Went here for the Pokémon event and it was a complete mess they were very unorganized and had no clue what they were doing

I normally have a pretty smooth, consistent and quick drive up experience. I ordered online for pickup a few days ago. When I got there all of the numbered spaces for pickup were taken so I parked a few stalls down. I waited a while and then overheard an employee talking to two different customers. They both had been given the wrong orders. Whatever was going on caused a huge backup. I do not think it was the employees fault because I heard them say that they had confirmed the order with the number the customers gave them. Slow forward to 37 minutes later. The employee came to me with a bag and asked if it was my order. It was not. He was so apologetic. He immediately went in and retrieved my correct order. In all, I waited about 45 minutes, which is very unusual. I will continue to use the shop online and drive up service as it's convenient and I don't want to go in store. I felt bad for the employees. read more

Hubby and I stopped in since I needed some protection from the sun's rays on our babymoon. I purchased the Packable Straw Floppy Hat Black/White by Shade & Shore & Sunglasses by Wild Fable. I feel very fashionable in my full-coverage hat with big sunnies! I would HIGHLY recommend this nice location and could definitely see a return visit! The deals are endless, not to mention they have a Starbucks! I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade to quench my thirst! Target - Packable Straw Floppy Hat Black/White by Shade & Shore & Sunglasses by Wild Fable~ Fashionable & full-coverage! - Department Stores Near Me - Napa, California

This is by far my favorite Tarjé location! I've been searching for the popular ladies leopard print puffer jacket. After searching more than 20 locations in northern and southern Cali, I found it right here in Napa! WINNER - WINNER! read more

We stopped here on our weekend in Napa. I was pleased to see at the entrance was a set up of sparkling wine bottles from, I forgot the name but I was tempted to buy. I was looking for Napa souvenirs, wine souvenirs with the words Napa on it. Didn't see any. Workers said they don't carry that. I thought it'd be like the Target near Disneyland that sells tons of Disney souvenirs for a fraction of the cost, but look like they came from the park. While here, I also bought some sunglasses since I forgot mine at home. The store was pretty clean. Liked the 2 entrance options. read more

I stood for 15 minutes in the electronics department, pushing the button with no response to get help. I literally had to call the front of the store and tell them that there was no one here. Once I was able to get someone to come and open the case, the color of the headphones that I wanted were not actually available even though it said it was on the website. Reluctant to give even one star. read more

Shopped here yesterday for baby gifts and a bunch of other miscellaneous items - after all our shopping was complete we headed to electronics to pick up a video game and purchase it ! The employee grabbed our game out of the locked case the guy said well you have to pay for it in my Department! I said well I have several other items and he screamed as long as it's under 10 items - he was very rude ! Then I had boxer briefs and he again yelled I can't ring these up back here either cause of the alarm catcher on the briefs - worse service ever !! I use to highly regard target as my go to store but not anymore - this target just sucked and I'll never spend another dime here !!!!! The only I'm giving this place 1 star is because the restroom was clean !!!!!!!! Kindness and professionalism matters !!!!!!!!! read more

I don't think there is much I can say about Target. Either you need stuff so you go there, or you don't. Price wise it's usually reasonable, sometimes great, but occasionally I'll find an item that's noticeably more expensive here. But overall they do have competitive prices on a good selection of product. But the random overpriced product is why I'm deducting a star. It would be nice to be able to shop without feeling the need to shop around for some items. I will say this store has always been fairly clean and well stocked compared to some other stores. Which I appreciate. When I do online pick up orders or the occasional curbside order I always have a great experience. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. read more

This Target needs more people working... 2 checkout stands always open on Sundays, 20+ people in each line it's ridiculous. The worst Target I have ever been too. read more

This Target is overall fine and generally has a good stock of items. However, there has been a couple of times where there are suspicious individuals loitering around the store and will eventually come up and tell you they are short a few dollars and will ask you to spare some money. I fell for this once and didn't have cash so the lady suggested I Apple Pay her. I felt inclined to help her so I sent her $20 or so. Shortly after that I saw her do it to another individual. This was maybe 2 months ago. Yesterday, I was shopping at Target and the same thing happened with a male maybe early 20's. Prior to him asking me for extra money, I saw home roaming the store blasting music at full volume out of his iPhone speaker. I wish Target would kick these people out who clearly aren't shopping and looking to take advantage of people. Both times this happened, neither of them had shopping carts or a basket or an item in their hand for that matter. read more

This target is fine! What I love about it is that they have some items that are harder to find in the more urban Target stores. I used to come here when the hubs and I were on our way to Harbin Hot Springs. But now, I've been here twice because I was in the area and needed to pick something up. And since TJ's and WFM were across the lot, why not? So, I came here to pick up some incidentals - floss, paste, hair creams, etc. and they don't disappoint. read more

I have to say this was one of the cleaner Targets. Some times you enter a target in a new city and it makes you wonder if your car is safe in the parking lot. Even though it was later in the evening during the week the staff was courteous. The shelves were pretty well stocked even with the restocking happening during our visit. If your staying in the area at one of the hotels or inns it is worth the visit for some travel goodies. read more

The team member David who works at the electronics department is so rude and has no zero customer service. Terrible experience asking him a question about an item, I should have asked for somebody instead. Don't go to the electronics department if you plan on buying something at this location rather go somewhere else. read more

