About three years ago target slowly began reminding me of Walmart. I would go to target even if The prices were slightly higher than Walmart. The service at target was always better, The products were higher quality, and I wouldn't spend 30 minutes at the checkout because they only had one lane open out of 20. Sadly this is all happening at target. Everytime I walk Into a target there are hardly any checkout lanes open and the line is forever long. FOREVER.... especially when you have kids!!! Sure they have the self checkout open, but if you're going there with a cart-load expect to have a 30 minute check out. I always forget to use the cartwheel app/ target coupons and because the Internet is so crappy in the store it's about impossible to download the app over cell data. Why not just give you the discount? Why make you do all this extra crap when you're having to grocery shop with your three children? There isn't enough alcohol after a major shopping trip at target read more

Target is our go to place to get decent household items. A definite stop during Christmas season, it's also a good place to find gifts for co-workers and friends....when you don't want to spend too much money. The only thing about this Target is that it's tucked in the back near a TJ Maxx and Ross, which means the parking lot can get crazy when it's busy. Overall, it's a nice, clean store. I had a stellar experience yesterday at Target. Aaron in the pharmacy was awesome! He was polite, he asked my how my day was going and he had a great attitude. He pretty much made my day. After my bad experience at the CVS near my home, I decided to use the CVS in Target I al so happy I did. Aaron is awesome! I hope Target/CVS appreciates him! read more

We went to three different Target's today looking for a couple items (Tempe Rio Salado, Frank Lloyd Wright, and Scottsdale Talking Stick) and the difference between them really shows. I give major probs to this location. Not only was the store impeccably clean and organized, but the staff was so welcoming (greeted by almost every staff member) and helpful (couldn't find something in a department that the staff member didn't manage and made sure we were helped, plus manager realized we were having a coupon issue and made sure to handle right away). Whatever y'all are doing, keep up the great work. You're setting the standard. read more

The service was so rude and not guest focused at all. I am looking at the recycle bags. Practically get ran over by one of your team members. I turn around to go pay then another team member comes in front of me with a pallet of wine. Clearing seeing me there she should have waited! Did we forget that the guest comes first??? You are in the business of hospitality! This is not how our Trader Joe's are in California or Texas! Rude!!! Then the cashiers give me some caddy apology that they didn't see me! They clearly did. I was in front of them. I only wanted to stop in to get a AZ bag since I was visiting! read more

The NorSco Target is friendly, convenient, and above all, IT'S CLEAN! I've learned to buffer my checking account for the "Target Effect". The "Target Effect" is the name I've given to the phenomenon that occurs when I visit a Target store for a specific product and end up purchasing more than I came for. For example, it's common to shop at a Target store for essential consumable goods like contact solution and end up buying shoes, accessories, electronics, and other value-priced merchandise. Nonetheless, I very seldom have buyer's remorse after a Target shopping trip and rarely end up returning unnecessary or surplus items. I'm also a HUGE fan of the Target debit card. It links to your checking account and gives you 5% off all purchases. Just do it. read more

Make sure you check your receipts at checkout at this Target. Last night when I went to self checkout, the cashier nearby had no business and offered to check out. When he was done, right then I checked my receipt and noticed he charged me twice for a few of my purchases for a significant amount. When I pointed this out, he said I then had to go to customer service and to get a refund of the amount he overcharged me, wasting more time. Next time, I'll avoid him or use self checkout. read more

Since a few targets closed down by my old address I honestly haven't been to a target in forever and SO freaking excited there's one down the road from my house now. Am a regular (more with online shopping) but this store is clean and has great selection of inventory. This place is right on target read more

Great location and one of my go-to's for the family. Awesome selection of puppy items we needed for our new fur-baby. Love the self check-out and the employees up front are super friendly. For sure one of my favorite Targets. read more

Most frustrating experience at checkout. The associates do not know how to run coupons and it took forever to understand what a manufacturer coupon is. Such a large Target but hard to find basic items like Travel size Kleenex boxes etc. read more

The recent remodel has ruined the Target I have gone to for past 13 years! The music is loud and horrible! I shouldn't be able to hear two different songs going at once. I feel like I'm shopping at crappy Kohl's. Turn off the old people music! It's stressful. I'm a young mom and Target is my escape. I'll just stick with Drive pick up. Aside from that employees are always friendly. read more

One of the best experiences I've had in a long time! Staff was super helpful and friendly, cute items and an easy to shop set up! Also- one of best Starbuck employee interactions I've had (felt like I was at Dutch Bros). read more

I love this Target. Great organic food selection. Clean and nice associates. Parking is a challenge

Cashier Sheri/Sherry was very rude tonight- first time I encountered a rude rep here. I placed two towels on the tread and told her I weren't going to purchase them, and then quickly placed a third item on top- a long robe, which I also did not want to buy. She rang the robe up, so I had to tell her sorry, but that I didn't want it. I then placed three towels and two thermal shirts to purchase. I stopped to search for the mobile promo code that I had found earlier, but saw that they were online only codes. I said I was just going to buy them without, and then I asked if she knew about any promo codes I could use, to which she replied that there were only online codes, not in-store. I thanked her, to which she said nothing, and she also did not say thank you and goodbye, which I thought was rude. I visited TJ Maxx after and found three towels I liked (and where I was thanked for coming in, I might add), so I went back to Target and returned the towels I'd bought. I found it ironic that the employee that left a bad taste in my mouth earlier was manning the returns counter, so it was she that credited back the money I spent on the towels that would forever remind me of her had I kept them. Again, no greetings of goodbye, or thank you, So rude! read more

