It's really crowded here no matter what time of day you come. It's the only store I know of that sells the baby formula I need in the area. Just be prepared to feel overwhelmed by the crowds. read more

I arrived to pick up my on-line order after receiving my notification that my order was "ready for pickup". I waited 15 minutes in the pickup line for a clerk who then left the counter to retrieve my order. She came back 10 minutes later with an empty basket explaining that they had pulled the wrong merchandise and I'll have to wait for them to pull the correct merchandise. When she returned another 15 minutes later, she had the wrong merchandise in the basket and tried to pass it off as something that was "close" to my original order. I was told by a guy that was with her that the "correct" merchandise was not in the store and had to be sent over by the distribution center and it would not arrive until the next day. Target's online pickup service is severely flawed and they need to address it. Save yourself time and frustration by visiting the store to buy what you need rather than using the online pickup service. You'd think a corporation like Target would be able to get it right. I love Target, but hate this one! It's never stocked enough, cashiers are very rude and it's messy. Went in a week ago, at night, not busy, purchased five baby food pouches, the cashier didn't say one word to my husband or I. She said, 'there's your total' and pointed to the screen. Really!? Another major pet peeve of this store, every time I bring my own bags, they act annoyed to use them and or I end up baggin my own stuff, I don't know if that's a regular rule, bring your own bags, bag your own stuff? They offer then $.05 incentive (which is lame) but don't offer anything if your not happy I brought my own bags! Employees never seem happy to help, and if you ask about backstock, it's almost always and automatic, 'no, all we have is out.' Really? You know the whole stores inventory? Impressive. The customer service associates are rude to African Americans..exspecially the GSA Michelle! Each time she sees me at the register she comes over and stands with the clerk. She purposely gives me a hard time. She runs thru my transactions and verifies my coupon without the need from the cashier... she seriously looks for any reason to give me a hard time. And then when I asked her name she said "call corporate, my name is Michelle". Tonight I was fed up and spoke with the manager Danny. I advised him that I felt that I was being discrimnated agianst because she purposely comes to the registers where I am... he was very very rude and objective. He stated that he had no other complaints and that her actions were ok! At that point I left and called corporate. This store is literally 5 minutes from my home but I will not return. Customer services treats cuponers and African Americans very very poorly. I heard this before about this target now I understand why... may as well go to Walmart! read more

This store is well stocked and neat with a friendly, helpful staff. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because of the Starbucks inside. On three separate occasions, we tried to get a Frappe an hour before they're closing and every single time, the workers make an excuse to not serve us. First time they were out of ice, then last two times their espresso machine was down. I really find that hard to believe. Just lazy! read more

It's the holiday season, staff accordingly. If you do an online order for pickup, it should not take more tha 10 minutes MAX to pick up and go. What's the purpose of the service if it takes longer to pick up merchandise ordered in advance than ro wall around a crowded store ans get in and out faster? This place is always packed, although not why I'm giving it 2 stars. I bought my son a playdoh set here yesterday and I went to open it and it had already been opened and played with. Very Bad Customer Service!!!!!!! My cashier (Risha) failed to give me a bag that contained one item. As luck would have it, it was the last bag packed, making it the one with the receipt. No biggie, I called Customer Service and explained what happened to Jamie. I informed Jamie that the only item missing was a $4.00 bottle of shampoo. Jamie's reply was, "There's nothing I can do". Let me think Jamie; How about going to the cashier's station and checking or asking Risha, who I just saw less than an hour ago, if she noticed a bottle of shampoo still sitting at her station. "There's nothing I can do" is code for, "I don't work and you can't make me". I'm am not one of those who feel that the customer is always right, but I do believe that the customer is entitled to the benefit of doubt until it can be proven otherwise. I'm not too up to speed on crime statistics, but I think I can safely say that even con artists in Third World countries can do better than $4.00 confidence games. read more

I love target and I hate to give a bad review but this place needs help. Every time I go it is dirty. There are clothes everywhere. Nothing is together. The employees seem lost. The bathroom is dirty, smells, and is never stocked with toilet paper. I've never been to a target that seems more like wal-mart so it is pretty sad. I wish I could give a minus-100 score ! I'm writing this review on behalf of a dear friend of over 40 years. I won't give her name at this time, we'll call her Lynn. Lynn is 69 years of age, she is totally blind having lost her eyesight in her middle 30's , she also walks at a somewhat slow pace due to numerous back and neck surgeries. On This past May 8th , a Monday, just after 3 PM she was dropped off at this Target store ( located at 27320 W. Lugonia Ave., Redlands, Calif. 92374) by the Omni-Bus. Upon entering the store with her guide dog she went to the store's help desk to ask for assistance as she always does when she's by herself with guide dog ( Guide dogs are magnificent intelligent animals, but unfortunately they haven't yet learned how to talk, read or sort through merchandise with their little paws ). The person at the help desk called for someone to help Lynn, and when a girl arrived to assist Lynn, the assistant was informed by the manager on duty that she had "ONLY 10 MINUTES TO HELP HER !" That managers name is " JERMAINE" ! Lynn , who shops at the store often, and who has shopped at Targets store's on a regular basis for as long as I've known her, was dismayed and distressed at the time limit now imposed upon her for being able to shop in the store . Fortunately the girl that was assisting her informed Lynn that she would help her for as long as she needed to complete her shopping , which she did , and bless her and all the other girls that have graciously helped Lynn there in the past . Lynn was greatly concerned that the girl might get into trouble for not abiding by the insensitive managers instructions. An isolated incident ? Doesn't appear to be . Lynn has an acquaintance that is also a senior, she is legally blind ( she doesn't require a guide dog) , that acquaintance informed Lynn that she also has received similar treatment at this Target facility. She says she's been "stranded" by helpers and left alone before being able to complete her shopping. Companies have unwritten policies, if these are isolated incidents , then the, or those persons, responsible for this extreme insensitive behavior should be terminated from their employment , period ! Lynn is a very independent woman , she is a retired therapist , owns her own home , and is the proud grandmother of two of which she babysits during the week . She's as tough and enduring a person as you'll ever meet . But this incident had her in tears. After a lifetime of being independent and helping others , she was very rudely made to feel that she is now a burden to others in this establishment because she is a little slower and sometimes needs a little more help than others. Lynn doesn't want anything form the Target organization, and she is afraid to shop at this establishment again for fear of getting the ladies that help her into trouble with upper management . Lynn only wants to be treated with the dignity and respect that any good person is deserving of . And there are few more deserving than her. Shame on you " JERMAINE", ( and Target if this goes unresolved) , you're a prime example of the lack of respect and heartlessness that plagues our country. I hope all those that read this will comment and refuse to shop at this establishment. read more

