I always stop by this consignment store whenever I'm in the area--it's one of those places where you never know what you might find, and that's what makes it so fun! They always have a great variety of shoes, dresses, shirts, purses, and accessories in all sizes. You can tell people love consigning here because there's always something new and interesting on the racks. It sounds like if you're a local, you can get a card that keeps track of your store credit from consigning, which seems like such a fun and smart system. The store itself isn't overly crowded, which makes browsing really enjoyable and relaxing. The only small suggestion I'd have is to maybe reorganize the jewelry section near the front--sometimes it gets a little jammed with people coming in and out, so it'd be nice if there was a bit more flow there. This consignment shop has been around for quite some time and I remember strolling by this place 20 years ago. Considering the length of the building, I actually expected shop to be much larger inside than it is. This place is smaller than your average convenience store. More than half of the store is given over to women's clothing with just one small corner given over to men's. There's also some books, furniture, glassware, knickknacks, and shoes. You find the newest clothing arrivals outside the front door along with the clearance items. They do have a discount system that works here along with a 50% off section inside. It seemed like a lot of the clothing was a little pricey, but once you start deducting some of the sale pricing, it starts to make more sense. 10 Informative photos included. read more

I consigned two beautiful outfits at Lolo's and purchased a lovely green glass vase from the owner, an older blonde woman, who was very brusque and talking really, really fast. After I completed these transactions, my friend and I drive over to Healdsburg and went to lunch. When it was time to pay the bill, I realized the woman at Lolo's had not returned my credit card to me. (Fortunately I had another credit card plus cash.) I immediately called Lolo's and was told she had left for the day. I called my bank and cancelled my card so nothing could be charged on it. Although I had left my number, she never called me back, which I find strange. As instructed by the owner I called back 3 months later to find out if my items sold.. She was just as rude and impatient on the phone as she was in person three months earlier. She told me the items, which were beautiful, expensive and definitely several cuts above her typical merchandise, had not sold. She knew I live in Oregon but she asked, "Are you going to come get them?" Her manner of communicating did NOT give me confidence in her integrity. I am aware that some consignment shops in California now have scams going on where they take an owners beautiful clothes and tell the owners later that they didn't sell but keep the clothes, especially designer clothes. I have no idea if that is the case with Lolo's but I know that, on my biannual trips to California, I will not be shopping or consigning with them again. read more

Kristine and her staff are a kind and very accommodating team. I have been a long time customer as a buyer and consignor. This review is long overdue. As a buyer: I commend them for having a great eye for curating their merchandise, and as a seller : my experience with them is 5*, they are very honest and fair in their pricing and commissions. Today, my husband and I came an hour earlier than their opening time and we were prepared to leave and just come back if they could not accommodate me and my summer consignment but Kristine personally opened the door and accepted my consignment an hour before they opened. It saved me so much time and as always, we have good conversation and lots of laughter. I love Lolo's, they are the epitome of sustainability in fashion & home accessories. We decided to stop by with my family after taking family pictures. My sisters and I were by the rings thinking it would be fun to buy matching rings, but an older blonde women rushed over to the counter demanding the girl at the front keep checking the cameras. She noticed me looking and decided to "restock the glasses". If you're that concerned about $10 rings because you've been experiencing theft, keep them by the counter. And please, be more discreet if you don't want to keep deterring customers. I felt incredibly uncomfortable and couldn't help but feel targeted and upset by this encounter. The group of young looking latinas were watched in a room full of customers. I see one other review with the same issue. Rather unfortunate to see some demographics are targeted and cannot shop here comfortably. Sad to see this prejudice behavior is still alive and well in 2023... read more

I went in there today with my friends, mind you we are students who come to study in town to get away from campus and into a nice environment. The moment i felt uncomfortable was because the older lady said "check the cameras." We were just minding our business trying to shop and enjoy a bit of free time. The whole time we were there we were being STARRED down by all of them. The one with longer hair/blond and skinny girl was the main one who would stare. She starred at me like a blank stare and said nothing. That made me very uncomfortable and decided that I was no longer going to be a returning customer. To the manager, get better customer service or teach your employees to be welcoming to everyone. read more

