I was looking to get a new car shade. Sadly, I'll have to look elsewhere. I was also looking for a supplement called Alice. I had seen online, and heard Target carried them. I did not see them here. I love coming to Target - its like my cathartic window shopping release from a weeks worth.. of well.. work haha. They have so many things here: from groceries to stationary to sportswear and equipment to electronics. Personally I love coming for their selections of blind bag Disney TsumTsum figurines - they have a new selection of them each time and I love how clean and neat the store it. This location has a wider selection of holiday gift sets, toddler boy clothes, and a huge bullseye dollar spot. All three of the things I favor GREATLY! The only service interactions I've had are at the customer service desk when picking up an order and making a return. The woman I spoke with, was very kind and helpful. The only downside to this location is their cash register/self check out set up. It gets very congested, it seems too small and far too close to the clothing area so there isn't much room for passing by when people have accumulated in lines. read more

I am writing another review because someone keeps deleting them, i've waited in this drive up lane for 3 1/2 orders and still haven't received mine, it's a simple two item order. It's hysterical to me how you manage to never hire anyone new here and keep the same people, yet we see the outcome of that situation. No one stopped to help me, so i went inside, the lady looked done and tired, but so was i, i told her the 2 hour window was over and I'm still waiting and she made up a 3 hour window, and when i asked to just have my order she said it wasn't possible, or maybe she was just lazy.m, maybe should've put that one in the app. I'm still waiting in my car, looks like we're gonna hit an all time record of four hours in the target parking lot, i've been seeing people come and go around me since four, what a great experience. When Target has what you need they are fast and convenient. They opened at 8 on a Sunday but when I got there at 10:30, they were apparently still restocking so the navigation of the store left a lot to be desired. Also? On my list were 5 items. Unfortunately, there is not a store in a 50 mile radius that carry all 5. And not that other stores were out of stock, but that specific items are no longer sold at specific stores. Pro-tip- Download the Target App. The app really is a requirement in my opinion. At least you can find out if your closest store carries what you need or where to go if not. It also is superior to other "store apps" in that it not only tells you quantity in stock but also which aisle to venture towards. read more

The women's clothing (esp the clearance section) and shoe section is a DISASTER. I had to chase a woman saying, "ma'am, ma'am" to ask a question. She fucking heard me bc we were the ONLY ones there, and she didn't turn around. Another woman WHIPPED around with a scowl on her face, merely because I was explaining why I was standing there, fiddling with the app. I was beyond pleasant to both women, and they were so awful. The purse and jewelry section is also a complete disaster, and the shoe section you'll find one shoe in a box, empty lopsided boxes everywhere, no price tags....The bathrooms are always FILTHY..I don't know how they get away with it! To start, the boys clothing area looked like it had been hit by a hurricane. Not a single associate to be found to help locate clothing. Also had to stop in the baby section to attempt to grab a wipe warmer. Again, not a single employee to be found to assist in locating the item. I tried using the kiosk to 'call for help' thinking someone might actually come... my mistake. 2 attempts and nearly 20 minutes wasted and no one came. My 10 YO son looked at me and asked why the customer service was so bad. That's when you know this is one store to avoid. read more

