I'm loving the revitalization of the cosmetics area. They are now offering high-end products such as Robert Mondavi's wife's line of skincare products. They also now have consultants who help you with your selections and give you good advice. But watch out. The consultants work for No. 7, a makeup line sold there. When the consultant helped me, I was looking at the Sonia Kashuk translucent powder. She tried the powder and then belittled the Sonia Kashuk and took me to the No. 7 section. She told me this was a better brand and to buy this instead. I looked at her name take the logo for No. 7 was on it. I'm a big fan of the sales on shirts and buy them frequently and you cant go wrong when a Starbucks is in the store. Sip and shop, but dont spill on the clothes! Don't wanna have to stain and buy. Also make sure you get the cartwheel app. The clerk told me ladies, that make up items are almost always on there. read more

First of all the employees no longer wipe the self service registers nor the carts. The toys department is a disaster. Items are placed on the shelf with no concern if they belong there or not. Now the dont accept cash at the self service registers. And they dont have an express lane. The say its because of the coin shortage. BS. Im better off going to the Ontario Target. Target has become one of those stores that i just cant live without. I know their prices are a tad overpriced but in reality your paying for the shopping experience. Pros: parking! This place has loads of parking and yea sometimes you have to walk a tad bit more than normal but then again sometimes you can park right in front. Amount of cash registers. There are liek at least 25 lanes!!!!!!! Space. The store is huge!! Cons: always have temp employees that dont know anything except to show up in a red shirt. read more

This used to be my favorite place to shop however my experience at this location was awful. Restrooms were not working.. Being pregnant that was a no no. I felt sorry for the employees that have to work there and not have the bathroom available. Is that even legal? I seriously question the integrity of management and the company to allow such circumstances. In addition, I found it absolutely ridiculous that they have a 5.99 tweezers item on lockdown and requires employee assistance when there's a nearby item at a price point of 8.00 NOT on lockdown. I used to love having to shop without calling anyone over. After all was said and done I never even got my tweezers because I completely forgot to ask for the them at the register. Let's just say my Target experience is no longer one of refuge and enjoyment. Enter sad face here :( read more

I've lived in Rancho so long, I remember awaiting anxiously for this Target to open, haha. It's had it's ups and downs. The one thing I don't like are the restrooms, they are too old and need upkeep, it's just gross. I know a few of the cashiers and managers. Very friendly staff. I do however always end up spending at least $80 each visit, that means at least once every two weeks. I supposedly only come in to get toilet paper and end up with a cart full of Blu rays , children's clothing and what not. Love this place! I just make sure everyone goes to the restroom at home before the Target trip. read more

The store itself is great. My review is on the pharmacy. I came to fill a prescription and was told it would be $50. I was told to that it'll be ready in 30 minutes. 2 Hours later, the medicine is finally ready and I am told that the cost is actually $92. This place is run by incompetent kids. Feels like their a family store run by the children. ...selling meds?!!!. No thanks, I don't wanna die cause by people playing doctor. .....30 minutes later I went to CVS and bought the same meds for $40....took 15 MINUTES. Target Pharmacy is a rip off. read more

In general, I'm a big fan of Target and have been for 20 years. They have quality merchandise for a not very high price and that suits me just fine. And yes, I'm one of those Target minions who has the Red Card and uses it to score those all-important 5% discounts. I'm fortunate to live within a 5 minute drive of this particular Target. While Targets vary in quality of service, I'd rate this Target five stars for its friendly associates. The folks here are nice even when I know they've had a long day (and even during the arduous Christmas shopping season). The only reason I don't give this place five stars *overall* is because the grocery section seems rather limited, even for a Target. Items I want (staples) are sometimes out of stock on weekends. The men's clothing department also seems a bit lacking compared to Targets that are a bit further away (in Upland and Montclair). I've never had trouble parking here and there are other stores nearby (as well as a Wells Fargo in the Target parking lot) that make this a worthwhile visit. read more

First of all, this store is chaos. There is no order. Everything is out of place. I can never find what I need. And on top of it, they are the only location that literally runs out of everything. BUT. There is a silver lining. The other day I had to return an item- something I usually avoid at all costs. But their guest service team is fabulous. I emphasize on one employee specifically, Michelle. She is the sweetest thing. She made my target experience actually tolerable. Always look for this gem! OH! did I mention the bathrooms? Yesterday around 11:30am I arrived to your store with my two children. I went to grab a cart , they were stacked so I went to pull them apart. Doing so I cut my finger on one of the carts I noticed that the cart was broken and had cut it on the plastic part that was broken. I walked to the girl sitting at the front entrance and asked for a bandaid since I was bleeding pretty bad. She offered me a paper towel and asked which cart was broken and took the cart away. Not once offered me help or asked if I was okay. Mind you I have two small children with me and I'm bleeding. She tells me I can go to guest services and ask for a bandaid. So I did. I walked up to the older lady working and told her what happened without looking up from what she was doing she handed me two bandaids. Again didn't ask if I was okay or needed help. A guest cut them selfs in your store and is bleeding because of your broken cart and nobody seemed to care one bit. Very unprofessional and lack of compassion. I've attached photos. read more

