This target needs to step it up a lot. What's the point of even having a number to call when not one department picks up the phone. I have tried calling almost every day and not once have they ever picked up. read more

I hate the remodel. Target is trying to be like Macy's with their trendy furniture displays, but the overall shopping experience is getting more and more ghetto each day. Yesterday I saw a customer pushing a barking doberman around in a shopping cart. My baby daughter got scared and cried. Two employees walked by without saying a word about the dog. At the register, I got the typical pushy Target Red Card speech. After saying No about three times, I finally asked loudly, "Are you DONE? There are people waiting behind me..." I'm done with Target. P.s...I don't need to see all that pride stuff everywhere I go. I'm not against pride but Target is just a store that sells soap and luggage and crap...Stay out of politics! read more

It's too bad that the company spent so much to remodel this store but didn't take a look at the quality of employees and management. Return line took over 15 minutes and there was only two people in front of me. Only four registers open self checkout had two lines closed. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one of the 15+ employees even acknowledged me. I will continue to drive out of my way and go to the upland location. read more

One star for the 3 out of 30 employees that actually knows what they're doing. Everyone is clueless and RUDE! Especially the lady at customer service desk. Horrible. Should have used the remodeling money to train the employees and csm better. They don't even know they're store policy. read more

Shop here all the time... Called to see if they carried a certain Item...took 3 diff people to tell me they Dont have it... Went later same day... There were lots Of them...Oh well... read more

I like coming to this store, it's always clean and staff members are friendly. If you want to save money make sure you download the app and get the cartwheel for coupons and special offers. read more

My local store is in Upland and I despise it. They treat you like nothing. It is very rare when I get ANYONE to smile back. So I come to this one and I don't ask for service but I do get smiles back or some sort of acknowledgement anytime I smile. And for that... I will continue driving the extra mile. If I shop after any holiday, at any retail store, the store will not be at its fullest potential when they're not giving enough hours to complete their work. As long as they maintain the great customer service attitude, I will continue shopping here. read more

I came to this target for a water bottle and the woman who helped me was really nice and showed me to the correct spot. I got a half gallon water bottle that also has a built in straw and place to put a freezer stick in the freezer and use when youre ready so the water stays. Great for athletes i suggest checking it out!! read more

Pictures definitely have to be updated love the new look ! And the fact that even if someone is fixing the shelves or products is Happy to help you ! Great attitude and happy employees here which makes a huge difference in a store ! Thank you guys ! read more

I love this target!!! Friendly and always clean! I was in line and noticed a lady in front of me having an nasty attitude with the cashier, and through it all the cashier kept a smile on her face and was patient. read more

I placed an online order on 12/15, got email that they shipped it on 12/17, had an online chat with who knows on 12/22 about the order, UPS says they were still waiting for it. Chat person said you'll have it by end of Business, I did tell them what UPS was showing. 12/23 no package, impossible to actually talk to a live person. They lost it, canceled the order, have now sent me an egiftcard and suppose to work it out to get my refund to paypal. Who knows how long that may take. put in a claim to paypal, cuz I don't trust target. Don't order from Target online what a hassle and now I don't have a main gift for my grandson. Yep this was a ANCH nintendo switch. Thanks for nothing Target. read more

I've been a loyal target costumer for years and i recently moved to Rancho. My experience here with the staff has been nothing short of horrific. I'm truly disappointed and honestly disgusted. The rudeness and lack of customer service is completely and utterly upsetting. The folks doing drive up orders aren't even wearing their masks properly. I'm honestly contemplating whether or not I'm going back, ever. Ugh JUST RUINED MY WHOLE DAY! read more

The Ontario store sent me here since I was looking for an item in my size and they said this store has 2 of them. She was wrong! But I appreciate the workers looking on the floor and in the back of their inventory at this store. Since they didn't have them the employee Brandon helped me order it online and sent it to my house, it arrived within 2 days! It was much appreciated since I did need it in a hurry! Thanks for the help! read more

Worst target I've ever been in. The people and the staff are sketchy af and the place is always a mess.

