Target, you need new management. I told the manager about a man sitting right in front of Target that was making us feel uncomfortable. Her response was stupid and she's unkind. In addition, I saw a man steel a toy. He had it between his back and backpack... he walked right out of the store with no problem. Lines are extremely long as well. In addition, a ton of products are locked up! You have to get an employee to unlock and give you shaving cream. It's like management is giving up and letting this Target rot. The fun target trip days are over. If you are looking for a nice Target go to the one in Irvine. It's far, but at least you will be treated with respect, the store is clean, and people will be nice. And there's nothing locked up because theft isn't allowed there. In addition, you'll feel safe in the parking lot and in Target. read more

This store is either understaffed or just poorly managed. Inventory is not up to date so drive-up isn't an option. Product is often missing from shelves. Sadly, this is the closest Target to my home but I drive to the Canyon Springs location for all my needs. read more

If I could give this place a zero I would. My girlfriend is an associate at this target. If I remember correctly at any place you work at they are required to provide drinking water to their associates. As a member of management myself I make sure my associates are always taken care of because they are the ones making it happen for us in management. I don't think it's right that a corporate target is treating their associates as such. If I was in management I would've bought a case of water for my associates instead of making them spend their money. I really hope that associates are calling in to the alert line and speak up. Providing water is especially important during a pandemic. Please stay safe and do better. read more

Even before covid this store was trash. I now do online orders and go in to pick up to avoid any contact with the "employees" but today was a nightmare. I stood in pickup line for about fifteen mins watching person after person get helped with returns and one lady talking to a very sloppy looking manager about a price match. Tons of employees standing around not doing anything. Will NOT be coming here again. Why even do a online order if your going to wait the same amount of time it would have taken me to grab the stuff myself. Good job over there. read more

This is by far my favorite Target store, locally. Yeah I wish it was a Super Target, but that's wishful thinking. I'll have to trek to Moreno Valley if I want that. Overall the parking lot is clean, as is the store inside. I almost always find the items I'm looking for and if I can't, one of the team members can call up a surrounding store and see if they have it. read more

I use this drive up service frequently because they are efficient and prompt. Today was a disaster. I alerted the Target app that I was on my way then when I arrived at a slot I let the app know I was there. There were no other drive up slots taken so I thought my order would be prompt. I waited almost 10 minutes while more cars filled the drive up slots to await their orders. Whoever is organizing this mess needs to get there head in the game. I could have gone inside and bought the stuff I ordered quicker than I got the delivery to my car. The manager of the store is a moron. read more

The customer service was great here, and it was black Friday. We went around 5 p.m. just to get a few items. We hesitated because we didn't want to deal with traffic and did most of our shopping online, but it wasn't that bad. The employees were super helpful and friendly. As far as the store itself, it was a little messy, but I attribute that to the shoppers. The only attitude I got was from one disgruntled lady when I first walked in, she huffed and puffed at my nephew and I because we were obviously in her way as she was exiting. I was trying to grab some wipes to wipe down the cart and apparently didn't grab them fast enough for her, lol. Some people! Anyhow...other than Mrs. Grinch...everyone else was pretty pleasant. They had good sales, but when we got to the register half of our stuff rang up full price. But, our cashier, Rebecca was awesome and adjusted it! Overall we were in and out in about an hour, found a parking spot super fast too! read more

I am so fed up with coming here and never finding what I need! As prior photos on reviews clearly show, many shelves almost empty. At first I put it down to the Pandemic, however that's not really the issue here. Irritated beyond belief, I actually asked an employee why there was never any product to buy. Her candor was at least refreshing. She said there was lots of product in the back but the employees were not making it a priority to get it onto the selling floor. Lazy, Lazy. I now get everything I need delivered accurately and quickly by Amazon. It's a shame because Target used to be great. I too would give it zero stars if possible. read more

I never come to this target, but it was on my way home, so I Came in for a few things and wish I hadn't This is a newly remodeled store?!?! It's the most disgusting store I've ever been in... Clothes all over the floor, shelves empty, employees on their phones and talking to each other, and two lines open with lines down the isles and nobody seem to give a care! Nevvver again! I definitely like that this Target is in a small area basically on it's own. Sure, parking is still a bit tight, but at least you're not fighting to find parking for Target and other big chains. The store itself is nice and kept up well which says a lot because in my two trips here I saw customers do everything in their power to make all the inventory look as messy as possible. So points to the employees for unfortunately having to clean up after all the messes. read more

