I hate coming to this Target. I can't really walk and need help moving around so I always want to use the electric carts they have. BUT they're NEVER charged, EVER! Some don't work and the times I've asked if there are any others one I can use it's always a "no it's whatever that's right here." The only reason i come here is cause it's down the street from where I live and every time I hope they have the electric carts charged, they never do. I sometimes just sit back and wait for my wife to finish shopping because I can't go with her. I know people don't care for handicap people and they clearly show that at this store. Parking here is no problem, as there is a huge parking lot at the front of the building. A quick walk through the slinging doors, and up the escalator, brings you to the main floor of the store. There is a small Starbucks location on site, as well as a food place. This location is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. I made my way throughout the store, and found everything I was looking for. Worst experience today. I went to customer service to make an exchange and despite having staff on hand at the counter, I was ignored for 10 minutes as if i were a ghost. They saw me standing in front of the line cued up but looked through me as if i did not exist. I had to ask for help, never pleasantly addresses or greeted. Then the person who helped me was not friendly either. Worst staff I have ever encountered who probably needs corporate training or retraining. So all Targets are roughly the same. You go In get what you need and probably leave with a few things you didn't intended to. The thing that sets them apart is customer service and that's why this one gets one star. So we had to take care of a few things at target and we were close by so we chose to come to this one. Big mistake. First we had to do a price adjustment. So there was a line at the customer service and we waited. While in line we figure let's get a cart. The cart guy was coming in and had a bunch of carts. I go up to him and ask if I can get one and right away he tells me no to go where the carts are. He said it in a rude way and I haven't had anyone tell me that before. What made it more frustrating is after he told me that and I go to the cart area to get one, I see him leave the carts where I asked him the question and about 4 people get carts. Why was he not letting me get a cart, yet others could. Then come any price adjustment. On their website it says as long as it's in 14 days we can get a piece adjustment even if it was a Black Friday deal. It clearly states it on their website and all over the place since they want your business and want you to feel safe about your purchase. Well the girl who helped me said she couldn't do my adjustment and I had to wait after a certain date. If I waited past that it would be way after 14 days it would have been more like 30. I showed her the rules on price adjustment and she said she knows the rules and knows that it can't be done. She didn't want to see or hear anything else. At this point we decided to leave and not give this target out business. Funny enough the next day I went to my local target and they did the adjustment no questions asked and was done in less then a minute. Yellowstone I called all over Cassidy in the customer service sept went over and beyond to help me get it I had called a few times and was placed on hold and was told I can't ck right now But Cassidy actually went found it and held it for an hour. You don't find customer service like this especially at stores where you fend for yourself. She should get a raise , be promoted. This Target was extremely gross and nasty. I went to the self checkout and when I placed my items I noticed all these nasty dirt, dust and trash. And all the self checkouts were like this. What are the staff good for then? Just standing there talking and laughing. I tried moving my items to the other side so it won't get dirty, isn't that ridiculous? Shout out to Brandon in Tech. Only person out here helping people. He gets 5 stars, but Krysnie & the other dude on tech with painted nails get ZERO stars. Some of the worst service i have gotten at any target in the South Bay or any target for that matter. I walk in to trade in some AirPods I bought yesterday that were defective. Dude at the return counter helped me soon as he saw me in line. But here come the best part, when I walked over to the tech dept I literally saw 3 people that all basically pointed me to Brandon like he was the only one that worked there. Then when I go to try & scan everything fit the exchange Krysnie & the other "tech" weee blatantly on their phones scrolling through Tik tok it looked like. This Target never fails to disappoint me. Their parking is weird and cumbersome. Their bathrooms and trash cans are always not cared for. I placed a pickup order here and it took much longer than 2 hours, as my original order promised. Why not just send me a note letting me know there are delays? They said they were out of an item I ordered and yet I found it on their shelf after I picked up my online order. This target used to be my favorite in the area. It went down hill. I honestly don't know how they are still open. They took off the food court which was one of the best parts of the store. Their employees are apathetic . Which is understandable. None the less they tend to be very rude despite trying to be friendly with them . They always tend to have the same guy at self check out in the mornings. Always gives me trouble. On three separate occasions he was very rude to me. One time he complained about me buying some marvel figures . Said I couldn't buy two despite being two very different characters (Wanda) and (vision). Second occasion he goes up to me and complains that I had more than 15 items in my cart . Showed him on the screen it was only 15 and he did a smirk and walked away. Third time I was buying totes and he goes and checks them to see if I wasn't stealing. I feel like he has it out for me or something . Terrible service . Also the store is always empty you never find anything your looking for which is annoying because on the app it says you can do store pick up. So either the app is lying or they just don't want to stock the items . Food aisles always look ransacked they are empty about 80% of the time . This is my local target and I have been disappointed in it for a while now. They are frequently out of items, both that I am looking to purchase and generally empty shelving. If they do receive items , it is well behind competitors or other locations. The menswear section in particular looks like a tornado blows through it on a daily basis. Items are all over the place piled up and unfolded. I'm lucky to find anything I'm looking for, and I never find it quickly or easily. I've recently tried using the app to order things for pick up to avoid the issue, but the department is such as mess, that items that are out of stock are thought to be in stock and my orders have been shorted or flat out cancelled. This Target has gotten worse and worse. I had an issue with one of their defective Up and Up products that they allegedly stand by. The woman helping me at customer service was super rude. She was rolling her eyes at me and had a terrible attitude. I swiped my card in the wrong swiper (She was standing in between two registers.), and she rudely exclaimed, "It is not that swiper, it's this one!" as she rolled her eyes at me and let out a sigh. I did not take kindly to her terrible attitude. She was not able to help me, so I went over her head. Her supervisor did not help me. She called the store manager who refused to help me. I had to call corporate office then and there and tell them the situation. Corporate HELPED me, and said they stood by their Up and Up brand. She was calling the general manager of this Target, while the first supervisor talked to the general manager on her walkie talkie. Anyways, thanks to corporate my issue was resolved. Really cool - had underground parking and a grocery cart escalator, next to the human escalator so people would not have to take the elevator. Everything was easy to find, nice people, and really short lines, which is awesome when you bring two kids that are on the hyper side. They also have the new layout, which is awesome. read more

This is a pretty good Target. It is pretty big and there is a lot of useful stuff here. There are so many deals here that you can't get at any other stores. They have every single toilet paper brand that you could think of. They have more laundry detergent than a candy store has candy. There is anything you are looking for here... (that a store would have). Parking here is pretty easy. You can parking at the Target lot. If it is out of spaces which is pretty unlikely, you can park across the street at the parking garage at South Bay Galleria. read more

For all the moms that think Target has a liberal diaper exchange policy. We'll it does not. If you're not within the 3 months no matter if you can show proof of purchase, they will not allow you to exchange or return for what you paid for them. They will discount them 40% and gift you store credit. As a mom of two toddlers, you have to buy in bulk to keep up with small kids, and if your little one grows out of a size, then you're stuck with getting less than you paid for the diapers which is so unfortunate. I've been a loyal customer of Target for years and it's been my go-to shop for everything, but after dealing with a rude manager at this store, without acknowledging my customer loyalty and how much I spend at Target, then it's time to look at other retailers. So unfortunate that I don't feel like customer satisfaction is Target's number one priority. read more

Drive up is not effective. Unfortunately I believe they're understaffed at this time. Hopefully Target will support their employees more. I also don't understand how it takes 40 minutes to deliver an order that is ready... it seems that they aren't training their employees very well either. If you can order from another Target, I suggest it. They had so many people waiting they were in other parking stalls. read more
