I highly recommend that you, at least, make a cameo appearance on Tuesday's so you can pick up a few bargains and help your fellow man at the same time. I've been to this store twice, I visited from Vegas. I felt uncomfortable by the way the employees and some of the Hispanic customers were treated by the owner. At first I thought that she's a bit older and maybe tired. She was hovering all over this girl at the buying stand and bossing people around in an uncomfortable way. Her attitude was unprofessional and hence that she hasn't said anything to me the way she was treating others made me leave the store. .... In response to Kristine, the owner of this store. I am new to Yelp and I did not see your private message. You asked me when I went into the store, that was a few weeks before I posted the review. I don't remember the exact day. I wasn't going to leave a review but after thinking about it and seeing how you were treating your employees and costumers I decided to do so. I think it's sad that you find my review and my personal experience at your store "laughable." I also don't appreciate that you think that I visited another store. I visited your store in Saint Helena California and that's the store that I'm talking about. I even used your bathroom. I can describe it for you if you want. Let me know if you need a description! Also, I know that you have Hispanic employees and that's why I don't understand why you treat your Hispanic customers badly. I am willing to revisit your store and get in contact with your Hispanic customers if you keep denying the way you treated them during my visit. I do work here, but I started as a shopper, then a consigner and finally an employee. Kristine is an amazing business owner treating her staff, customers and consigners with much love and respect. Lolo's is picky on what we take so that shoppers aren't faced with having to weed through the items. Lolo's has amazing prices with items priced at 1/4 - 1/3 of retail value! read more
