This is my target, this has been my target for years. I thought targets were all pretty much the same. They are not and thus I'm finally writing a review for a place Ive gone to probably 3 times a week for the last 5 or 6 years. We had to stop last minute at the target on spring mountain and rainbow last night. No one wanted to help me, my questions were answered with "i don't know" and immediately the associate went back to doing what they were doing before. At this target everyone is so helpful, taking time to walk you to a different area rather that saying "its in aisle 15", asking if thats when you were looking for, and smiling, always happy to help. The shelves are pretty well stocked, aside from that whole lilly pulitzer thing that happened and like back to school and whatnot. But you know what I really appreciate after my venture to the target from hell? How clean the floors are. Ive never seen someone going through with this tennis ball scuff eraser contraptions, but holy hell if the target from hell didn't look like every asshole kid walked through intentionally trying to mark up the floor and no one had cleaned for months! What the fuck is wrong with the people that work here? Holy hell they're always in a bad mood and now I'm in a bad mood. Im in the check out line and he drops an oxo pop container that I was buying and it breaks on the ground. He takes it and doesn't say a word. I look at him and ask, "can I get another one?" And you can just tell it's a huge inconvenience for him. I tell him to forget it. Then, I go use the bathroom and I'm in mid-pee when I hear, "you can't be in here." What? He repeats what he said. I just love Target ... this one's clean and organized. Not only is it in the neighborhood, its just another place i can chill and walk around at. Must i say but their $1 area is the way to go ... This target is so close to my job. I absolutely love the location cause it makes it so easy to shop on my lunch break. My only issues is my daughter is a 3T and they never have the outfits I like in her size. It's like all the mom's in this area have 2 to 3 year olds and shop at the same target. They have awesome savings and I will continue to shop on my lunch break. read more

This location is okay. It's usually pretty clean and the staff are friendly. They have a large selection of things to choose from and the prices are decent. I would have given it more stars except for every single time I try to find an employee to help me find something they are nowhere to be seen. Then as soon as I find it, it seems like there's 13 employees around me waiting to help. read more

Some people might laugh at the thought of buying groceries from Target but their prices are cheaper than Smith's, Albertson's and other area stores. That makes this place my go to spot when I need canned veggies, chips, bread, etc. Plus the store is clean and organized and I've never had a bad customer service experience. Worst customer device ever! The "manager" (I use the term lightly), Vanessa was so snotty and RUDE, I had to ask for HER manager!!! I shop here about 2-3X a week. Not that it should matter, whether I go once a year or once a day. I came in on Wednesday and forgot my red card (it saves you 5% on every purchase). I asked the cashier if she could look it up, she said no, just come back with my receipt. I said no problem. On Friday afternoon, I went back with my receipt and red card. The first CS girl, Anna, said she would see if it would work. She said you have to come back the next day. She moved to the side to speak with the SNOTTY Vanessa (such a shame we share the same name). Vanessa then came over to RUDELY tell me that it needs to be done the SAME DAY! I got very upset as I was told THREE different answers from the staff. The cashier who made NO mention of a time frame, Anna who said the next day, and stupid snotface who said the same day. Vanessa's "offer" to help was to RE-CHARGE me for the ENTIRE order, then return it. WHAAAAT? That is so completely ridiculous!! All for $4!!! Finally, Jeff the REAL manager came over, and he said there was nothing they could do, HOWEVER, he gave me a couple of $3 coupons for use in the future. It was a nice gesture, and I accepted. I told him snotface needs to learn to be a better manager and learn customer service. She said she didn't feel as though she was snotty. Man, if that WASN'T snotty, Id hate to see her snotty. It wont stop me from going here, they have the stuff I need and want, but it certainly soured me towards Target. I've never had such a hassle before from them. The one star I am giving is based SOLEY on this experience. Usually, I would give it a 3 star, A-OK, no, maybe a 4 star because generally, I am a fan. But UGH, me thinks NOT after Fridays debacle. read more

Can't say anything bad about Target. Great prices, similar to Walmart, you might pay a few more dollars for things but its worth it. Target is clean, not as busy and lines arent out the door! This target is great except for the management. Specifically London. Every time I go in this location he is yelling at employees or customers where everyone else can hear and it's obvious he wants to be heard by everyone. Clearly he is too inexperienced to be in management and I feel SO bad for the poor employees that have to put up with this sad excuse of a "manager" every shift. read more