I ordered some shoes online with same day pick up from the store, went in to pick up my shoes and I was told they were really backed up on online orders due to Black Friday sales, I was told to return the next day. Went there the next day and was told they were still backed up, so I decided to give them a few more days, 4 days later and I received an email saying my order was canceled because I didn't pick the shoes up on time. They are now sold out of the shoes I wanted. Tried to call costumer service but the calls were getting dropped every time. Never been an unhappy customer until now. read more

Came in to add a line on my cell phone account. With Target being a "third party" sale, they really had limited info into my account and I mean really limited. This made is really difficult in adding the line. Please fix for your customers sake read more

Been going to this Target since the 90's. At one point in retail history, it was considered one of the top Targets in the nation. It's had many remodelings, with the latest in 2017, which I don't think is so great. It has everything: a grocery section, optical, pharmacy, photo, a Starbucks, and Dan Cortez (props if you got it). The floors are always clean and nicely organized. They have a wide variety of brands to choose from at different price points. You can usually always find an option that's on sale, or their in-house Up&Up brand is pretty decent. The only thing I wish they could work on is trying to do a better job restocking certain items, like makeup and toiletries, especially when they're having a sale. Overall, I love this store and it will always be my #1 choice for shopping. read more

Great customer service. Employees were very helpful and courteous during this hard time.

NO MASK ENFORCING. DANGEROUS DO NOT GO. Multiple workers not wearing masks while working!!!!! And servicing people who have no masks. I walked in at 8 pm to get a new fan and return one we got a day ago and I'm currently in the store still writing my review because this place is disgusting and unbelievable!!! We told the worker at the return section that we saw 3 workers with their masks off and the starbucks worker and many other workers sticking their noses completely out of their masks. I told her this and she tried making an excuse on one lady coming out of the break area into the public area of the store where there are customers saying shes on break. Well if shes on break she shouldn't be by the customers. But that's not who I had a complaint about first it was a worker delivering pick up orders or she was sent to stock up the rest of the store with a cart and she had her mask completely off and I told the worker this and she just said oh and felt dumb and didnt care. And also one of the girls working in the store heard us talk loud on PURPOSE to her face to put a mask on and she heard walked off and left it off. This place is infested and the workers with no masks on have their noses sticking out when they sneeze or breathe out air through their nose it will get germs everywhere!!!! Freaking idiots people are still getting sick I'm gonna make a complaint to the city or county whoever I can!!!! Sorry for any grammar errors I'm typing this fast and angry from the ignorance and unsafe environment and the lack of caring from workers!!!! read more

I easily spend about $200 every trip & don't feel guilty because I come home with everything I need in one store. Clothes for me and my baby, toys, electronics, makeup, cleaning supplies, bedding, home decor, storage containers, furniture, kitchen, etc! They have it all. &Great customer service unlike Walmart. read more

Not sure If they are under new management by this place has gotten worse than ever. They don't have anything in stock that they show online and are behind than other targets on what they have displayed. I've been coming here for years finally going to another one instead. read more

I love pretty much any Target but I had a not great experience at this one with less than friendly "customer service". The cashier was rude and didn't even answer me when I asked a question. Didn't bag my items. I don't mind doing it myself but I didn't know that was the way now even at the register with a person cashier. It's never happened before. And 2 other employees I had interaction with were so unfriendly and just indifferent. Not the type of Target experience I've ever had or expected to. I'll just keep going the a different one. read more

Store is well kept and well stocked. Typical target experience. Associates are always helpful, that is if you do find them inside the store. Prices are reasonable and very competitive. read more

Giving a shout out to Thomas for outstanding customer service. Its why I choose to shop here. Gold Star

There was nobody disinfecting the self check out stations, It seemed very unsanitary. There should be some disinfecting like at Costco on 4th street they disinfect all the self checkout stations after every use. However they were disinfecting the carts at the front of the store though so that's good. read more

I Love this pharmacy! What I don't love is since CVS took over. Target used to have the BEST medicine bottles with color coding and connectors to tops of bottles and syringes (liquid antibiotics). Now, these bottles for liquid antibiotics have no spout connectors and can't get all the meds out with syringe. Disappointing. CVS has the the ability to bring it back, why not? read more

I have went to this Target for years and have always loved the store until they put the self-check registers in, all of the sudden, they never have enough checkers. The lines are horrendous. Hire more checkers, it's starting to remind me of Walmart. read more

Target, how I love thee!!! I profess my obsession with Target constantly. They have anything you need (and don't need) under one roof. I can buy my latte, then go on to buy and browse in peace. Employees are always helpful and I can't stress enough how helpful and money saving the RedCard is. Save 5% off of most everything in the store even Starbucks and the cafe. The only thing I would say something negative about is lack of cashiers. Other than that Target is my go to place! read more

