Great Customer Service and prices. Love Target. It was easy to find what I needed. This one is my favorite Target to shop at.

Won't be shopping here after dark. Parking lot has no visible security. Saw a man circling the parking lot on a bike. (Possible purse snatcher?). Woman in front of me couldn't pay for her items, cards didn't work and not enough cash, so cashier starts removing items from her bag till she had enough money. Meanwhile the cashier ignores the bags of items that remained in the cart. Doesn't question her or asks for any proof of purchase. Who pays for this type of shoplifting ? We do! With higher prices. People will continue to steal as long as they can get away with it. Wake up target and get better security ! read more

Bought the wrong sunscreen and went to get an exchange, the girl there tells me i could only get a refund then proceeds to give me $3.50 back on a $14 product and since there was a line behind me i felt rushed and couldn't retaliate on the price and money she gave me back. I come back the next day to ask about this and they tell me that they can't do anything about it since i got it on a discount which expired yesterday. Meaning that i would have to purchase my exchange for the $14 price. This is beyond stupid and infuriating, Im a human being who makes mistakes like everyone else, and now i have to spend even more money on the right item ? They should've at least let me give them back the $3.50 at that point and given me the wrong sunscreen back or the $10 off on the right one. I love Target... but this one is the worst (and has been for years!) Always out of items, prices are always off from the app, to the shelf to the scanner. No one answers the phone. Its wild to me how disorganized this one is when others in town are not. Total bummer. read more

We have been going to this target for years. We went in today and they have all the body wash and deodorant locked up, you have to press a button and wait for an attendant! We pressed the button and waited 7 minutes until someone showed up to unlock the deodorant, very inconvenient. When the guy finally came to unlock the cases, he had to wait a few minutes for my Son to smell the scents and decide on which one he wanted, awkward for all of us! read more

This location is why Amazon is taking over. It frustrates me SO bad I feel COMPELLED to say something beyond my email to corporate. Unfortunately, I have to imagine the ONLY reason people continue to give their hard earned money to this crap location is due to the inconvenience of having to take the God awful 91 or 60 freeways to get to the next nearest locations. This store is a DISASTER. Finding what you came for is a crap shoot, and more times than not you wont find it. Shelves are consistently empty and unorganized. It has been this way for OVER A YEAR. It can no longer be blamed on the remodel or even the holidays. It's as if they truly just don't give a s***! Pardon the French but it's that bad. As someone who previously worked in corporate America for almost half my life, it boggles my mind that a corporation as big as Target would find this stores condition acceptable. Final straw with this location, I purchased Sabra Hummus last week, 01/12/2019, went to use it today and it had expired in NOVEMBER 2018! That's disgusting! So they REALLY DO NOT give a s*** then huh?? I live about a mile and a half away from this location and am a consumer here probably 3-4 times a month give or take, usually because I need something last minute or want to be able to tangibly see what I am buying when I need it. Moving forward however, I would rather go out of my way to Moreno Valley than this store. To be completely honest though, I am so turned off by my whole experience here over the last year and some change that I almost would rather give my money to Amazon or another retailer at this point. Ok so I haven't been to this Target in well over a year and I thought to myself can it still really be as bad as it used to be. Well today on my way home from work I stopped in quick to check if they had something that I needed. I walked in and INSTANTLY had my answer. WHO STOCKS THIS STORE??? So many of the shelves throughout the store were either completely bare or had like one or two items on it. Seriously I know that shipping constrains and such still exist but this store is just downright terrible and always has been. Target corporate should really look into how this store is being managed and maintained because it's not a good look for the company. And on a final note of course they didn't have the item I needed nor any of the other last min stuff I was going to pick up as consolation. read more

Like most peeps, I shop online~ but hey this is my local Tarjey. The staff was polite PLUS there's a Starbucks, CVS and ​KAISER "clinic" inside the store. Overall my experience was a positive (was in & out of store w/in 15-20 minutes). PS: They added bags to the self check-out area, so i didn't​ have to ask an ​employee for a bag (woot woot) read more

This is my neighborhood target and I have been coming here for years. It has declined drastically in recent years. But today was absolutely horrifying. I grabbed this shopping cart from inside the store where all the shopping carts are placed, at the entrance. I sat my toddler in the big basket of the shopping cart and he asked what that smell was. There was LITERAL feces in the shopping cart! Absolutely deplorable. I spoke to a manager and she gave my son some free clothing, which I was thankful for. However, nothing changes the fact that this is a huge health hazard and an indication of how run down and awful this store has become. Do yourself a favor and don't shop here, and if you absolutely have to, check your shopping carts thoroughly. read more

What a mess!!!! This store is dirty and every department is in shambles, clothes, toys all over the floor. Looks like it's be ransacked by pros! Nothing is where it is suppose to be sizes are all messed up, clothes laying everywhere. The ladies and children's department was the worst. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience. To check out it took forever, they only had four registers open, can't use the excuse of no employees because believe me there were workers everywhere. Visiting and folding stuff in the mens department. It wasn't just us people in line were complaining as well. Please pay attention to this because it really was unpleasant to try and shop there. read more

This is by far the worst Target in the Riverside area. It is the closest Target to me, but I try to avoid it if I can, only stopping in when I need something quickly...if I can even find it. I've been several times where there were no shopping carts inside the store, and I had to walk out to the parking lot to get one. The shelves look bare quite a bit of the time and they don't have the inventory that other stores have. The only plus, is that the employees seem to be friendly. Pandemic review* Decided to try their drive up option today. I placed my order online through the app and received an email that it was ready about 3 hours later . Through the app I indicated that I was on my way.When I pulled into the lot I noticed drive up signage . The drive up area was attended by a masked employee and the parking spots were marked with numbers. I could already see my order on the cart. I showed a barcode to the attendant and she placed my order in my trunk. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Probably my fastest Target run ever. Good job Target for working out a good system during these times no one needs additional stress. Of course I'll be back. read more

