They have a mens section - a rarity in consignment stores, The sales people and owner are very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the drive. Hit the wineries then hit Lolo. read more

Love this store! I managed to find designer shoes in my size (11!) and clothes that fit perfectly. Staff were friendly, non-intrusive and interactive with all of the customers (older, ethnic, chic, they ran the gamut) and didn't bother me while I was walking around with my pile of loot. They had really great prices, too, which was a wonderful deal, too. I will make the trip back here just to wander through this store. Looking forward to my next awesome find! read more

My business places me up in St Helena fairly routinely and two of my favorite things to do are lunch at Villa Corona and a browse through Lolo's. I've found lovely little curios, some fantastic books, and a few designer tops and blouses. Merchandise (because it's wonderful) turns over frequently, so there is always something new to see. I also love their discount card, 20% off clothing and 10% off everything else on your 5th and 10th purchase! I've always been a big supporter of second hand and vintage stores and Lolo's consignment is one of my favorite places to shop! Almost everyday there is at least one treasure I've found at Lolo's that I'm wearing. I've been consigning and shopping here for years and there is just no other store like it. An affordable store on Main Street in St. Helena with good finds such as White House Black Market and Rebecca Taylor. A consignment store that doesn't smell like one. Nice selection of athletic, shoes, home goods, jewelry & clothing considering a smaller size store. Customer service is one star - after coming out the dressing room & being asked if the clothing I left in there didn't work & saying no but these did while standing at the register, it seemed like 5 minutes of waiting while she stood there folding clothes. No smile, polite talk, a glance of me up & down, no acknowledgement of my comment of the great prices, & no thank you or good bye. Wish stores would teach customer service - you don't have to kiss ass but geez be appreciative that I took time to come in, browse & purchase. Business can & will choose to go elsewhere. Besides it's just the basic kindness to at least say hello being the purchasing customer is keeping you employed. read more

I hesitate to add to the raves about Lolo's because I want it all to myself. That said, I've been shopping at this great consignment store for over 15 years and hate shopping anywhere else. With all of the news of exploitation of workers, child labor and unsafe work conditions, I am making an effort to purchase more "recycled" clothing. I used to love shopping in consignment shops back in high school so I am hoping to make it a habit again. I've browsed through the store a few times before but have never purchased anything. But today I came specifically to shop for a dressy jacket or cover up for my cocktail dress. The shop is small but offers a little bit of everything. The small space is a bit packed with items.They have options ranging from inexpensive to high end designer items. I did not find what I was looking for but did find a pair of really cute Guess jeans for only $20. I also found a pair of ear rings and a hair clip - both for a total of just $18. They will be perfect for the Napa Valley Film Festival events I'm attending next week. The staff did not acknowledge me when I came into the store and didn't offer any help but were helpful when I asked them a question. We ended up discussing some items that I would like to consign and we chatted for a bit. They get new items every day so I plan to visit often. When I left the store, I remembered to check-in on Yelp and they offer not only a free reusable shopping bag but a discount too. I went back in and got my bag and also got an $8 refund. I LOVE this place!! I went today because I went wine tasting and my shoes were KILLING me (new high heeled boots) and I zoomed in there for a pair of shoes. The girl was soooo helpful, bringing me straight to the black shoes and helping me find just the right pair for my aching feet.