Terrible! What happened ? It's constantly crowded! But there's nothing they can do about that.. but it's an absolute mess! The thing that enrages me the most is I constantly see workers talking to each other rather than helping the customers! ( considering that I have seen managers do this on the floor I am not surprised ) Last night my husband and I went in for a few things and nearly got ran over by two male employees pretending to ram on another with their carts like little kids and calling each other names like " dick" and then when we were in the paper food section three employees were talking loudly none of them saying a word to us, but instead talking about how some girl is the " biggest bitch" ! When you are on the floor of a store you represent that store! If you have your name tag on you represent your store. If I had my daughter there I would have said something to the manager right away. I cuss , I am not gonna lie, BUT I do not cuss at work! The customer service there is rude, lazy and inconsiderate. Get some grown ups on there and quick. Also! When we were in the check out I went to a lit up checkout and the girl said she was closed and shut off her light and made us move to another lane. Then called over someone and said " I am closed but I can help you really quick" we had three items, why couldn't she help us ?! What in the world is happening there !? read more

I hate this fucking target, here is why, NO PARKING. I'm not against walking for Christ's sake, but I'm not parking at Famous Dave's to shop at Target. This store is a crowded clusterfuck of screaming brats and the parents who won't discipline them. Save your sanity and just go to the Super Target in Moreno Valley I live in Grand Terrace and it's the same distance, and by the way Moreno Valley also has the best Wal-Mart in the Inland Empire area. OK, bear with me.. I used to love this Target but now every time I go there's some kind of issue. I never leave the store without buying something for my 1 year old daughter whether it's a toy or clothes and every time I think "Oh, great! She'll love this!" I examine it and it's dirty (looks like it got dragged on the floor outside dirty) or I get home and pull it out of the box, Un tape, or unfold it and it's dirty or broken. Or I order it online and open the box and it seems used and probably returned and boxed up like it was new. And I will NEVER online Christmas shop with them again. This was my first year ordering online and I ordered only kids items and they were supposed to be delivered the 23rd of December. On the 26th I called and they said they had already left the Target warehouse and was with UPS but they were delayed. December 30th I had to call again and ask where they were. This last time they said they didn't know where they were and that I had to reorder everything I ordered so I could get them and two of the things I ordered were no longer in stock at ANY target! If they were in stock when I purchased them and was charged for them and they're "already shipped" where are they? It's now January 7th. Now, here's the kicker. I called ups the same day I called Target (Dec 30th) and they said Target had created a shipping label but nothing was actually sent out.... I also tried purchasing something else at the same time for in-store pickup and they kept saying in stock, I would call and they would be in stock, buy it and 2 days later (when pick up was supposed to take place) I get an email saying the item is no longer In stock and they canceled my order and that I needed to choose a different location. I followed the email and chose a different location and the same thing happened!. So, this happened twice with the same product over the course of 5 days. I have been going to this target since before I had my own bank account and it's progressively gotten sloppy. I'm really starting to dislike this Target and thinking it's worth driving the extra miles to go to a different one. read more

If any management is reading this-the store remodel is an epic fail, in my opinion. One of the things that draws me to Target is that it's NOT Wal-mart-now everything looks like crap in terms of how it's merchandised, and the things that brought me to Target are now downscaled (interesting home design for less, garden decor, etc.) to make room for the food. I will NEVER shop for Frankenfood in Target or Wal-mart-way too much time passing between farm to table-and now it's crammed with people who do shop for groceries. There's also even less help on the floor, less register staffing, LONG lines. Some of their prices are absolutely ridiculous-i.e. holiday decorations. I was there today and could not find half the things I was looking for. I realize I'm probably the customer who is in the minority, but I do not like the Wal-Marting of Target one bit. I loathe this Target location. It is overcrowded AT ALL TIMES. I have been to other Target stores in Los Angeles (where I work) and they aren't as packed as this one. I am still trying to figure out why. Parking lot is full, there are always lines at the counter and the store is pretty messy. I wish they'd build another Target within 5 miles of this location. I think this is the highest volume Target in the region so they always have the best stuff and it's USUALLY in stock. Not always, but usually. My favorite Target, hands down. Plus they have a Starbucks inside! Super bomb! read more