I love this Target! Lots of great clearance and friendly employees that do actually ask me "Can I help you find something?" which is what they are supposed to say. Clean. The front end do a pretty good job of minimizing the lines and spreading them out to other cashiers for a good flow. read more

This is an older Target store. The parking in this old center gets on my nerves. It's like the spaces are all for compact cars and those of us with larger vehicles have to park way out just to fit in a space. As far as the store goes. It's about what you'd expect from a Target. Please please please replace your shopping carts! I love target and shop regularly but those shopping carts are broken and filthy and have been for a long time but it's to the point that I don't think I can find one that isn't broken missing the safety strap or just plain filthy I am not a fan of having to put my toddler in it or if I am buying clothes/blankets etc I make sure to stack them on top of other items so they don't touch the cart. I hope this gets to you guys and you replace them the rest of the store is beautifully remodeled why would you neglect this! DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY! They lost the written paper that has my perscription on it. I desperately needed my medication and they told me it was in a file somewhere in a far away back room and that I would have to call back in four days and talk to a manager named Shawn. So I go for four days without pills because THEY are idiots. Yes, I of course called my dr's office way before this and they left a message for my dr. She is out on vacation and the office is swamped and they would have to get back to me. GEE, I THOUGHT TARGET WOULD DO A BETTER JOB THAN THIS! Well this is the closest store to where i live to get a few quick things early morning round 8-9 am is when usually come in the doors closer to Starbucks,and its very hit or miss to find a hand basket right by one of 4 close places , by the doors, self check (by starbucks) cosmetics or produce , a good portion of the time there are no baskets i don't want to walk to the opposite end by returns guest services to get one then have to walk all they way back to produce to start my shopping ( first thing in the morning they should have basket in all the holders). Most the time they don't have what im looking for and tiny amount of space for things. have to try and find someone on the floor to see if they have what i want/ need. They have guacamole in 2 separate place one with the hummus by the lunch meats and ( home style and classic archer farms brand ) and 3 other kinds in produce by salads and fruit have it 2 separate places makes no sense. Then its 50/50 chance the self checkout by starbucks is open or the one by customer service, along with 1-3 regular checkout registers open, i hate seeing the lines at the opposite end of the store by customer service and have and be my cosmetics and have to walk to the opposite end to pay then walk all the way back to the other end to leave, also schedule more workers first thing in the morning see most workers come in after 9am. Sometime i have to come in during the evening when i realize im outta something i need for dinner , good luck any time after 4 of the line not be horrendous line 5-6 both self shock out as well line may be open and its still not enough and the line are sooooooooooo loooooooong to have to wait in to get 1 or 2 things, staff better you know this is time when families come in after school work it will be busy. It's close to my house it's open late there's free WiFi and a Starbucks. It's updated, clean and the employees are nice enough. During black Friday the store is very very organized and I was impressed the last time I came. I always find what I'm looking for and more. Parking lot is large and it's next to hobby lobby and lots of food places. read more

Let me start by saying I wish I could give this place a negative 100 rating the store manager Lisa is no help and they have thieves working for there location! I purchased a 200$ gift card from this location on 12/3 and come to find out a week later when I tried to make a purchase there was a zero balance! I called and ask to speak with store manager and she told me I had to call customer service and start there and if they couldn't help then I would have to speak with security at her location!! First of all I have my receipt and there hasn't been any activity on the card so why would I have to take the time out of my day to sit on hold now for about 25 Minutes with target gift card customer service when it was a wrong doing by someone at her location!! Back again for my eye exam and ordering contact lenses and new glasses! Dr Li and the optical staff were more than welcoming and took time to explain all of my options to me. Then they explained how to order to maximize my insurance benefits as well. They were running behind but I'm sticking with my five stars because it was my day off and I was in no hurry. Plus I asked a boatload of questions and never felt rushed because of their tardiness. I was a newbie for contacts, so they sent me off with a few pairs to try, a case, cleaning solution, and eye drops. Then they sat me down in a side exam room and showed me how to use it and made me take them out and put them in on my own. That was fantastic! I love the Starbucks in this target. It's actually my favorite Starbucks. That is why this target gets 2 stars from me. Really they deserve 1 star. I had a horrible experience with a crew member named Brethany. I was shopping for soup and I noticed they didn't have any cream of mushroom.
