This is the best Target around. Way better than the other Pasadena location. Theres also a Which which and starbucks inside.

The big plus to this place is the giant parking lot. The bummer is that they are always understocked. Don't even get me started on the stationary area. It needs some love. This is a note for most of the Target locations i've visited. Stock your stores. A lot of the aisles look sparse. It's also a drag to have to hunt someone down to help you. Service is OK. Nothing to write home about. I mean service at the registers. Also, what's up with the homeless hanging outside in the picnic tables in front of the store? Makes it sort of sketch. read more

This is one of the better Target I've been to that's around my area. Positive thing about this place is that the inventory is high, area is spacious, place is usually clean and organized and it has a Starbucks inside. Parking is plenty but usually it'll be hard to find a space on the weekends unless you're willing to walk a bit. They also have underground parking which makes it that more easy to park. Deals are just the same at other Target locations but it's the cleanness, helpful staff and spacious area that makes this one about the same or better than others in the area. read more

This review is for Tony the Manager. I shopped at this Target yesterday and was buying something with a gift card. My gift card was not working. Tony stepped in and helped me by calling corporate. I love coming here. I'm here at least once a week if not more. This is a two story Target. It used to be a department store. They have just about everything here. There is a pharmacy, a Starbucks, an expanded grocery section (with a refrigerated/freezer section), a one-hour photo and more. I do a lot of grocery shopping here. This Target seems to have more supplies than your local neighborhood Target. There is a 3 level parking garage in back, which makes it very convenient. (Update - I messed up. I love both Pasadena Targets. This one always trips me out cause it used to be Fedco, when I was growing up. It's clean. The staff is helpful Clean food court Bathrooms are usually clean Returns are easy Only negative is that I notice with most stores is that they cut down cashiers during the last shift and there is always a huge line. Which is great for me cause I start pulling things of the cart that I really didn't need as I'm waiting. Parking: Own huge parking lot. Overall: I love this place. I wish it was open 24/7. read more

I guess it was a bad day for the Guest Service desk. Not much "customer service" in that area. I wanted to return an expensive electronic device ( DEFECTIVE) and this girl who may or may not be a "lead" denied me the return and told me to go to the target where I bought it from. Target is Target. I don't recall this Target being a franchise. She tried to throw me the "its too late to return this" talk. Of course after she gave me that talk I showed her my receipt from the TARGET APP saying I had until a later date. Clearly she does not know Target's return policy or how the dates work for items. She seemed very confused. If she did not want to help me, she could have told me so. I went to another Target and they returned it with no hassle. I guess she needs to work on her stuff? Who knows. ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS OVERRIDE. The defective electronic CANT go back on the sales floor. At customer service all she had to do was plug in the DPCI, put "defective," get a clear plastic bag and zip tie it and show it in the defective box or whichever bin the charge back tells her to put it in. YES I HAVE WORKED AT TARGET. I could have told her how to do her own job, but that terrible service irritated me. I know some employees do not like returning things because they take it personally. That amount was not going to come out of her paycheck anyway- I hope someone tells her that eventually. I get better customer service from the Dollar Tree. read more

I was SUPER impressed with this Target!! This location is very organized and has a great layout. It's kind of easy to get lost since the store is so big but there are big signs everywhere as well as a bunch of employees wandering around to help you out if you need it. Everything is well organized and displayed in an orderly fashion. I was also blown away by how many items the grocery section had. They even had the poppy seeds that I needed for the muffins I was making! Legit!! They have milk, yogurt, frozen items and fresh fruit! Super awesome. The checkout lady was also very friendly and organized all my items neatly in one bag. *NOTE: Make sure to bring your own bags if you can because they will charge you for them here. This Target is so spacious even their parking lot is. Items are clean and organized here not like the other busy Targets. I usually come here if the west location is out of the item I am looking for. This location does not offer bags so make sure to bring your own. read more

This Target SUCKS! Their parking structure sucks. Their Cashier sucks. The people that shop there SUCKS! I wasted my time trying to come here to return something I bought from another Target. BAD IDEA! I ended up wasting awhole bunch of time trying to find a decent place to park and I ended up parking across the block. Then I had to deal with a Mentally Retarded Cashier, she kept on mumbling and slurring her words as if like she was talking with a mouth piece on. Literally. Worst service ever, I just left. I am a Taget lover, especially of Target (east Pasadena). This Target is always well stocked, and has great selections! Whenever I can't find something at one of the other Targets I come here and find they have it! Then I kick myself for not having come here first! Parking is always ample, even during the holiday season you can park underground and get a spot. read more

