My Grandma loves coupons and loves getting a good deal, so when she had an offer from Target to get a $10 gift card when filling a new prescriiption here, she jumped at the chance. I had been to this Target a few times in the past. It is not my favorite one, and not particularly clean, but it did have an incredibly patient pharmacist who told my Grandma the medicare vs. non medicare price of the prescription and then told her he would honor her expired offer. Came in today, my go to Arizona location. WAS my go to. After my 3 year old and I made our weekly purchase. ..coming out to the car (about 40 minutes prior to close) only 4/5 cars in lot. I noticed a group hanging out in the middle off the shopping cart return spot. You would have hit them trying to put a cart in it, which was odd. Who hangs out "in" it. Normally I have a cart to return. Today we had to bags, so we didn't need it. My car was 4 spots from it, as I am trying to get my 3 year old safely in car...some tweaked out woman starts mumbling a "do you have any change to spare" it startled me. I said No, I carry zero cash. (Loudly) & I look up over my car and she is still coming at the car. I repeated it, she then asks if I can take them to the store and just buy them something? !! What the?! Really? It's after 10pm, I am with my toddler. ..you and 2 other adults and what appeared to be a 12/13 year old kid chilling in a stroller texting....want me to let you in my car and use my credit card. I repeated again No and to please get away from my car. I carry & as soon as I came around she could see it and turned away finally. Freaked me the bleep out. I never expected something like this at this location. Also irked that at that close to closing the security dude was just socializing in the store, not standing near exit or that no one offered assistance to the car. It has been 4 hours since I got home, but am still a bit rattled. I will never shop there again after sunset without being walked to my car like the grocery store offers. It made really realize, I would rather be judged by 12, then carried by 6. Flipping tweakers. :/ read more

An average Target, same merchandise and layout as the rest,,,,, but the vibe from the customers during my visit was 'drama'. It started with pedestrians walking, or standing, in the way of the huge lines of cars trying to find a parking space. Some birdies were flying :o The drivers weren't much better, competing for parking spaces and being arses. While I was walking in there was a police car with it's lights on talking to someone a few stores down. When I went inside there was a Security guard looking for someone inside. On my way out there were 4 officers around a squad car that had a handcuffed 'Paris Hilton' look alike being helped into the back. I am glad that there was a heightened police presence, but I haven't seen that it's been needed at other locations (yes, I went to multiple Targets in one day, lol). Wasn't shopping supposed to be fun? I would have given them 2 stars, but it's not really the Stores fault that there were some grinches :) read more

He was obviously under some pressure and handled it like a champ. When he got to me, he was kind and knowledgeable. It didn't take him long to get my situation in order. This store is always so clean and well organized. I get excited to go to this target because of the friendly people and products available. Only downside is the parking lot. It's very hard to find a spot as it's small if you want to be relatively close. I feel bad for the stores right now with the small selection of items they have available because of pandemic. This is, without any doubt, the worst Target. The reason why I say that, and the reason why this Target gets only 2 stars from me out of a possible 5 is because of this. THERE IS NO SELF CHECKOUT. This is probably the only Target that does not have self checkout. There is nothing more annoying than picking up a few items, and then having wait in line for 15-20 minutes because they only have 3 cash registers open. I'm glad there is another Target close to where I live that does have self checkout. read more

Yesterday I went in to pick up an online order and it took ten minutes. Now I totally get being understaffed, I am usually very understanding and patient. Being understaffed totally sucks, especially at a big store like Target. But, the woman who was helping me had to go leave to help another cashier because I guess no one else could. It took less than a minute for her to grab my order. I was in the "Online Pick Up" lane and there were people buying things in this lane. Everyone that was in front of me were buying things, not picking up. (Which I have too been guilty of doing this, I'm just mad because I was in a hurry.) It totally would have been fine if I wasn't in a huge rush. Bottom line is that you need to have more people working at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. Also, open up more lanes. Thank you. read more