Some advice if you want to make a quick trip and be in-and-out as soon as possible: don't go after 8:00 pm. They close the self check out lanes so you are stuck with waiting in line, even if you have a small number of items. It wouldn't be so bad if they had several registers open (if you're an evening shopper, you'll know it can get busy), but they usually only have 2 or 3 registers open: the cashiers are fine, but several of them have absolutely no sense of urgency. In fact, there's a specific male cashier that must have some form of OCD, bagging things with the speed of a snail. To management, PLEASE HAVE A HUDDLE ABOUT SPEEDING UP THE PROCESS!! Or open the self checkout lanes!!!!!! The South Napa Target is so much better. read more

This is my local (I guess closest) Target. It's usually empty -- if I have two people in front of me in line, it's "crowded." They are fast and friendly, I usually find what I need, and I don't hate myself after shopping there (as one does after shopping at Walmart). The least offensive of the big box stores in the neighborhood. Win. read more

I moved to Napa 7 years ago, and have always enjoyed this store. I've been a Target shopper since I was a teenager, and spent my career i retail management for 31 years. The selection of products is fine, there are always staff stocking the shelves etc. The issue is trying to check out. I was first told by the customer service staff member that "we have been told not to open and self checkout lanes until after 10 AM. I was there today at 10:30, and the self check lanes were blocked off. There were 2 cashiers and at least 15-20 customers trying to buy their products. When you have 5 items, and have to wait in a huge line to buy them, it comes to a point that you don't want to shop there anymore. I have called the customer service line in MN twice to complain, but nothing changes. At this point, I plan to shop elsewhere (which is hard to do in Napa, CA) but the level of customer service is just too poor. When you open your doors for business, you should have plenty of registers open so that people can get in and out quickly. Otherwise you might as well have a museum. Look, but don't buy. read more

When I enter this store I'm instantly annoyed. The awful music is always playing too loud, the shelves are empty on many aisles. Employees ask if you've found everything you need and my answer is always no. They have completely ignored the plastic bag ban in Napa. I've complained many times but the management doesn't care. Today I brought in my own bags and cashier didn't offer to bag anything even though no one was waiting behind me. All around this store is a loser. I shop elsewhere when I can and my trips to Target, thankfully, are few. read more

I went to go pick up my COMPLETED order for drive up, and noticed there was an item missing , I let the employee know which item I was missing he very rudely replied that that item was still processing arguing with me that it had been placed with a second order and wasn't ready yet basically walking off! I looked up my order and showed davis that it was placed all together and it stated on the app it had been completed and that was why I had gone to pick everything up at once! Very impolitely manner looked up my order (while still arguing that it was still being proces) and noticed that I was missing an item and that my order was COMPLETE! Of course then the attitude changed! read more

Love this target location. My boyfriend and I came to grab a few things on our way home from dinner and found everything we needed fairly quickly. The layout of the store is different from what we're used to but still found what we needed luckily. We were in and out in 15 minutes and even found a gift we've been looking for to buy for Christmas. The employees were really nice and as we were heading to check out an employee opened the small checkout line that is typically for 5 items and under and we had slightly more than 5 but he was willing to check us out anyway. As we walked out we both agreed that we liked this layout because it has everything we need in a small layout. If ever we are in the area again we'll be back to grab some goodies. read more

Friday evening with little foot traffic. Hardly any customers in sight. Simply perfect and much enjoyable especially during the holidays. By chance we've found some decent clothing for our dogs. Previously was not a fan on target pet clothing, but they turned out to be a perfect fit. Dogs seem to like it so I'm happy. I now open minded on their selections. In addition, we've picked up some home necessities as we normally do at Target. At checkout we've found an error on pricing. Our cashier took several tries to correct the matter as she admittedly confessed she was still in training. Her efforts in correcting the issue was very much appreciated. Their inventory team failed to update their system as she wasn't to blame. Great place for some general shopping. read more

I LOVE Target with all my heart and soul, but this target is not like another other Target I have experienced. The layout is extremely hard to get used to! It's like a maze. I was trying to look for beach sandals... normal Targets would have them, but THIS target DOES NOT CARRY ANY SHOES. What kind of Target does not carry shoes? They also did not have any umbrellas when I went. The GOOD things about this Target was that the customer service is great. Everyone is trying to help you look for things (since it's so darn complicated to find!). The location is also really great- close to Whole Foods and other big stores. read more

Horrible horrible service , we paid for an order online, they had 1 left of an item , so we paid to pick it up. When we got there they said it was defective and they couldn't sell it . This Target location seemed small compared to a lot of the Targets I've been to. Since it's smaller, there weren't many check-out lanes, which made me a bit weary of the possible long waits, but thankful that wasn't an issue (at least this time that I went). Despite the size, it had everything I needed at a reasonable price. The store was well organized, so I could find what I needed quickly and get the hell out of there. I'll visit this Target location again, whenever I'm in the area. I almost forgot to mention, the Bay Area (and Davis apparently) has a plastic bag/paper bag policy, which means you have to purchase a plastic or paper bag(s) for your items at the check-out. You can also bring your own bag or just hand/cart carry your items to your car. read more

This Target tends to be slightly cleaner&more stocked than the one in South Napa. They have a smaller Starbucks, they even have a snack bar (of sorts) Their Starbucks cafe is slightly more comfortable- and unlike the one in South Napa- they're not directly across a parking lot from another Starbucks. I go to this one for sales, and again, they tend to do better with keeping items in stock, like Califia Farms vegan coffees, vegetarian/vegan meals out of Moss Landing, coffee in general, household necessities, skin care. I was able to get a dozen eggs for a dollar... a very reasonable price. They've been moving things around like magazines, so their new layout is confusing. They had to do some extensive renovations after the August 2014 quake. More recently, they're providing space for emergency services in their parking lot after the wildfires. Community outreach. This is usually the nicer Target. On point. read more