My review isn't for the few people working there, because they've all been nice. This review is based on the lack of merchandise on the shelves, and the fact that half of what I wanted is now locked up. I had to hunt someone down to unlock the allergy medications, and then I needed razors. Even those are now locked up. I didn't feel like hunting someone down to unlock those, so I just gave up. I know that theft is an issue, but if stuff is locked up, there needs to be people available to unlock it. When I went to checkout, there was one person working the checkout line AND taking care of the self checkout. This store is within a mile of my house, and I keep giving it a try, but I'm done. read more

Since when has Target turned into "Macy's"? Target used to have very economical prices, but it seems like they have jacked up the prices on everything. I hate going to Walmart but I will be left with no choice because the prices are better there. Regarding customer service, I have no complaints. Every time I come to this Target I am disappointed in some way! They never have anything that I need, especially when it comes to the baby/kids clothes. I came here today looking for a nice outfit for my son for our maternity photos and they had this TINY little rack and nothing in my son's size and I ended up having to just settle for whatever they had. I also was looking for a small organizer with drawers for my kitchen and there was nothing. There has been no efforts made to improve on getting more stock either. And then people wonder why these types of stores are going out off business. I have much better luck just buying things on amazon or going to other stores because Target NEVER has what I want any way. This Target better shape up or they will lose customers. read more

This heavy set girl canceled my target drive up order as soon as I had my code and everything. I still had to get off and pay inside. So much for the app. Also every time I go inside it's dirty and most store employees are just hanging out like if they get paid just to talk to eachother and not stock or pay attention to customers. Went in early after noon on 7/8/21 with my friend to this target, our cashier Emily (blonde hair, angels jersey) was very disrespectful to me but not my white friend. I only noticed when she had a cheerful attitude towards my friend Brandon, but to me it was cold and very rude. Didn't bother to ask me how my day was and even gave me a disgusting look. I felt racially discriminated as she looked at me up and down in a distasteful manner. I, as a member of the black community, am infuriated Target would hire such a hateful person like Emily. Used to love this target but since they remodeled it things have gone a little down hill here. The store looks nice on the inside and I love the area that it's in but it seems like stuff is always out of stock here. Also, was in there today and I was purchasing a lamp that scanned on my app for 28.99. When I got to the register it rang up as $44, I told the cashier it scanned for a different price and was searching for it on my app. She seemed irritated that I brought it up and didn't say a word to me she just stood there and had her phone next to the register as she was texting. Normally I feel like target employees are more friendly and helpful but I guess maybe today was an off day. Me like everyone else didn't like and maybe still don't like the new layout. After shopping here several years to see a new layout sucks, but after several times going there, I'm finally able to find where things are. I've seen the pictures of the store looking messy and the times I've come here I've seen "customers" going through the folded clothes or shoes and leave them in different spots or even on the floor. I know they have staff that work there that is their responsibility to put things back, but come on, it happens. I spent some time reading the reviews and I can't believe some people still have the audacity to say employees are rude and put their names on blast. Being realistic with the customer service world, there are going to be good and bad days. As customers we have to accept that employees have their bad days, just like we all do. Maybe they have a disability or a mental illness and their demeanor may come off as"rude," but who are we to say, they shouldn't have gone to work? As customers we should also be happy and inviting (greet them first, why should it always be them to greet you?)just as we expect the employees to be as well. It's not the cashiers or the floor staffs fault something is showing available online and it's not in the store. I get it, things happen, so please don't be rude and put people on blast or situations on blast that have no control over things that are out of their hands. I've seen some rude a** customers and sometimes I'm like, "Damn!" I get mad for them. Just be kind, don't expect kindness when you're not kind. read more

Very "junky" and unorganized. No exaggeration, this is one of the worst targets I've been to. Clothes are in no particular order on racks and shelves - there's literally no rhyme or reason to it. A lot of stuff on the floors making it difficult to get through with shopping cart. Shelves and walls throughout the store were empty. This Target used to be my go to location since I live right by UCR and it's a short 7 minute drive away. Ever since the remodel, it is really cluttered and disorganized and never stocked. I went in tonight for milk, nail glue, shampoo and baby wipes. The nail and hair section was completely empty like they had a free giveaway! The milk had 3 jugs left and they were leaking. I didn't even make it deeper into the store to look for the baby wipes as I was pissed with the condition of the store. There's been more and more available parking spots lately and I think it's everyone noticing the condition of the store. Back to shopping permanently at another location and Walmart. read more
