Please take note Management: Love this store and its employees, but a couple of days ago when I went, there were criminals chasing me down in the parking lot to "sell" me Famous Amos cookies. It was scary because they were yelling/cussing each other out and then came running toward me while I was putting my toddler in the car. I had to tell my daughter to hurry and get in her seat. I also did not want to get mugged. Please get rid of these people in the parking lot, they scared the hell out of me and I already don't go to Walmart for this reason. Thank you! read more

This is by far the best target. The employees always go over the top to help any customer. Although it's busy (because it's in a very busy area) they try their best to keep lines down and keep them moving. Cashiers are really good about helping with cartwheel and helping everyone save money. Way better than Orange Show target. And in a safer area. read more

I love this target!! Very friendly staff. It's a very busy store in a great location.

I shop here about twice a week. It's a great place to get all my shopping done in one stop. It's always clean and there are plenty of shopping carts. Most of the cashiers are pretty friendly. It's also well stocked for most items. However my one complaint is that the dollar section is always so messy! Everything is all mixed up ALL the time, if you want more than 1 of something you have to look around in the bins around it. read more

This Target store is always the cleanest and most spotless out of all of them! The bathrooms are never dirty but always clean. Even the dollar section is organized and not messy like most stores are with their dollar displays. Clothes are always organized and in its place. The prices are great too for everything in the store. I always think the prices are reasonable and never think twice about purchasing it at Target. read more

Today I went in to get some essentials on a busy sunday. Even though its was really busy, everything was going ok until it was my turn to be helped by the cashier Grace. She was all smiles and laughter with the customer before me, but as soon as I was next, she changed her tone of voice. She didn't even say hello and didn't look me in the eye. Every other cashier I have encountered here has been overly friendly, so this really surprised me. It looked like it was a chore for her to help me. Next time I'm in this store, I would rather wait 20 minutes in another line than be helped by her. read more

Went shopping to take advantage of the great sale 25% discount on cosmetics & personal care products for today only . There were lots of gift sets to choose from so my Christmas shopping is done ! MARIE in the cosmetics aisle was very helpful & knowledgeable of the various creams & potions . I appreciate these ladies who prowls the aisles to help shoppers with questions. Ugh......ALWAYS CROWDED!!!!!! It is like Disneyland, and I do not understand why? It's not like they give away free stuff. TOO many people, and it is not just on the weekend, it is during the week too. You will likely have trouble finding a parking, then have to dodge an endless stream of cars to get into the store. When you get inside, you end op dodging people left and right through the aisles (remember the game Frogger? This will be you inside this place), and then have to endure painfully long lines. UGH!!! If you live in the area, try Target in San Bernardino on Sterling, it is rarely crowded (except for like Christmas), and you will surely have a pleasurable, stress-free shopping experience. read more

My recent experience at the Target store in Redlands confirms that Target's time to exist as a legitimate business has come and gone; Target should close its stores in the USA as they have done in Canada. The only question that remains to be answered is which Target Board member's brother-in-law or nephew is in charge of their IT department. A good example took place on 10/30/15 when this store was unable to conduct any purchase transactions, other than cash. Logical and decent customer service would suggest that maybe an announcement could be made over the PA system. But no; the management of this store, operating at an apparent room temperature IQ, did nothing. compared to the other targets in moreno valley and riverside, this ia the ugly step child. the store is not as clean, barely updated no optical the grocery section is much smaller than the others. target was my go to shop until reslands became my local store, now i try to go anywhere but the redlands target. i hope they have plans to upgrade the store and remodel using the extra space from the "outside section". read more

