The barcodes on the products and on the shelves don't seem to match up with the in store scanner as well as the cash register scanner. I noticed this on a couple of items that we purchased. One of my items was overpriced when the cashier scanned it at the register, when on the shelf had a lower price. I notified the cashier and the cashier checked and fixed it. Dear target, I have always hated going to this store because the employees are extremely rude & unhelpful, regardless of my bad experiences I always go to this store as is the clone closes to me, just two days ago I was there and I needed help looking for some workout leggings and when I ask for help to a chatty group of 3 employees they game a smirky attitude and made faces when I turned around, but today for the first time in 4 years I enjoyed my target trip thank to a wonderful and amazing employee called SAVANNA, she helped me and my two daughters I the sweetest most gentlest way and I want to give her a million thank you for that! I'm bipolar, and regularly avoid shopping at busy hours because I get extremely anxious, but I was there today at 5:30 or so, savanna was at customers service where I had to go return a sports bra I had gotten in the wrong size, but I had a full cart with me as well! I asked her if she could help me or if I had to go make a regular line, to what she replied with a smile yes of course! Ppl started lining up behind me and I started getting anxious, sweaty and I was honestly about to just leave everything there because I feared I was getting an anxiety attack, but dear savanna, not knowing of my condition but saw me nervous showed me the kindness customer service I have ever seen! She told me it was ok, to not pay attention to other ppl! She kept calming me down while helping me and she was just soo amazing I have to tell her, Thank You soo much for being so kind thank you! I dislike this target very much. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked a sales person about a head phone, he had no clue about it. At the clothes section, the items are very unorganized and and missing sizes are common. I couldn't find XS for two coats and I couldn't find size 7 shoes at the shoes section. The shoes section is what really got me upset. No one cared to organize the shoes and put the correct size in the correct shoe box. I saw a size 7 shoe box, but when I opened it, it was size 8 and the shoe was of another style. HOWEVER, target is still target. I will still shop at Target of an another location. read more

At 9:00 There must have been 75 people in line and only 3 registers open. Not a single basket to be found anywhere but at the registers. CVS Pharmacy at Target is one of the worst pharmacies...always a problem when you go to pick up med's. Every single time I go there the pills aren't ready, we forgot something, we'll have to call you tomorrow, you'll have to come back, on and on it goes!!!! Nothing changes with my prescriptions so WHAT'S THE NEVER ENDING PROBLEM????? Also, NOTE TO STORE: Fix your broken carts, FIX THE WHEELS!!!! The checkout lines are WAY TOO LONG! On a busy afternoon or weekend they only have 2-3 Cashiers and lots of team members walking around the store. Did they get rid of the button that you press on your register when you need back up? (I used to work for Target). At least while I worked there we had those lines down real quick! read more

There's something wrong with this Target... I don't come here often, but more than 80% of the time there are not enough cashiers. Usually there are at least 15 people in two lines... Come on! Some of your staff is just standing there chatting... "on break". Electronics section would not accept a target gift card print out. Apparently they've dealt with Fraud with e - gift cards so they made me wait 15 minutes while they found a LOD ( Leader On Duty) to get verification. Jessie was extremely rude while trying to explain why Target would not take my e gift card. When questioning why it would not get taken, He got a little catty. I often visit this store regularly but their customer service here is horrible. They don't take care of their customers. We just visited the store and we had some issues with the prices. We used the target app on some items that showed a cheaper price than had scanned up. The so called supervisor Jasmine was extremely rude. Already had a bad attitude when associate called her over for help, went over to customer service and she was very unwilling to accommodate our price that had scanned up on our target app for their store. Due to her lack of help and poor customer service attitude I didn't get the items I wanted. Please train your employees especially a supervisor how to use your app because they tend to brush customers off just so they don't have to price adjust with a simple excuse "that's the online price". read more

