Since moving to Las Vegas, I think I appreciate Target even more! When I lived in SF, Target was always an ordeal, no matter which one you went, you were fighting carts, and families just to get to the next aisle. But in Las vegas, oh no....you get space, big open isles, friendly helpful staff. It makes shopping at Target a true pleasure. read more

They recently remodeled this location to add a produce section and redid the shelving. It is so bright and shiny in there now! A little too bright, but oh well. They seem to have added quite a bit more to the womens clothing area, and I was in love with so many of the dresses! I love Target, I want to live in Target. read more

This store is huge! Super clean, easy to navigate and the associates are really helpful. The grocery section is so large and priced affordably. There is a nice cafe located at the front of the store along with a pharmacy. The newer shopping carts are great and very lightweight, making them really easy to maneuver. If you live near this store, I would highly recommend shopping here. read more

I love this target so much but I think they could do better with race relations. I noticed when I first started coming here i was treated normally and it feels like as I have increased my visits with my two small children I always feel a presence around us as we shop. Yesterday we parked next to a guy and his wife who carried in an American flag , then posted up at the front of the store where the makeup usually is to make sure they were visible to us. and as we left there they were again "leaving" at the same time. Loading the car and everything while my son threw a huge tantrum.to add insult to injury I had also noticed they had sat there the entirety of me doing my half black daughters hair and half-dressing my son (who has a learning disability) so it was like 20 mins before we even got out of the car. But they were in their car that whole time and then made it to the store before us. I also got cut in line by an older Caucasian lady for no reason in customer service and the associate just let her do it, and then as we were shopping (which I have noticed the past few times )there was an employee who appeared to be sent over to watch us as we shopped for toys. Now if this is normal behavior, why didn't they do it at first? It seems like it has to do with race and is the same reason I stopped going to the blue diamond location, but I like this one too much. I just want to feel like everybody else when I shop and I think their employees are pretty good about it for the most part but are just following orders. We shop in person and on line allllll the time so please understand we do not need to shoplift your location to buy toys or food for our kids!! Target is definitely my go to store for just about everything. They're clean (this one is), affordable, good quality, no long lines, easy return/exchange, convenient parking and location, and great customer service! I've also been going to the pharmacy and I love their $4.00 prescription program. Whether or not you have insurance they will still give it you for $4.00 as long as its in that list. Their pharmacist and pharmacy tech are really nice, not like other pharmacies. read more

I am hoping that someone in higher up can get an employee recognized for going above and beyond. My 2 girls asked for Magic Mixies from Santa, and for the last couple of months I have been keeping an eye on any retailers that might have it back in stock besides 3rd party vendors who sell them for 4x as much. Finally, I received a notification at 4 am from Target that this location received limited quantities. I know how popular they are, by 7:30 am my 4 y/o and I were waiting in front of the store. But I had a slight problem, I didn't know how I can put them in the cart, pay for it, without her figuring out that Santa is mommy and daddy. Then, an employee opened the door to let some of the employees waiting outside in. I asked if he can check if they were in stock and explained to him that I have my daughter with me. Without hesitation, he said "I got you! Just go to guest services when the store opens." A few minutes later, I have 2 Magic Mixies waiting for me at guest services, double bagged and ready to be checked out. Clean, organized, and easy to navigate are all adjectives to describe this location. A Target is a Target is a Target until you get to how often it is frequented. This location seems to be less popular than others and has a large staff. Was able to return some items in minutes, do some shopping, and was out in lightning speeds. I like the dollar items aisle for picking up some useful essentials and holiday goodies. read more

LOVE this target (greatland). It is extremely clean, organized, and it is so so easy to find things at this location. The people here are friendly. Another plus to this location is that it doesn't seem as busy as some of the other locations. In the same shopping center, there are also a lot of other stores and restaurants to shop at. read more

Never had any issue at this target location until yesterday I'm still traumatized.. I was with my 10 year old shopping he spotted a cool Super Mario water bottle.. as I opened it I was officially traumatized.. notified a manager he apologized.. who would do such a disgusting thing?!!! My insurance didn't cover it and the girl helped me out by finding a way to get it cheaper through good RX. She was just exceptionally friendly and sweet. Management is a bunch of snobs. Don't even try using any type of coupons there because they'll just restrict you even though you are completely within guidelines, and they'll interpret the coupon restriction as they see fit. Took my business to a different location and had no problem. I would avoid this store if you like to shop savvy. read more

This is my happy place. I've never had a problem here. I could walk in having a bad day and the employees' great attitudes will always make me happier. Cartwheel app is great to have too. My local target is cool, so unfortunate one of their LP guys acts like he's a lvmpd unfortunate that I can't remember his name. The store is clean and the items weren't hard to find. Only issue I saw was not enough employees around to help locate items that were not specified on signs. Also the prices aren't as competitive as other store like same club, cost co, cvs, and a few others as far as certain products. For a great example a kurig at Sears is 140 target 130 and Sams club is 100. Same with diapers and wipes. The red card works on certain products and I hardly saved here as they claim I would. read more

This is by far one of the better Target stores in the Vegas area. It is always clean, neat, organized and well stocked. This location usually has lots of employees working the registers so you rarely have to wait, even if the parking lot looks full (and it is always packed), you can get in and out quickly. read more