So I got to target store in redlands to find that the price online doesn't match the price in store. It was 100$ more. So I go to the guest services and ask for a price match and the 20$ off cartwheel also. And she smile and giggled. We can only do one or the other. Which one you want? Wow! Talk about rude and disrespectful for some paying over 150$ for an item and drive all the way to your store because your the only one who carried it. To be laughed at? I didn't know cause I have never done that before. I could of ordered it online from Walmart 15$ cheaper, if I known you wouldn't give me the 120$ off cause I couldn't use both. I would of save my self a trip, money and the rude laughs. Then she said to me, well target.com is one of our competitors? What? Your not the same store, why aren't you two link? Makes no sense. I love target, but I'm beginning to not like this one. On different occasions I have noticed that their employees have no customer service skills. I use to work at a grocery store and we were supposed to do anything to try to make the customer happy. Definitely not here. 3 experiences stand out to me. First a while ago I needed to purchase headphones, I specifically picked them because they were cheapest. Got to the check out, 5 dollars more than expected. When I told the cashier all she did was give me this look like"what do you want me to do about it?" So I went to customer service and they helped me out. That cashier wasted my time. My second experience, there was a blanket that I really wanted and it went on sale to an extremely low price so I was excited! Got up to the checkout and the blanket was not on sale, cashier had someone check it out and when they came back she said that all those blankets were in the wrong spot and that price was for a smaller blanket. And of course did not bring up the smaller blanket. So I had to go and look again. And there was nothing there and the blankets were all still in that "wrong" spot. Usually if all the products are in the wrong spot, stores will honor the price. But not here, I got that lovely "what do you want me to do about it?" Look again. And the most recent bad experience was Feb 18th. I shop at target A LOT. So I was super excited when I saw the new perks program for target and that I could get a FREE pretzel from the cafe! When I presented the coupon the cashier scanned it over and over and it wasn't working. We moved over to another register, scanned it over and over. She said that it's not working and I told her that I got it off of cartwheel, and she told me that she thinks that the coupon starts tomorrow. When I told her, that it's on the cartwheel perks program she gave me that "mhmm sure, what do you want me to do?" Look I love so much. I couldn't handle myself I put up my hand said whatever as the cashier finally realized what I had, calling out "wait sweetie I think I know..." first you tried the exact same scan over and over, nothing new and give me that look that says what do you want me to do? And then proceed to call me sweetie once I'm too fed up and decide to leave? I'm 27, I know you were calling me sweetie because I look younger than I am. I'll be going to another target for a while. Also I love seeing the security standing next to each other talking to each other and blocking aisles and when you see customers decide to not care or move and continue block the aisles. This target is always crowded you don't need to make it worse. read more

I felt a little embarrassed yelping Target, but now that I see that I am the 25th review, I don't feel so silly. :) I go into this store for dish soap and come out with a cart full of things. Everything is just so darn cute! Things for the house, clothes for the kids, shoes, sunglasses, etc. The other day I was stuck in line while 2 people ahead of me took foreeevvvverrrr (one used a bazillion coupons, and I'm not complaining, because, hey, I get that, and the other signed up for a credit card), and the manager happened to be walking by and told the cashier to take 3 dollars off of my total, which made me happy (every little bit helps!). I so love this Target. It's clean, organized, has a great selection of products, and it's a nice little outing with the family on hot afternoons when we stop in and get some popcorn and cold drinks before shopping. I don't even bother with Wal-Mart anymore. read more

Tried to go through the self-checkout with some cold medicine. Oh had to wait for someone come to approve my purchase. Added note: I am a senior citizen. I was told to go through a regular checkout. I tried and the clerk asked me for I.D. I asked if he could not tell that I was years beyond this situation. He said he had to put something in the space for birth year. Go for it, put in anything. Then I called the manager who offered me to go to the jewelry counter and she would check me out. Ok, now it would be my third attempt. Then another clerk at another register, who I had complained about with two others that were standing and chatting when I was in the self check out waiting for help, said she would help me at her register. Why didn't she come to help when I was standing at self check out and no one came to help??? How stupid can any store policy be when it is apparent someone is well on in years should not be questioned about I.D.? I went to Walmart, one check out, never asked for I.D. AND the cold medicine was $1 cheaper. I hate Walmart, but a man has to do what a man has to do. I guess Walmart employees have enough common sense to have a general idea about a person's age. Ask for a complaint form and it goes right to the manager I already complained to, who didn't seem to give a rip. Then there's a web address to complain that also goes right back to the same store. Went online to find any way to complain to anyone in Target's corporate offices. Good luck with that. All goes right back to the original store. I guess Target doesn't care to hear about customer's comments (good or bad). Sometimes companies get too big to worry. read more