Service at this location is usually mediocre. Some days it's great, other's not so much. For the most part people here show that they don't really care about their jobs. It's okay it's a Target I'm not really looking for much as long as they have what I'm looking for at a great price. Ariceli at customer service/returns was extremely rude and condescending. She is suppose to be the person in charge of returns but she is unaware of the store/company's policies and how to provide basic customer service. We had bought an air mattress and upon inflating it, we found out it had an air leak and so we bought it back to the store WITH A RECIEPT (bought from the same location) for an exchange and she would not do so. She said it was opened and used and she would not accept the return. Of course it would be opened and used (or just inflated), that's how we discovered it was defective. Despite trying to explain the situation with her Ariceli would not accept the return did not offer any help and had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I don't go to Target to get an attitude people. Especially with Aricelli, whose job is to help! (A.K.A Customer Service!). LOL. Anyhow, after the incident we went home with a broken mattress. Called and went to the Target in Diamond, on Diamond Bar and Grand. What happened there was what I expected. I went to Customer Service. Told them what happened. Gave them a receipt. Got my exchange. The end. AWESOME!!!!! So, if you're having problems with this target in particular especially the customer service department it's probably because Ariceli is in charge and even if the other people there are trying to help you she hates life and wants to be mean to everyone, better go to a different store. DAMN THIS PLACE. How is it every time I come here only wanting to spend $5 bucks I end up spending $50. OMG such temptation. They just have to carry everything. I went to this location to pick up an online order the lady Lulu was super nice and helpful, I went to look for something I needed in the store with the merchandise I picked up, mind you in the bag, I did not touch anything since they didn't have what I was looking for. My 3 year old daughter was with me. As I was approaching the door I saw a gentleman which seems to be security since he was not in a red shirt it was blue however he did have a tag that was staring at me of course he stopped me at the door and asked me for my receipt. First of all if I wanted that type of treatment I would shop at Wal-Mart, Second I was like the only visibly Hispanic at the exit so I automatically thought is he is racial profiling, Third I shop at Target ALL the time and this is the 1st time this has ever happened to me. Fourth my daughter is with me now I have to explain to her what was happening and that this man was accusing me of stealing. I've been a Target girl for more years than I can count and I just love it how more and more people are Target shoppers like me. From health and beauty products to their awesome deals on dvds, toys, cute clothes, Isaac Mizrahi line, housewares, seasonal department, pharmacy with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, constant staff working the floors, adequate garden section, ample selection on so many of their departments. I am a nut and go sometimes once a week or multiple times a week and buy routine things and will always peruse the aisles alone or go with friends. And who doesn't appreciate their coffee/popcorn bar and their surprisingly yummy treats, and photo department .... you can't go wrong. read more

Everything seems to well organized, they could have a better checkout system. They are very confusing and always crowded. Perhaps self check out cashier would be an option too. Nothing special here. There is a little food court area with Starbucks as expected in most Target locations. The aisles look relatively clean and organized. I remember going into one aisle that had random and interesting stuff on it. I did notice one employee who was checking if a couple customers needing assistance looking for items. That is nice. This target is OK.... it's just like all the other targets ive been too... this review is mainly for their shoe dept section. I went here yesterday in hopes to buy new sandals but that did not happen!! Their shoe section is so disorganized!!! Tons of the shoe boxes were empty...and a lot of the times, the shoes weren't even in their proper box...or if the shoe was size 6.5, but thrown into a box for size 8...I know its prob the other customers that are messing everything up but maybe every few hours or so an employee can actually fix it and make it look nice for the next customer? As a pregnant woman I was pretty annoyed and over it, trying to look for anything. Unfortunately I did find a pair of sandals I liked but couldn't find the correct size... also to mention no coworkers walking around that I could ask to help me..so I walked away sandal-less. My boyfriend and I always come to Target for our everyday needs. We come here so often it's starting to become habitual. Although this target doesn't have much stock, it's still a nice place to go to look around. I think that if you were looking for something in particular that was really popular, you're better off visiting some other target though. But usually, I come for food and like nail polish and cheap blu rays. They also have cute shoes, but their shoe size options are always gone really fast, which shows the amount of people who visit this target. They have one of the best clearance sections I've been to! The issue is they always sell out of small shoes sizes very quickly and the make up section- SUCKS!