This is my go to location when I want to run errands or pick up goodies for gifts. The location is convenient to stop in and go when I'm in a rush. This place has definitely saved me when I needed last minute gifts! Sometimes I can score some awesome deals on clearance items. It's competition out here since a lot of the good things are picked over already since I'm late to get to Target to score good finds. Check out the seasonal items in the back of the store. I went to this location on Saturday because they were able to fulfill an online order when no other locations had things in stock. While I was impressed with the speed and courtesy of the service desk, I was also impressed with how much more inventory this location had than other locations -- not to mention the cleanliness. As we were leaving with just one other small purchase, we were surprised by one of the team members who offered to check us out on her mobile device. My boyfriend's mom bought him an Apple Watch for Christmas. They live in Michigan and we live in Texas. The item was shipped and opened on Christmas . The watch was the wrong model and never turned on. We went to two different stores and tried to talk to customer service. His mom has been on the phone for hours . Every person we have interacted with has been mean, unhelpful, and just said too bad. The item cost more than 400 dollars. I regularly shop at target for other groceries and household goods but I don't understand how we can be treated this way. Went in recently to get a new moisturizer. Prior to going in, I had no clue what kind to get for my skin type. As I stood there in the aisle researching on my phone, an employee (Noah) asked me if I needed help finding anything. I haven't been asked that in a store for so long. I told Noah what kind of skin I had, and that I wasn't trying to spend big bucks. Noah spent time making sure I get the right product. Got home and used it, and I'm in love with it. They don't have a big selection as far as groceries go, but they do have some k-cup flavored coffees we can't seem to find elsewhere, particularly Community brand. This last time we visited we noticed a projected-onto-the-floor Pong video game....pretty cool...yes we did play for a few minutes. This is a great location. Settled in a shopping strip there is ample parking and lots of commercial stores throughout the strip. This is my local Target. Because of its convenient location, I go here more often than any other although I would prefer the Super Targets. I make it here usually once a week. The store is always clean and pretty well stocked. The prices are reasonable and in most cases are also competitive with HEB, where I would otherwise shop for sundries. I like the girls' clothing for my 7-yr old. She outgrows things quickly these days so the prices make it easy to keep up with her ever-changing wardrobe. On the down side, I wear plus size ladies' clothes and for this area I find them useless. The clothes are poorly made and hang badly on full figured ladies. The other area I have a hard time figuring out is the food section. It is too small to be of any significance. No one would be able to get even a fraction of the things on their shopping list with the limited variety. On one occasion, I bought a package of Planter's pistachios and found that they were less than fresh. See, when no one is shopping in the food section, the inventory doesn't turn over enough to provide items that are not always expired. I visit this store usually on weekday mornings and it is quiet enough for me to wander the store in peace. All of the team members are very friendly, constantly asking me if they can help me find anything. I appreciate that. read more

I went to target one day spend 200$ worth if items. I realized when I left the store a bag was missing that I might of left at the register. I no longer had the receipt but I was assisted by a really super nice employee that weekend by the name of sharice? sherice? and she called me the same say I went to follow up with me she was able to issue me a refund for the missing items without providing the receipt .Her customer service was excellent and her willingness to help was extraordinary kudos to her !!!!!!!!! read more

This location usually has everything I'm looking for in stock and is well organized. I like Target since you can get the Redcard and link it to your debit for 5% off everything. They've made it easy to use with the app too. The staff here told me about saving the card to my phone so I don't have to carry the card around. They've added four self checkout lanes, so you can be in and out in barely any time since the lines are always short. I wish the music selection were bigger. I only left off one star because the bathrooms could be cleaner and the dressing room could be easier to use if someone were there to help. I will NEVER visit this target again! My wife and I came here to pick up one simple item, we found it with ease and proceeded to check out. That's where my issue with this particular store comes into play. We are new to Texas, military family, so we've been all over and experienced a lot but this was a first. While standing in self check out (with only two kiosks open) there were about 2 other guests behind us. All of us waiting in line for the next available kiosk to check out. Suddenly a white woman comes around the corners and walks up to the now freed kiosk that my wife and I were about to walk towards. As she stopped I said "excuse me, there's a line". Simultaneously my wife said "excuse me you don't see us all standing here". There was an older white woman working the self check out, I guess making sure everything was going smoothly. I've been in plenty stores where that line jumper would've been sent to the back to wait like anyone else. The employee looks at my wife and I (who had been waiting almost 5min) and says "oh she didn't mean to....I'll take you over here honey". WAIT!?!? So the line jumper gets to go to a checkout line that's closed and have it opened just for her? While everyone else in line is still waiting!? Not to mention she rang up and item in the self checkout so we had to wait for the same older white lady to come void it (but of course she was too busy checking out the line jumper). I'm not the type to always say "it's because I'm black" but clearly today thus was the case. If I had been the line jumper I would've been sent to the back of the line to wait like everyone else. My wife and I both have target credit cards and are loyal customers but this store will be boycotted by me until a formal apology from management is issued. So with Covid you can no longer use the dressing rooms which can be a pain if you need to try on clothing to buy it. You will have to buy it and return it if it doesn't fit. I like the Cedar Park Super Target more. This location is old, there is no Starbucks inside, target cafe is smaller and doesn't have the pizza hut stuff. The parking is plentiful, but they reserve quite a few spaces for handicap parking so it never seems like you are parked close to the entrance. Otherwise it is your basic Target. read more