This is my new local Target, so I usually come here whenever I need supplies or pet stuff. The parking lot is a nice size with different exits, and it contains a Starbucks. I almost always have to wait in line when I come here, but the returns are almost always pretty quick and painless. Depending on your luck, you might find a random markdown on an item that won't be marked down at a different location. Bring your resuable bags for credit!! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I order ONE item in ONE OBVIOUS color and when I picked up they gave me the wrong ITEM and still waited more than 25 minutes for them to figure out if they had it in stock!!! MANAGER ROBERT does not know what he's doing!!!!!!! He has no answers, doesn't know how to work stock system and yet I HAD TO OFFER TO LOOK FOR the ITEM MYSELF even though I ordered it 8 hrs prior to pick up! They tried giving me a different item and lied to me stating it was the one I had originally ordered. However that was NOT true. So I was LIED TO all 30 mins of waiting. Manager Robert needs to go back to training. HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! read more

Great place for one stop shopping! I appreciate being able to buy everything from food, to electronics, clothing, pet food, to pharmacy items. I also like that they carry a wide choice of any one product, to cater to different budgets. The only reason I knocked off 1 star is because they seemingly never have enough cashiers working and long lines tend to be a usual thing. Otherwise, would definitely recommend! read more

I went to this Target today as their website said they had Lysol spray. They did not. But more importantly, they are not following the mandatory face mask order put out for LA County. A man walked in with his mask in his back pocket but never put it on. He shopped the entire store and no one from the store confronted him. This is specifically for their pick up/ drive up option. I thought my fiancé may have ordered his stuff incorrectly to pick up items.. he kept saying "are you sure it's two hours?" Same answer with "yes" we'll two hours came and went next thing you know it's the morning. Still nothing on being able to pick up an order so we decide to just go to target. As we're browsing around he get the notification his order was ready... mind you this was almost 8 hours later! Second time I'm home w/the kids who are sick and don't want to drag them into a store because spreading sickies is no fun and miserable for them. I ordered stuff I needed for them at 2:57 pm and it is now the next day! I understand they went through a remodel but this is a but ridiculous!! This option is given but if target is not going to have common courtesy to give a phone call order will be damn near an Amazon order at this point w/the wait period this store should just be x the option. read more

I usually shop at the two-story Target, but this location is a nice getaway since there is a lot more parking and not as crazy busy as my usual spot. It was cool to see that this location actually had Optometry services, which is nice if you need to get affordable eye care. The prices aren't any different so you are paying the same amount. They staff is actually really friendly and helpful so that was a nice selling point. I can see myself rotating my Target shopping locations and it's close to Sprouts and Cost Plus! read more

I honestly will drive out out of my way to this Target in Pasadena because I think the one towards Old Town is too packed and bad parking situations. This one has a wide open parking. I tend to get out this location with my shopping needs quickly because there are more than 5 registers going at any time--love it! I just wished I had better luck finding actual sizes for some of their clothes here, but I figured this Target is the go to for lots of people. read more

Somewhere I spend too much time and too much money. And don't regret it...at all. The pharmacists are amazing here. They are so caring and willing to go the extra mile. They explain the Medicines and all health concerns you have. If they don't have the medicine you need in their store they will call surrounding targets and reserve it for you. I trust them with everything, which is saying a Lot since My health is in their hands. 5 stars for the pharmacy alone. Don't even get me started on the clothing. I've been to over 10 targets and this is by far my favorite one. 1 story with very easy parking and parking underground for when its hot. The prices seem to be a bit lower here. The store is always clean and organized which is great. I personally preferred the old layout they had where the food was in the front rather than at the end. The deals on clothes are always great. Not all Targets are created equal. When I lived in Alhambra, I used to drive the extra 20 minutes just go to this location. Reason being - this location is cleaner, staff is more friendly, and there is a larger selection of items. I practically lived in Target during my college days. You can find all the items you need and now they have groceries, so it's pretty much a one-stop shop. I'd love it even more if they had a wider selection of Chinese cuisines, but you can't always get what you want. I'm satisfied. read more

My favorite target around. Since the remodel, the store is nicely laid out and has a nice flow. The grocery selection is nice, and they have pretty good pricing on most items. Most helpful Target staff I've ever run across; and they probably don't even realize the magnitude of how much what they did for me today meant to me. I saw a marquee sign that read "JOY" that warmed my heart and reminded me of a friend that I lost a few years ago right before Xmas. "Joy" was her middle name and so when I saw this beautiful Marquee, I HAD TO HAVE IT. There was something about the the way it was put together that made me think of her name in bright lights like she always deserved but never quite got. Anyway, there were none of this item left in stock (except the display which drew me over there in the first place) in this store even after I came back after a few days after I first saw it hoping they may have gotten more. Rather than make us go out of our way to drive to the other store, Kyle went above and beyond, got Debbie and Andrew involved who then got approval from Diego. They made it happen with the most helpful. attitude. So THANK YOU for bending your policy just this once and making this trip merry, bright, and worth it. This is a good location. Large store, single floor, big isles. Their new return and online order pickup is very nice. Target is always clean and easy to shop at. Service is great. Look for the best deals on the end of the isles next to the walls of the building. There you can score some serious markdowns on everyday items. Park underground for the shade. read more