Target! Naturally you'll find most things you need here, however don't be surprised if you don't find much help here as in customer service. They just installed new glass cases to keep people from stealing certain things. I must have waited over 15 mins for someone to find a key and help me open the case. I went to go shopping for some clothes which is rare for me to do I usually shop online on shein and decided to go to target and give it a try but when I got there, there was a tiny little section for plus size. It was so depressing for me that it made me want to cry because not only was there a tiny section, but there were clothes that looked like they were Amish style / elderly style. It was very depressing. It made me want to cry and leave. Us plus size girls not only have a hard time finding clothes our size but also finding cute clothes that other girls wear. Target needs to get better with the plus size selection. This is ridiculous. It's 2023. There should be a whole area for plus size, not a small section that looks like you're going to join the Amish community or like your dressing as if you're in your 90s. read more

This TARGET SUCKS!!! Inventory is always off. Can't never find anything I want when the inventory states "available" is BULLSHIT! THE DRIVE UP for online pick up is HORRIBLE!! No parking spaces available. I had to cancel my order. The team is super slow! No motivation! Team needs to pick up the pace. It's UNACCEPTABLE!! This store needs better management. Not fond of this Target at all but it's the closest one to me since I've moved to Riverside. They don't have a deli section, and some of the most basic items you would think they should have are always nonexistent here.. like a toaster or USB hub. I also went to get a spray bottle of kitchen cleaner and the damn thing started leaking as I was walking to checkout. Don't come here for anything!!! Came in this morning asking for hot wheels. The girl Lori I believe is her name told me to come back after her lunch. So I did she said she was finishing up a boat and she went to the back. Several minutes later she returned with another boat of toys. She said she had to work them in order and refused to check for the hot wheels. Which is fine but why tell me to come back after her lunch if she still wasn't gonna go check for me? The manager after zero to no help as well. I felt I was very polite when I originally asked. ***Side note I heard her get on the and tell someone not to let a "collector" buy all of certain action figure. This review is specifically about the electronic department rather than the entire store. Today 7/12/2023 I went to this Target because I saw Otter Box phone cases were 40% off and I need a new case. I first spoke with someone named Nick I think. He wasn't very helpful but he did manage to unlock the case for me. I picked out my Otter Box out and went to pay for it. The price was off a bit so I asked him if it was right. He told me that the case I picked was in the wrong location, because customers sometimes get into (the locked display cases) and move the phone cases around. I then spoke with his "manager" Fernando who told me the same BS line about the serial numbers not matching. Fernando went to the display case and looked at where the cases were located and told me he would honor the price like he was being a nice guy and not because it state law. This whole encounter felt like a "bait and switch" scenario. After I purchase the case I asked to speak with the store manager. I then spoke with Fabeo (sorry if I spelled it wrong) who was very nice and professional. He listened to my complaint, he was understanding of my displeasure and apologetic, he told me these two people do not work for Target but an independent contractor. I you happen to go into this Target and have the misfortune of dealing with these two, be very careful and double check your recipe you may have paid much more than you should have. I don't feel honesty and customer service are high on their list of work skills. read more

What happened to our neighborhood target?!? I used to look forward to my many target runs throughout the week. It was nice knowing that whatever I needed was just a few minutes away. That is no longer the case. Every target run since the remodel has ended with me leaving frustrated, angry, and vowing that I will never come back. However I continued to have faith that this store would eventually get its act together. We are now around 5 months past the remodel and this store is still a disaster. Where is corporate??? This target needs help NOW! Here is a.list of my biggest issues with this target. 1. Low or no inventory 2. Walkways overcrowded with products 3. NEEDS A MAJOR CLEAN UP. This Target used to be my happy place. I'd literally go there and just let Target tell me what I needed ha ha but this Target has gone majorly down hill to the point where I only now visit out of absolute necessity and try to get in and out as quickly as possible. The aisles are unorganized, bare and just gross. The clothing and products are strewn about the store in disarray to the point where it actually looks like someone was purposely misplacing items and trying to sabotage the store. In my most recent visit I found a half drank Starbucks in the baby aisles, clothing in unfolded piles thrown about like dirty laundry and all over the ground, a bottle of dishwasher detergent open and left in the accessories area... the list goes on. When I asked the checkout clerk if they were under-staffed because of the mess she said "oh it's always like that!" This place needs help. read more

Literally every single time I come here there are AT LEAST 20 people in line and only one or two registers open. Literally. Every. Single. Time. And then you can never track down any employees to inquire about the possibility of opening another register. Additionally, whenever I've attempted to call the store with a question, no one ever answers the phone. Ever. Ever. Finally, the kids clothing departments are always a hot mess. This definitely doesn't look like the Target I know... wow! I love the new design of this location. The store is organized well and the staff is friendly. When I ask them for the location of some items, they won't just tell you which aisle it is, but lead you to the item instead. There was an instance where I went to the return area, but there was no staff at the counter. Maybe they had some sort of emergency, but there should always be someone there. Also like before the remodel, I would see clothes on the floor, etc. But people oughta stop being rude and tossing the clothes on the floor. One way Target can mitigate all these complaints about clothes on the floor is by putting bins on the end of the aisles where customers can toss the clothes they changed their mind about it so that the staff can refold them and the ground won't look messy. read more

After reading some very bad reviews on this Target/Arlington in Riverside, I was expecting the worst. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store, the very helpful and friendly staff. Each aisle I went down had a staff member working to stock the shelves and every one of them greeted me with a smile and stopped working to tell me where to find the items I was looking for. Felt very comfortable in the store. read more