I'm really looking forward to the facelift currently in progress for this Target location. It's pretty disorganized in here and the sections of clothing leave much to be desired. Today I realized I was wandering through the maternity section when I picked up a dress in my size - I was secretly celebrating because I magically dropped all kinds of extra weight! Only to look up over my head the maternity sign. The clothing sections run together. They don't separate out the season of clothes either - summer colors are mixed in with fall colors on different racks, some clearance, some not. I'll be back when they remodel but will head down a few exits to the Super Target in the future. read more

I will be bias and simply admit it, there is not much to say.. we simply like Target much more than other retail stores. They know their customers and only offer what their customers like. They do not try o cater to everyone who walks in the door. The value and style of the furnishings and clothes are just what we like. Not offended by all the other outlets, we just like Target. We are always on a budget and we are willing to budget for those things offered by Target...simply put, we get what we want and we get it at Target. Every store (including this one) is clean and sparkling. They are well lit and well maintained. I have never had an issue or concern with anything from the parking lot to the restrooms... they really take care of the areas. I especially appreciate the time I get to spend with my daughter during a simple popcorn and Icee value combo while we walk the store and shop. That is a memory she always has and with the non-hurried pace you can spend in Target, we get more "us" time while in the store. Rarely do we have to fight large crowds in a skinny aisle or work around pallets of products that are being stocked, on display, or simply back logged work for the floor representatives. I usually just drive to the Pflugerville Super Target when I need to shop. Note: I saw signs that they are going to remodel this Target (finally!). Hope this improves conditions. read more

Target is good to me. Like almost every other chica in the US, I have plenty of clothing & shoes from here. I just can't stop myself from heading in randomly to hit up the 70% racks. I've found $3 tanks, $6 shorts, etc. Crazy cheap clothes! This Target is never busy when I go there, which is enough for me to drive the 500 feet AWAY from the Wal-Mart. Recently I've been a walmart hater & just can't take it anymore. Unfortunately, Target is more expensive for a lot of items (food & non-clearance.) This Target in particular is clean and organized, but no workers are ever to be seen! I'd say 9 times out of 10 I just walk into the dressing rooms. This location is a disaster. My car was hit by one of their carts, because someone left their cart on a windy day. The cart did $3,000 worth of damage to my car...not kidding.. The way they handled this was ridiculous. Their loss prevention officer, Vivianna, was rude and refused to cooperate. I was told if I wanted video footage of the cart hitting my car (for insurance) I would need to bring an officer. I filed a report. Then an officer came out twice. Target gave me a dvd...and on it was footage of what looked like a credit card fraud and separately an in- store theft. But my car footage was missing. I cannot get these idiots to give me the proper footage. In fact, they have deliberately interfered with me trying to get the footage. I have called and emailed corporate over 30 times.They refused to fix my car, fine. But refusing to provide footage, so insurance can fix it is just ridiculous and unreasonable. Why would Target interfere with this? Ineptitude, bad customer service, lack of class, unprofessionalism, and lack of knowledge of the law. FYI, a cart hitting a car is NOT a police issue. So, if you go here, remember: their carts are steel and heavy and will wreck your car.
