    This Target has a large parking lot on the ground level, and then you need to take the elevator to the store level. It's spacious inside, and easy to navigate around aisles. They have convenient self check out, and customer service is overall friendly.

    Poor service. Customer not following 10 items or less rule during peak time at Target store. Target employee was aware and said everyone has to follow the rules except her. He let her enter the checkout section knowing this. Discrimination or laziness?

    Their products are expired with MOLD and it's pretty concerning. Where is the staff checking the products and taking them out? Do better target.

    Justin was the manger on duty when I visited Target on October 12, 2024. This has to be the most disgusting Target bathroom I have ever been inside. There were 4 stalls snd 2 were the only ones working and unacceptable. I brought it up to one of the associates in customer service. I waited around to speak to Justin but he never showed. I understand being under- staffed and busy bc it is a Saturday - but come on... bathrooms are an every hour check (emptying the trash, restocking toilet paper, making sure the floor is clear) - especially bc customers are constantly using the bathrooms. Please get it together. This is Target - not Wallymart.

    This is my go-to Target. It isn't the best one, but I usually can find what I need and then some! This Target is located behind South Bay Galleria (mall) on Kingsdale Ave. There is parking on the ground floor under Target and surrounding the building in the parking lots. This particular Target has the shopping on the second floor. You can take the elevator, escalator or stairs. When you finish shopping and need to bring your cart down, there is a cart escalator that runs alongside of the down escalator. You can keep your eye on your cart! The one register at the self check-out area was broken when I was told to go use it. Not sure what happened, but I had to pick up all my stuff and put it in the cart and start over at another register. It's usually quicker to do the check-out myself than to wait in the long lines for the cashiers. There are only a few on duty, so it backs up. There's room for improvement here. Also, as is with a lot of places, there is low stock on lots of items. I noticed my brand of cat food was completely out and I had to buy it online. There's often a person watching as people exit. Making sure nobody is shoplifting. Theft Protection person. They don't physically check receipts, but they do watch what's going on! I usually go to the CVS Pharmacy inside this Target for my prescriptions. If you need some energy while you shop or for your drive home, there's a Starbucks here, too! Even though this is an ordinary Target store, I will be back because this is where I shop. I know where most things are.

    I love the drive up here. I've been to other stores and Redondo does a great job! They also usually have most things in stock.

This meant we had to make a second trip, adjust the delivery dates, and purchase the correct nightstands. It would have been nice to avoid the extra trip if we'd known upfront. That said, the mattress section staff were very patient. We spent over an hour testing different mattresses before my husband made his final choice. With the mattress purchase, furniture delivery was free, and there was a promotion offering a gift card for a future purchase, which we used to buy a mattress cover. Overall, the customer service at this location was good, and the delivery team did a great job as well.

They unboxed my husband's chair and it was broken. They set up the oversized chair, which so far is fine. The pull out sofa bed was set up as well. The ottoman was not in the delivery. Within one week the sofa was broken. Screws and hinges popped off. Husband contacted West Elm and they told him a part would be ordered or a new couch ordered by May. So, he does not have a chair to sit in, we cannot fold the bed up since it is broken so our living room is not usable, and we do not have any guarantee that this issue will be resolved anytime soon. I do not recommend this company. Prices are high and you do not get what you pay for. Customer service is non existent and quality of product is poor. I think we will return couch and go to Living Spaces.

When they arrived, the finish was extremely yellow and did not match how they were represented online, so we returned them in the exact condition they were received. West Elm only issued a partial refund, not even the cost of one sconce. After calling customer service three separate times, they refused to refund the remaining balance, claiming they only received one item. Here's the problem: The original order itself was confusingly labeled "1 of 2," and the return label they provided said "1 of 1." We followed their instructions exactly and returned both sconces. Their internal scanning or labeling error is not our responsibility. Despite this, West Elm refused to resolve it, forcing us to contact our bank to dispute the charge. This experience felt incredibly shady and frustrating. Between misleading product photos and poor customer service that refuses to take accountability, I will not be ordering from West Elm again. I strongly recommend others be cautious, especially when ordering multi-item sets or making returns.