I have been going to the his target for about 10 years and the past few years it has gotten really bad. Dirty bathrooms, rude unhappy cashiers, limited stock of items. Today set me over went there for 3 items... tooth brush, body wash and fantastic cleaner... did not have 1 of these items. Also wanted reusable bags.. none to be found. I asked my cashier if they had any and she said "I don't know, probably not" not a "let me check for you" or any type of smile. This is why people are using amazon so much. Then I go to their Starbucks.. 1 person working 4 people waiting for drinks and 1 person plus myself waiting to order. I walked away after a few minutes. As I'm leaving I over heard a very unhappy worker pushing a box saying with a harsh attitude"this isn't my job". Great job hiring people with work ethic target. If you want your stores to look like department stores and charge department store prices you better start hiring department store quality workers. I don't ever get this crappy service from Macy's, even CVS has better service and selection. read more

My experience have been excellent. I enjoy this target as I know the store really I mean I live right by it.. But in other aspects they always have a huge amount of checkers open when I go .. And there clearance is excellent also download the cartwheel app from target as well huge savings read more

Went in for an eye exam today. Five stars all the way! It was quick and easy. Im horrible at picking out glasses and Marielle, one of the optical team members, came right up and helped. Marielle gave me her honest option on which type of lenses to choose from. So happy with the ones I chose!! They also offered 10% off discount with my AAA membership card. read more

It's 10 am on a Wednesday and Christmas and there's 22 people in the self check out and 3 registers open. The bald rude manager can't call someone to get me a different NERF gun because I just noticed it's missing a part. He said it will be a long time. I have to get out of line and get it myself which means another 20 min back in line again. Of course I didn't notice it until I'm next. I get to the toy aisle to find 6 employees working. One of them could have easily brought one to the front. Thank god I found a competent employee to help me. I don't know what's wrong with this Target but the managers are always rude and unfriendly but the staff is helpful. I haven't been in a Target or purchased anything from them since March. Now I remember why. Note to managers at this Target.... open more registers to assist your customers. You have about 30 registers. That's what they are for. Other customers were complaining too. Target lost me as a customer forever. It's Amazon only for me. read more

Seeing all these reviews on a target remind me how ridiculous people are. get a grip on reality it's a fucking target people

We came here to buy milk and mashed potatoes. Nothing too different about this Target than others. Just doing some regular domestic shopping! The selection is great and vast. The customer service is nice too. They'll help you find what you're looking for. Or you can just consult the app! read more

Worst customer service. I went in line to pick something up from my online order, and two of the workers went helped everyone else in line even though I was there first waiting for 10 minutes. When I asked for help they ignored me. read more

Customer service is a hit or miss. I've had a few great experiences, but mostly mediocre or just plain bad. I wouldn't recommend big ticket purchases even if you buy the extended warranty. Had issues with the same sony portable DVD player 2 times within 2 weeks of purchasing. I was given the run around on both instances. Had to go through my purchased extended warranty. They couldn't believe that this store wouldn't exchange it. A week later, I returned a monitor (within 4 days of purchase). It didn't work. The box was damaged when I bought it, but I still took it. The manager didn't want to return it because box was damaged & "not resellable"....Need I say more??? read more

Absolute TERRIBLE service. They should be ashamed. What is this, Walmart?? I think so. I HATE "oh sorry cant help you" answers. Yes you can, you just don't want to. You work customer service at Target, do your job and Serve the customer...it really isn't that hard. Went to exchange (for the exact same top, one size different) a swim top because TARGET had a small swim top on a MED hanger. Drove almost 30 minutes to the next nearest Target since my Target (where the people who work there are actually competent and polite) didn't have the right size. They couldn't do it without "swiping" my ID. This is nowhere in the return/exchange terms. Even the manager gave me the insincere/fake apology and stared at me....it's like talking to a wall. Do your job. Don't be lazy. What a waste of my time. Why are these people being paid??? read more

Having lived in Rancho my whole life I have spent way too much money at this Target over the years! I cannot run in for one thing without spending $100 on a bunch of things I "forgot I needed." This location was getting pretty bad a while back, but they renovated and made changes, and now it is always really nice and clean. Although Walmart has much of the same stuff for half the price, I still find myself at Target because it makes for much more enjoyable shopping. read more

This target is the worst. I got way to many diapers at mt baby shower so I took back 9 packs of diapers. I received a store credit card with what i thought was 90.00. 33 days later I went to use the store credit. There was 0 on it. Turns out they gave me a blank gift card. Security pulled up my transaction nut basically told me there was nothing they could do for me because I waited past 30 days. All I planned to do was buy more things for my new baby. I will not shop there again. read more