Target is one of my favorite merchandisers. But, i went into this one was something of a disappointment. I can't shop without a cart. When a store has zero carts, they're telling customers to go home. Customer Service was also disappointing. When five people are in line, employees have to hold off on having a pow wow. When I came out of the (less than stellarly clean-eww) restroom, there were eight customers waiting, and the employees were still commisurating. On the upside, the customer service rep never lost her cool. read more

Cindy is an asset to the company. She saved me time and money on my orders. She is genuinely helpful and does everything she can to help everyone. I saw her being helpful when there was no one around. That's genuine and something that most people don't have. I used to never shop at Target. As far as target stores go, this is about average. The staff are either or, some are friendly and know how to help and some aren't as helpful. They keep decent stock and carry all the newer and seasonal items. Super target is always a better option though. I dig this target. Its a nice place to shop and has a good selection as far as targets go. The parking lot is always jamming but if you park on the west side of the building you can grab afternoon shade. There is a Starbucks inside this target that is solid. The food court is standard fair. I have been coming here for 2-3 years and cannot think of one bad customer service experience. read more

My go to Target Store...clean. Usually always friendly staff, because everyone has an off day. Some days it is crazy packed. Today, was good. Easy parking, quick check out! I love this location. It's huge and I find everything I need. Their Target Red Card will save you 5% on your purchase. This is not a credit card, it is set up to withdraw the money from your checking account just like your debit card. The use the info you buy to study what people like and are buying for their surveys to better their company. I am fine with this and am always willing to help with studies to better our economy. Plus I love to save money! They have great clearance sales of 70% off and their clearance sections are easy to sort through they are not a mess. I really am a huge fan of the Archer Farms products. It's a great quality and value. There was a garlic pasta salad they made and I am really sad they have discontinued it. Maybe I can find it online... I should check! Always at least 5 registers open at all times so the lines are short. If they get long they promptly bring up more cashiers. Great place to go for kid products for their bathrooms and bedrooms. They have all those cute trendy frilly things kids love. Fluffy bright pillows and extra cool bath decor. For the most part I have never encountered any bad employee's they all seem to be pretty happy and helpful. I wish they had more craft stuff though. That is a real down fall for me because I love to do crafts. read more

Manager is sooo rude and she refuses to help you out with simple questions. She just says nope, not giving you any info. This is the only store I called that said this and it came personally from the Manager. Seems this manager is lazy and doesn't want to deal with customers calls and questions. Asked for a manager at this store location, associate called and manager asked "what is needed", associate: "guest would like to speak to you", manager: "regarding?", she eventually came and spoke but had no excuse why no associates were servicing the fitting room and long checkout lines were building. Customer service had a long line and there were plenty of associates that could had assisted the front of the store. The manager needs some respect to customers and store associates need to be team coworkers instead only doing what their walkie talkies suggest them what to do. I say "suggest" because it seems the store associates and manager don't take the communication device seriously enough. read more

I like target, they have good dog toys and no one bothers me so I can mill around and get stuff in the home section and where ever. They have some funny tshirts for St Pat's day and some cool costume jewelry. Average as far as Target goes. Generally clean, much nicer now that they have a Starbucks. Not much in the way of customer service. There aren't many people available on the floor to help. They're usually absorbed in their task at hand or conversing. I don't think I've ever been asked if I need anything. We stopped at this Target location today because we were driving around in the Arrowhead area and honestly can't really pass a Target without stopping in, lol. As with most of their locations, it was clean, well stocked, and it had its usual assortment of tons of things to look at. I was particularly excited to find out a movie I have been wanting to see was on sale for $4, so I picked it up. This location is a Super Target, so they have a full grocery section, which is nice. They also have a little cafe with a Pizza Hut inside if you have cravings for a personal pan pizza or some breadsticks. read more

For the most part, I prefer Target over Wal Mart. Target is usually cleaner and more organized, but the prices are obviously higher. This Target is alright. It's a tad dirtier than most other Targets I have been to; most likely due to the sheer amount of traffic (this is a busy store). Overall, it's just Target. read more
