Allie's Hallmark Shop and USPS has always been a pleasant experience! The folks working here are friendly and very efficient. The shop is stocked with cute knickknacks and features a clearance section in the back near the USPS portion- if you are looking for gifts this is the store for you. The USPS in the store can provide almost all of the day-to-day services that you would find at actual USPS locations and has essentially replaced my need to go to any other locations. Do note their Hours of Operation: Mon thru Fri 9am - 5pm, Sat 9am - 1pm and keep in mind parking in the nearest vicinity can get packed during busy times/days, but you can always find a spot if you're willing to walk a bit. read more

Allie's Hallmark Shop - Hours - Cards & Stationery Near Me - Riverside, California

Allie's Hallmark is in a cute little shopping area off Canyon Crest. Lots of stores, a Ralph's and more. Allie's also doubles as a USPS office, if you want to drop off mail, or need stamps. Once a year I hit a Hallmark, to check out their new Christmas ornaments offerings. I never get tired of this. This year, I picked up two Star Trek ones. See attached. Surprisingly, I grabbed the last ones. Seems the NYCC had them for attendees. Grrr. See attached photos. I found everyone friendly and helpful. They even offered to check for more in the storage area, but I was good. Prices are inline with other retailers and the same for online purchases. Nice! read more

Allie's Hallmark Shop - Rare New York Comic Convention offerings - Cards & Stationery Near Me - Riverside, California

Times are changing and this store is showing the times. Bare racks and shelves, lots of cards but they are the same tired ones we've been looking at for years. I was in there this past Monday with hopes of finding two special birthday cards. No luck. I did purchase an overpriced sympathy card for almost 7 dollars. The Avanti selection contained cards I'd purchased three years ago. I guess business is tough now that the generation that once spent money on knick knacks and doodads has left the building. Found the good birthday cards I needed up the road at the USPS Post Office. Can't depend on Allie's anymore, won't go back. read more

I definitely recommend and really like this location. They have a variety of different things. I have been here twice and every single time the staff is really nice, talkative, and they don't have the item that you're looking for they help you find different options without feeling like you're bothering them. Even over the phone I've called the store. They answer right away and have never been rude. read more

I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience my family and I had at this retail locations. On Saturday, February 7th, I visited the Hallmark store located at the Riverside location with my mother and her friend. From the moment we entered, we were met with prolonged staring from employees that made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We are all Hispanic, and the attention we received felt noticeably different from how other white passing customers were treated. When we asked an employee whether a product was available in a larger size, the response was a curt and passive-aggressive "no." When I followed up by asking where we might be able to find a larger size, the employee responded, "mmm you can maybe try Walmart," in a condescending tone. The interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and humiliating. Retail employees are not required to have all products in stock--but they are expected to treat customers with respect. The way we were spoken to, combined with the initial staring, made us feel stereotyped and disrespected in a space that should be welcoming to everyone. I wanted to bring this to your attention because Hallmark presents itself as a brand centered on kindness and inclusivity. This experience did not reflect those values, and I hope it is taken seriously. I would appreciate knowing how this concern will be addressed moving forward. read more

Allie's Hallmark shop is a great place to shop for birthday gifts, and other gift occasions. They have such cute gifts! The store is spacious, very clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and kind. They have sales going on all the time and if you sign up for their rewards program, you'll get emails on their sales and coupons. Overall it's always a great time coming here! read more

My go to store for Hallmark cards and gifts. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Been shopping with this store for years never had an issue. Five stars. Please support this store read more

Partner and I enjoyed the quick stop to grab a wedding card. A lot of options to select. We also enjoyed all the ornaments displayed on the side. Employees were accommodating and ready to help if needed. Pricing of the cards may be a bit pricy but I understand due to inflation and decline of physical cards. read more

They just sent me my rewards coupon.. bought a card there .. asked to redeem The lady smuggle said 2 things 1. System down to redeem 2. We're not redeeming for Mother's Day I call BS on that one Anyhow it's happened before No more read more

I am so very happy this shop survived Covid. Yes they can be expensive but the staff is usually kind and their displays are the best. Keep up the good work. Note: xmas stuff come out usually in mid July. And while you are there make sure that you enjoy the park-like Canyon Crest shopping center with its many fountains and rivers. First class all the way. read more

Always a pleasure coming into this store, rain or shine, this shop has been one of my happy places. Everyone is kind and friendly, and when I asked a question or where to find something, the lady walked me TO the area and answered them with a very pleasant and comforting tone. There are things we expect when entering an establishment and this spot exceeded my expectations. Although short on staff, they still gave me their full attention, as they do all their customers. And the seasonal options here are so endearing, I am always welcomed when I just come in to browse. I can't say enough nice things about this shop! Reminds me of the feeling of Mrs. Dalloways indie bookstore (in Berkeley) vibe (Think Shop Around the Corner from "You've Got Mail"). Thank you, STAFF!!! You make this shop warm and comforting to us who are far from home and family. Like a warm blanket during the onslaught of Covid! read more

Good variety of products. Convenient location. Post Office in back of store. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable

Staff is very helpful and friendly definitely one of the biggest hallmark stores I have seen

Great place to shop ! The staff is very kind and helpful Has a post office inside for a more shopping convenience. Went in looking for a anniversary present and card for me wife and I was amazed by the one on one interaction to help me find a good gift Thank you read more

A very nice shop filled with momentos. Lots of great sentimental items and a mailing USPS in the corner. I go in with so many people who end up buying more than they think they would. So, it's a great spot for kids and adults. And some nice deals here and there. read more

I always find the best cards in here and cute little knickknacks The shopping center is very cute too