The location is perfect because I can make it be on my way home from work. If I need something random like sunblock or cream of mushroom soup then Target is where I'd prefer to go. It's not as crowded as Walmart and not boring like a grocery store. Plus they have cute clothes here! They also have good deals on things like foundation brushes. In other stores I've seen them for $12.99 but I found one here for $1.99. I also found $3.99 fake lashes for Halloween. That beats spending $9.99 for them at the costume store. I like the fact that after shopping I can go get a snack in the store. I love their personal pan pizza/ bread sticks deal . The icing on the cake is that they do have blue Slurpees! read more

I came here to return the second hairdryer I bought which almost blew my head off. Originally I bought both of them at the Boca Target, but I was in the neighborhood, soo... This is a terrific store. Target has recently been making inroads on Wally by lowering their prices, especially on groceries. But not on things like hairdryers. In-between purchasing and returning dryer #2, I checked out Wally's selection, and they were cheaper on every one that they stocked in common - except if Target had it on sale. Still, there's no comparison between shopping at any Target and even the nicest of the Walmarts in Vegas. Target wins for its big aisles, bright lights, carts that roll straight, and employees who speak English. Regrettably, I ended up buying Dryer #3 at Wally's. There's just something about this particular target. If your option is between this location and the Boca Park location - I would definitely pick this one. The aisles are wide and bright, the employees are helpful, and it has a large selection of items in varying departments. I always have an enjoyable shopping experience when I come here. The only things that are lacking are a PFresh area and sometimes cashiers - but truth be told, I'd rather wait an extra couple minutes than have to subject myself to a Walmart. read more

The employees need to be aware of what the deal of the week is. There was a sign that said "extra 20% off clearance clothing. Discount applied at checkout." I went to self check out and the employee argued that it was a cartwheel offer. After I explained to her what the sign said above the aisles, she still insisted the deal was on cartwheel even though she couldn't find it on her app. She told us to go to a register. Again, I explained the situation to the cashier Sonya and after she run everything up, she stated "I think that's the total." She asked another employee who told her that there is a sign that says 20% off clearance clothing. Rather than the cashier (who I'm assuming is new) asking for help, she assumed there was no offer. Worse customer service order a complete infant crib set, crib, dresser, book shelf. Upon installation of all 3 items I found the dresser was damaged out of the box. I contacted target directly through the 800 number it shows online and was told to set the product on the front porch to be picked up by UPS 8 days later and 5 phone calls at 20+ mins a call the dresser is still sitting on my front porch because Target told me UPS would supply the box which they DO NOT! My favorite Target in Vegas. It doesn't feel like a crazy packed zoo like the other Targets in town. It's always clean and neat. The team is nice and helpful. It was recently remodeled so having the larger grocery selection is great. During the Jewish Holidays they have plates, decorations, wrapping paper, etc, which is great because you can't find this at every Target. I got a flu shot there earlier in the year and the pharmacist was great. My only issue (actually only every once in a while would I consider this a true issue) is that there are usually only 2 or 3 lanes open which sometimes creates long lines. read more

Every time I come to this target they are extremely clean.Theyre taking extra measures to keep everyone safe during this pandemic and today the employees went above and beyond to help my family out. My wife had left her wallet in the cart and we noticed and came back to look for it but the cart was already gone. The staff checked all the carts they had lined up then checked the cámaras to see what happened to the cart. After they went and found the man who now had the cart(he didn't realize the wallet was inside) and brought the wallet back to us. They went above and beyond. read more

Avoid this Target. I have shopped here for two years and it's steadily declined. Tonight was worst ever. Spent an hour shopping my list, then got on a very long checkout line. Only one open and no manager appeared to open a second. Since I had wine in my shopping cart, couldn't go through self checkout. Got everything scanned and bagged and the credit card reader (chip) wouldn't work, and eventually froze. Called manager over, he said the checker would have to rescan everything at a different register. Untagged and rescan and rebag. Dumbfounded. But it gets worse. All the people in line behind me went to the register he opened since this lane no longer functioned. I asked the checker - same one! - why they were all going to get to go first. She said she would try to check them out as fast as possible and then redo mine! I replied, Great, now you guys get to restock $224 worth of groceries and you've lost me as a customer. Her response? Beware of a cashier named Austin. He will attack you if you're not interested in getting a red card. When asked if I had wanted a red card today I told Austin I was not interested. He then proceeds to push me after saying "what's your reason for not wanting to sign up other than you don't want to?" I don't owe you a reason and I already said I'm not interested. To which he proceeds to push me more saying "oh glad you're so happy" and "your loss" completely sarcastic and inappropriate. After I get in a yelling match with this obnoxious employee the manager comes over and does absolutely nothing. Call the store in tears because I feel completely attacked only to have the general manager not care either. I love this Target. It's clean, never crowded (even during Christmas) and huge!! I think it helps that there are 50 Targets in the 20 square miles of the Las Vegas valley and this one isn't in the ghetto. Target will only honor the price match policy on THEIR OWN website if it lists a dollar amount not if lists buy one get one half off. Ridiculous.
