The store itself isn't overly crowded, which makes browsing really enjoyable and relaxing. The only small suggestion I'd have is to maybe reorganize the jewelry section near the front--sometimes it gets a little jammed with people coming in and out, so it'd be nice if there was a bit more flow there. Thrift stores are about community and reuse, not ideological purity tests. The Ark is clean, welcoming, and packed with affordable goodies--who cares if the chit-chat behind the counter doesn't match your specific worldview?