I don't care which one I go to, and for what I'm going for, I drop $100 each and every time. What is it about the Target that sucks you in and makes you decide you need a Soda Stream today, or a whole new set of bath towels? I don't care. I love Target. I always will. read more

I love Target! I go here for almost everything!! They recently just updated their grocery section to include fresh produce, I would have given 5 stars if they would have just made it a Super Target!! I frequent this Target often and I never leave the store empty handed! I love how they have recycling bins right in front of the registers! It is so convenient to be able to bring in old plastic bags and empty plastic bottles to be recycled especially because where I am living does not offer such recycling. Every employee has always been very friendly. When I have had to return items there have never been any issues or hassle. If you live in the north Scottsdale area I would definitely recommend shopping here over Wal-Mart any day!!!! read more

***************************** I seldom walk the aisles ********************************** Today was no exception. I prefer that my Wife have this Outstanding Experience. I love Target. It has everything you could possibly want- all under one glorious roof. Cute, casual tops and bottoms for working out? Check. Fashionable earrings and necklaces? Check. Electronics? Check. Cleaning supplies? Check. Food? Check. Home decor. Check. I could go on and on. And best of all, they have the cheapest prices you'll find without sacrificing your integrity by going to Walmart. If you like the Morningstar Farm veggie foods, they have them cheaper here than you can get at any grocery store and they even have wine now at many of the Target's. What a dream come true! read more

This location is always clean, the staff is always nice and there is always plenty of stock. They have a nice variety of high/mid/lower end items with more options than most Targets. The strip mall it is located in also is one of the better ones, with ample parking, other shopping/eating options and overall great location. This is my go to target. I just can't "check in" here as many times as I go, or people would be concerned about me. :) read more

Target is one of my favorite stores. They have everything you can possibly need. This store is always so neat and organized. They have super fast checkouts which is a huge plus. I live close by so I am here multiple times a week. I was in here today looking for baby items and the sales associates were so helpful and informative. The only problem is that I end up buying much more than I came in for! It's hard to resist their huge selection especially in the home and baby sections! read more

Because of the fiasco at the hotel, needed to find a Target to purchase some towels. This location is nice and clean. I, as I always do, did my general walk around of the whole store to see if there was anything else I needed. The check out person was friendly. Good one to go to. read more

the parking lot at this location is a little small. I know everyone is out holiday shopping so they're probably more people inside the stores than normal but I hate when I have to walk almost 5 minutes from my car just to get into the store. I feel like that is entirely too small for a person to walk. I feel like these stores should build bigger parking lots knowing that certain times of the year they have more people coming inside the store and they should accommodate people. Especially considering the fact that they are making so much money during the holiday season you would think they would be able to afford it and put it back into the customers by providing a bigger parking lot so we did not have to walk so far to bring the items that we purchased from their store to our car. Just my thoughts but that's definitely something I think that would help. The people that work here are pretty good. The lady and the guy that work in the back help me find a few of the items I was looking for read more

If you are ready to settle down and are looking for a dime thats top of the line, come to this target. This place is CAKED up. They also have a great selection of pretty much anything else you could want. read more

I love this Target because it's big, clean and bright with everything I need including groceries. I also always find great things that I didn't know I needed, so it can be dangerous to shop here unless you're disciplined. After a terrible customer experience at Walmart (goodness you wouldn't believe it!!)) I decided to stop by Target today and get the rest of the things I wanted and see if I can switch our family and friends to this store. Anyways TARGET is so much better!!:)) It has less choices and maybe a bit more expensive but hey: it shows in how nicely I have been treated and how impressed I was with how everything was in place and faced the right way. The aisles were clean and nothing was blocking my path, I found things easily and at the very end at the checkout the sweetest little blonde lady took my things and carried it over to save me time scanned my shopping at the customer service desk. Bravo!!:)) 5 stars baby it's our new favorite store from now on!!:)) read more

Hi everyone. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Diana and the store manager (don't have his name) at the Target on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard in North Scottsdale. After a long day of work, I stopped by this Target store to pick up a few things before I went to dinner and then home. One of those items was a bottle of Tide detergent. I purchased my items and left the store. I didn't bag my bottle of detergent because it has a handle so why would I waste a bag on it? I sat the bottle of detergent on the passenger seat of my car along with the bag of other items I purchased. I went to get a bite to eat, then home. When I was getting the items out of my car to go into my apartment, I noticed a horrible blue ring on the seat! The bottle of detergent was leaking! The very next day I got to the store early - right when it opened and spoke with Diana. She was skeptical at first (as I'm sure all customer service managers are) but it was clear that the bottle was leaking. I even took a photo of the shelf it was on when I picked it up the previous evening (blue ring there too). She spoke with her boss who offered to give me $50 to get my seat cleaned. The seat cleaning was $49.99. I brought the receipt for the seat cleaning back to Target and gave them the one cent back to cover the full $50. They could have made no effort to make the situation right and I would have been left with that bill, but they chose to keep a long-time customer happy. So to Diana and the team at the Target on Frank Lloyd Wright, BIG HUGS AND BIG THANK YOU!!! You've made a loyal customer - FOR LIFE. read more

By far the best target in The Valley! So many deals and clearance. Other Targets seem to disappoint in comparison to this one.

Your typical Target. We were there bargin shopping for the wife. A positive for ALL Targets...free wi-fi for my iPod!

My wife was at Starbucks and she bought a cup, it said on the cup $14.99 when she bought it, it was actually $25 and they refuse to sell the price that was on there. I'm telling you right now I will not go there with that kind of false advertisement that's how you will lose business! You just lost mine and all the people I know!! read more
