was mislabeled or offered a discount on something that they didn't need to. I thought that was pretty cool. read more

This store is clean, staff is friendly, and the store is decent. They priced matched an online company for a purchase and made a few suggestions for shopping with Target in the future. The prices are great and I found a few items that other stores did not carry. read more

Had an issue with order I received. Wrong item and too heavy for me to carry. Tried to arrange for pick-up and that was just a waste of time. Had to literally drag it into the store. Explained the scenario and requested some type of small gift card or something for the time and effort this cost me. Manager said "your issue is with target.com not the store." He refused to do anything. Submitted an online complaint to store. Reply from Jonathan Avila was if you would like to return the item we can replace it - he never read what I wrote. Worst customer service experience I ever had. Will never shop target again. read more

Yes ALL target's are pretty much the same but for some reason I like this one just because it's SOOO clean. Compared to the ones I've been to in California, IT'S SO CLEAN. And they have everything. Not once did I see something out of stock. That's very rare in California. read more

I came into this Target to exchange a barstool that we bought that broken. It was a smooth transition as we got another barstool very easily. Jacob was very helpful as he opened the box to make sure that the barstool was not broken again. They showed they really did care about the cuatomer. read more

We were looking for a new smart phone and had given up after visiting Verizon and Best Buy, terrible experiences with both. Stopped by Target to pick up and few things and stopped to talk to Alee in the electronics dept. She showed us the phone we were looking for and found all the specials and discount she could give us. What a great experience to have someone actually care about making you happy. We purchased the phone and she transferred all the content from our old phone. Alee knew more about how Verizon works than their own employees do. I will be referring all our friends to Alee. read more

Wow. Excellent customer service! I was shopping with my son and by mistake dropped and spilled my hot coffee all over the floor. There was an employee nearby who saw it and immediately called someone to clean it up. But the above and beyond part was that she asked if I had just gotten the coffee there- which I did- and she said I could go over and get another one for free! Impressive. I spilled my coffee and THEY cleaned it up and got me another one. read more

I was in line to check out at this Target and the line suddenly stopped. They said the checker (the only one that was on by the way) couldn't process so many customers!?!? The called on the pharmacy to help check out instead of bringing up more checkers to help. There were red shirts everywhere and still nobody could get us checked out. I asked for the store manager, Craig and he was rude and insulting. He wasn't very nice to the pharmacy staff either as they stepped up and helped us. I would avoid this store as it has lousy management. read more