Reasons why I love this Target: - it's a Target Greatland, so you literally have everything you could possibly need in one place - they just finished the remodel a few months back and everything looks so organized and (at least to me) the aisles are much bigger - their $1 section is always full of awesome random items (how could you say no to $1?!) - everything is stocked! In some of the other locations I've been to, shelves aren't always stocked and some spots are even empty - Target clearance items always get me!!!! The juniors/women's section usually has some amazing deals...even shoes too!! - parking is never an issue - the store is never crazy busy - the location is amazing and all the shops around it are also pretty amazing - I have the Target debit card, and as many times as I've gone, I've definitely saved up quite a bit this year alone ($45 based on my receipt from today's purchase). - when you really want a movie on DVD, you can usually find it at a decent price - the Target app is amazing...and there's free wi-fi in the store! I know we've all become victims of Target...where we come in for toothpaste and we leave with $100 worth of stuff...and no toothpaste. I've become so much better over the years and find myself leaving with the things I need more often than not (but of course, I'll slip in a few random things here and there). read more

My 3rd time coming to this target. Bathrooms are always gross. I have a toddler and she cleans up after the bathroom better than what it looks like here. I get it's the customers coming in and throwing paper towels around because, the trash is full, and water was left running, all stalls had dirty tissue paper on the floor and dirty seats. This Target management team are too young to be as Manager. They don't know what they are doing. They don't know how their facial expressions and body languages are when they are in front of customer. They are too proud of their titles as Manager in store without knowing why is so important of customer service to people who shop at this location. Of course, when employees have manager like that, they won't treat customer fairly and friendly as well. Example will be their management team where they learning the skills from. read more

I had the best experience with Jane! I came in today for a few things and am always in a rush. They pharmacy paged her and she opened up the locked toothbrushes in record time. Additionally she recommended some facial masks. She then checked me out and I was swiftly on my way. Jane had the sweetest disposition and was knowledgeable in her company's products. I was so delighted with her I opened up a Target card and want to continue shopping here! Awesome experience and totally brightened my day. :) read more

This place is great. I was given a five dollar gift card on a special purchase. The next time I went in, I brought the gift card to use but it didn't work! The store employee wound up giving me a new gift card just off my word. This is how companies need to do business. They didn't have to do that but because they did, I will definitely be returning. read more

Was very disappointed with how un-structured this company is regarding there inventory. I've been trying to track down a certain toy for my daughter for Christmas. Every morning since the 9th I've gone to tis location and nothing. Unfortunately I kept getting the run around about there delivery dates and there being no waiting list until I finally came across an employee who did mention let me put you on our call list when the item comes in. By that time there was so many people ahead of me my chances were far from good. The only response I got from the employees were. Here's the number of other locations to call my self to check if they have the item. Finally a manager was called and I unfortunately got NO were. I've always loved this target but today I probably won't comeback. I was with my friend and her uncle and we did self checkout and my friend asked "is this $3 for $6?" And she gave attitude and said "I don't know scan it" and than she continued to check out with no problem and Gina was her name the employee. She came up to us and said "I was instructed to check if you scanned the shirts" even though we said yes and literally SHOWED her on the screen and still said "wait" and went back and fourth looking so unprofessional and rude not believing and than when she saw that we did said "ok". And walked off like nothing was wrong. I felt very disrespected because she only did that to us and no other customers which was very rude. read more

This is one of the nicer Target stores in Las Vegas, lacks store services though as there is only a Pharmacy here. Overall, for a older Target Greatland, this store looks as if it just opened yesterday still. It is always super slow here too, so if you like to shop in peace, you've found your match! read more

This is our favorite Target store. We've been to many in Las Vegas, as I am a total Target addict. We can spend hours shopping here. When it's time for check out there is hardly ever a wait because they will open up the lines when they see more than 3 people waiting. One of the better Targets in town. It's really spacious & I've never encountered lines here. I love going to Target in general, but this one's usually a really pleasant experience. I love Target. I am a frequent shopper at this location because it's the closest to my house, it's clean, and has a variety of things to choose from. Until today, I personally have never had a bad experience here. My husband has complained in the past of being followed around by what seemed to be store security, but that wasn't something that I ever noticed until today. It sure ruins the shopping experience when you are obviously being watched by someone who isn't even shopping, and then that person attempts to talk to you, inquiring where you bought your shoes. (How obvious after I was just in the shoe department trying some on, and the shoes I was wearing were bought there months ago.) I love Target, and I understand the need for strict security, but today's experience was ridiculous. read more