Took a little trip to beautiful St. Helena and stumbled upon this adorable consignment shop. The store was extremely clean and welcoming. Was greeted by Chloe as I came in. She was so kind and helpful. All of the items are at a very reasonable price!!!! It's really nice to find a place with high end items for such an affordable price. The staff was all extremely kind and warm. I asked the staff who was helping me (Chloe) where she got her super cute mask and they actually sell them there!!! Amongst fancy farm-style antiques and overpriced kitchen ware, Lolo's sticks out like a breath of fresh air into an old wine. Yes, I love a good metaphor almost as much as I love Lolo's. Like any consignment store, it's only as good as its current donations. What makes it so unique is the amount of designer names and quality merchandise that they happen to have on their oh so organized racks. Just a few items I saw but didn't purchase: Italian dinner ware, 7 jeans, an antique Chinese water jar, and a darling jacket that the woman next to me got to first. Love love love--what a fantastic place with carefully curated stuff, not just clothing, but also cutlery and china, sculptures, and furniture, , e.g. we saw some beautiful leather tooled bar stools--a set of them, and though we did not have the use for them, they'll make a handsome home for someone one day :-) Racks and racks of beautiful things, and what I especially appreciated is that much of the stuff was organized by size, which aids in organizing a hunt like nothing else. I came away with: a designer like cotton toffee sweatshirt, which though too big, because it's cotton, I'll be able to shrink; a Zara mock neck plaid midi dress/sheath, which shockingly fit, though it was a size M, and a Tahari brand new with label still on reversible Plaid scarf--in black/white/yellow striped houndstooth reversing to burgundy and navy against a camel background. The shop is easy to maneuver around with a super chill woman at the counter, not bothering us with any sales tactics. They also had a small try on dressing room with a privacy curtain, making it a breeze to try stuff on, and if ithat weren't enough, they also have two full length mirrors. Btw., they also have a small selection of things for men which contrasted to the women's section, is meager though full of quality things, e.g. a blazer from Banana Republic. The prices are amazing, e.g. I got all three aforementioned pieces for under $50. Can't beat that :-) read more

I hit the jackpot shopping at Lolo's this visit. I went in to find an inexpensive flapper dress for an upcoming costume party. I found a perfect choice from H&M within two minutes of walking in the door. Also got a barely worn pair of Lauren shoes, a DVF dress, a BCBG dress, a hot leopard number that fits like a forgiving glove, a maxi dress perfect for summer, and a few accessories, all for a song. I could have bought another four or five dresses from J Crew, Ann Taylor and others but had my luggage to think of. There was also an amazing little pair of Tod's but they were a tiny bit too big. I don't think it gets much better than consignment in Napa! I'll never come to here again without hitting this litte gem. read more

Loved all of the clothes in there and I got lucky...I found my first pair of maternity jeans for $7! Gap brand! What a great find! They have TONS of shoes that are designer brand that are super cute and fun. Check it out if you are in the area. It's located on a main street with lots of fun and local shops to check out. The clerk behind the counter did not wear a mask while she was busy with items there. I kindly asked her to put it on and she said,"I don't have to, you are 6 feet away". The virus spreads farther than 6 feet away that is why masks are mandated. She was rude and argumentative. The manager came and heaped abuse on me and shortly after I left the premises. So excited that I found a pair of Citizens jeans in my size! And for $40! There's a lot of stuff you have to weed through to find the goodies (too much stuff for one little store!) but if you can manage to find something it's always reasonably priced. Minus one for being disorganized/mislabeled tags (ex. they had labeled size 27 jeans as size 7....a size 27 is more like a size 0...waaaay off). Minus one for too much stuff/crowded...if they were more selective it would be easier to find things and I wouldn't feel cramped walking around.