I've been here before & ladies have been more than helpful. But on July 2nd exactly at 4:30pm I was walking towards the store & I noticed that a young lady (Employee) was fast walking towards doors before i can get to them she then proceeded to look at me while turning the open sign to closed when it was only 4:30. Then i went to reach for the doors when she literally grab them back and locked it, looked at me and walked away. I understand if she had an emergency but it was really rude for her to not say anything and leave me outside like an idiot. I googled their hours besides the sign they have outside and both resources say they close at 6pm on sundays. read more

I have visited this location a few times and can now say that the snobby and unwelcoming attitudes of the staff is consistent. I visited the store today and greeted the woman at the counter myself because that's the thing to do in such a small store. She couldn't be bothered and kept her head down (clear face shield, mid 30's thick brunette). I'm not sure if the treatment is because they don't t like my kind in their "upscale" area or if they are just miserable people. After reading through the reviews it seems tnere is indeed a pattern of bad attitudes. God don't like ugly and girl you is ugly! read more

I love this Hallmark so much! I've been shopping here for over two decades, and I've seen it undergo two remodels. One thing that never changes is the courteous and helpful staff! They are warm and welcoming, and they make you feel like family! I also love the generous coupons they send in the mail! Lastly, I value that they have a post office in the back of the store. It's always the shortest line in town! :) read more

I usually go into store to use the post office in the back. I have mailed dozens of packages in the usps in back. All of them have reached their destination. Store is clean. I have found most days the employees are friendly however I have been in there when they seem uninterested in who is in the store. read more

It's nice to find a Hallmark Shop still in Riverside. Allie's is neat and clean and just what I expect at a Hallmark store. They had a very complete selection of Christmas ornaments when I visited before Christmas. I always appreciate the after-Christmas sale items. Although I didn't make use of it, it's nice to know they have a small USPS in the back corner. Oh, there was good attention to COVID safety throughout the store. read more

I just love this store. Clean friendly and have everything you could need . They had amazing Christmas ornaments.

They have a USPS counter in the back with stamps and other basic stuff. It's a tiny little USPS counter, but you can send out small packages. The store has your usual momento type stuff--figurines, random China, photo frames, etc. Parking is ample and not too crowded. read more

Came here to get some Christmas things. Place was clean and staff was nice and friendly. Place was not vary busy at all.

My Go To place when I need a unique gift or a specialty card that the grocery stores and pharmacies don't carry like loss of a pet or retirement. Plus the selection of all cards is way better and the clerks always helpful. And the prices are reasonable too - always a pleasant experience at Allie's. read more

This is a review for the post office in back The lady and gentleman who work it are very rude They gave us mean stares and they always talk to everyone like their stupid If I walk up they ignore me till their done finishing their task before I can even be greeted And they don't even look at you in the eye Even when their done with their previous cuetom r I don't think it's that hard to say I'll be with you in one moment instead of Wait hold on till I'm done It's however more convenient then waiting in line at the post office that's why I continue to go here read more

My wife loves to go here a lot. It's about the closest Hallmark we know next to the one in Tyler Mall (which is a lot farther from us). Size wise, it's not as large as many Hallmarks we've been to but it's still quaint and welcoming none the less. Final unique point about this Hallmark is they have a USPS station in the back of the store. read more

This Hallmark is wonderful!! Seriously, wonderful. I could honestly just roam around it for a good hour or more. Tons of items to purchase for gifts, employees are always sweet and willing to help you find something special. There is also a post office located inside Allie's and it's always faster than going to the regular post office. read more

This is a cute little Hallmark store. It just changed hands so it's not Cline's anymore but Abbie's or something. Same helpful staff, though, as well as the same fun knick knacks and huge greeting card selection. The best part is the little USPS store in the back. Buy the card, write in the card, send it off without having to deal with a large line at a stand-alone post office location. Brilliant! read more

Just tried to return/exchange a gift that I received to this store. Still has original tags. I do not have the gift receipt and do not want to offend the person that gave it to me by asking them for documentation. 5 PM and only a couple of customers, yet four sales associates. None of them were interested or apparently authorized to help. They said I would have to come back when a manager is present and did not care at all that this location is 60 miles from my house. Not customer centric at all. I'll probably refuse to do business at any Hallmark going forward. read more

They have huge card selection. Helpful staff. You can buy card and send it at same time using USPS in back. Hold time on phone is long.

I thought they would have something as simple as stationery but either I couldn't find it despite walking the whole store while employees talked on their phones watching me or they just don't have it. I'll always wonder. read more

This place is convenient because it has a post office within the store. I sometimes send packages using this post office. The rest of the store is a big Hallmark store. I am disappointed with the selection of cards. A high majority of the cards are birthday cards. The last time I was here, I just wanted to buy a nice card for my wife that was a blank card. It was hard to find one Zillions of cards, but not many are blank. The store has many other trinkets. However, they seem to be high priced. The staff mainly attends to the cash register and from what I can see, they never go out of that area to help customers find things. read more

To the manager of allies ' hallmark. I sincerely advise you to check your employees, who are working at the postal office inside the store. I came to this post office recently and I wasn't treated with respectful manner. Both the man and the lady didn't seem to be very happy to work there and they make it like it is my fault that they have to work there. I'm not even sure how did those 2 got their jobs in the first place. After reading other people comments, I am now concern about my packages. So please do us a favor and hire people who DO need a job and not a couple of twats who think the world owe them money and pity! read more

Nice store but the lady who works in the post office counter is rude! I walked up the counter & waited around until I got someone to help me. She seemed all offended that I asked someone instead of ringing the bell even though I said I was sorry & didn't see the bell. She was very unpleasant & unfriendly. But the rest of the store & staff have always been nice. read more

My son and daughter in law just moved to the Riverside area, and we happened to stop into Allie's Hallmark Shop! What a breath of fresh air!