I have been shopping at Targets in Southern California and Las Vegas areas for 30+ years. I normally really like them all. For the first time, well this is actually the second time in two weeks that I have over heard a team meeting. Now it's been late in the evening both times, within an hour or so of closing. For instance tonight it was @ 9:45 pm or so, and this particular manager or whatever her title, was speaking so load and so rudely to her staff I was disgusted! She was belittling her staff. I was so uncomfortable and mad at the same time. I want to know who allows this. It's bad enough these minimum wage workers have to listen to her put them down but to do in front of the customers is appalling. I will not be back to this Target. I will go to the Boca Park location from now on. SHE needs to be demoted. She sounded like a commander. read more

I love this target. Great service. I rarely wait in line and the check out always runs smoothly. I can find everything I'm looking for. I don't have to search for new isles because they isles stay the same. They always take my coupons. If you go onto the target website there are additional coupons. The only things I would change. The plus size clothing is only a very small section compared to the smaller clothing. The target milk tastes really weird. And they don't have produce like some of the other targets I've been to in California. read more

Target is ok. They definitely have stuff that WalMart doesn't have that's for sure. But they can be pricey on a lot of stuff that WalMart does have. I only goto Target for very few things. This particular location though is frequently empty of people, no music and you can practically hear a pin drop across the store. They need to liven it up a bit. This whole shopping plaza is fairly empty. It's a very clean store though and I do like coming here from time to time but like I said, I only come for a few select things otherwise Walmart pretty much has what I need for a better price. read more

Wow. I never thought I would rate target one star. And this is sooooo generous. It's Black Friday. All I wanted was a new iPhone. After being told at another target that they don't have the phone I wanted, I had the terrible idea to come to this store. I was assured by TWO employees that they had TONS of iPhones. I asked about the specific one I wanted. Yup. TONS. I was so relieved. I left with my name on a list and a digital waiting room. Cool. Easy. That was 9 am. 3 pm rolls around and I make my way back to the store. I get my text that I am at the front of the line. I couldn't believe how easy this was. I was so happy. Then. The other shoe drops. They don't have the phone that they had TONS of this morning. That my place in line didn't hold the phone I wanted even though they took down my info and the phone I wanted. That wasn't kept. Or recorded. Or needed. Because they don't hold them. Even after I was ASSURED that my phone would be there. Nope. It wasn't. That was after 4 pm. I wasted 7 hours of my day waiting around. Wasn't offered anything. Just a half-assed sorry from a manager who wouldn't barely get up and look me in the eye. Just kept doing his inventory. Because what they don't tell you is that the customer didn't matter on the biggest shopping day of the year. The day I had been waiting for for months. This was to be my second Black Friday phone purchase at target. Now, I will never purchase a phone from target again. I lost all the promotions they were promising. I feel so terrible fo anyone in line after me. They have no chance unless they want a smaller phone. Or one in a color they don't want. It may sound petty. But when spending $1250 I want to get what I want. But they didn't seem to care at all. Oh well. Lost another customer. read more

The store Manager is rude and has very little professionalism. I made a purchase in the early morning only to come back a few hours later and he would honor the same price. I would completely understand if it was a different day or the promotion was off but he just wanted to be a jerk. He's completely incapable of running his store and he needs to trained again on customer service and support. He even sat there as his associate was rude, unprofessional and discriminated against me. I will be filing a formal corporate complaint. This retail world here in Las Vegas is very small and if I ever see any one of them I would make sure they never work for my company with that behavior. read more

I've read some very negative reviews of this location regarding how young the management staffs are. I personally have no problem with age except when they have no clue how to take care of problem. Apparently they only care about themselves, not customers. My wife & I have never been disrespected & insulted as much as we were yesterday by an employee of this Target. Yes, at this location. I'll call the employee 'Miss B', a young Afro-American female at early 20's or maybe late teens. I'm just trying to give as much description as possible cuz she took her name tag off to hide her identity as this is happening. The supervisor (young male) comes over & hides Miss B in a room by Customer Service after Miss B asked him to get me out of the store? Really? She's asking her supervisor to move customers out of the store? All the supervisor did was trying to lie to me when the store manager showed up. Now the supervisor runs away cuz I caught him lying thru his teeth. As I'm talking to the manager named Kyle, another customer who heard what/how Miss B talked to us passed by and said "she (Miss B) was pretty nasty to these people". Of course Kyle doesn't give shit about this witness. Now This so called store manager (Kyle) refuses to give me her name when I told them I wanted to file official complaint. Everyone is wearing nametags!! After I talked to Kyle, I still hear Miss B talking shit with another woman about me ? Wow, Kyle, who claimed to be the store manager simply gave me a number to call to file a complaint. This store is a Perfect example of how incompetent manager produces incompetent employee. One after the other just lying thru their teeth to cover their own shits. How do I give negative stars? Damm !!! No one deserves to be treated this way when they come here to spend their money.
