The store is fine but what really ticks me off is their credit card. There is always a problem, always a hassle despite my perfect on time payments. Also it would be nice to see the plus size section stocked. read more

Buyer Beware: At Target on Flamingo and 215 a younger male manager by the initials B.M. got into my face, raised his voice at me, and tried to coupon shame me, TWICE! Once at the register and then again at customer service. And "That's fine you wanna play" After I picked up 8 cases for myself, and I helped a stranger load 4 cases on to her cart. He insinuated that I got an additional 4 cases because I helped my "girlfriend". 1. It was a complete stranger whom I was just helping load her cart, 2. I don't play on that team, 3. How dare he get up in my face about that and raise his voice at me. He waited until I was checking out to tell me that it 4 per person, when I have seen post after post of everyone multiple cases of water. I told him, umm that's not the case I can cartwheel up to 5 different transactions. He stated, "Well this store manager only allows up 4 and it is different store to store" So as I am making my complaint to another manager (in regards to his attitude, I told herI am completely aware of coupon rules and I will have someone else assist me with the rest of my purchase) , another person rolls out with her 8 cases. The employees at this Target are really, really nice! We just got some luggage here & they went above and beyond the call of duty and checked all of the target stores around the Las Vegas area we were able to get the exact luggage we were looking for and take it on our trip. we love this target because everyone that works there is so kind! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would!!the way I was treated in this store was ridiculous i was so embarrassed how I was treated with other customers behind me in line at customer service! I thought target price matched.....well they said they priced matched.....that's a lie !!Target is LIERS ! everything I looked up they said NO they could not honor...So I was a little confused cuz the guy said they price matched ! After a few minutes of looking up other retailing store that had the item Cheeper and after being told No I decided to pay full price for the item and I was ask to leave ??Because I was trying to spend money in this store !!! Who ask a customer that is willing to now pay full price for the item to leave? The guy in the tight khaki pants was so rude and didn't want to help me or ring me up!!! horrible customer service and care I am a paying customer and went to that target all the time and they ask me to leave cuz I ask for a price match!!!! This store and people who work at the customer service doesnt deserve a one star!! Worse target brance ever! I always have proble every single time i order online and pick it up in this branch. The lady that assisted me tonight was soo rude and soo miserable. Once she saw what I have to pick up she then made a statement ' its a lot" in a annoyed tone.. there are two lady at the guest service both of them are rude and shouldnt be there because they dont know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is.. came there before 9pm .. the lady gave my first order then my second order and then i told her i think im missing one item. And she said thats all there is on that order and i told her can u pull up the order again coz this is what i have on my email and this is what I ordered.and she make me.feel like i was cheating her or something .. she insist no thats all on that order.. didnt offer to check on it again until i insist to show my email receipt. Then one guy came out who is helpful to check on my order and figured out whats going on why im missing one .he then explained that the missing item was out of stock, i then replied can i just return them and he said they cant since it havent process the orders yet, so before i can respond to his statement i have to leave the guest service because daughter has to use the restroom.. so after we went on the restroom i went back and the only person that was there was the plus size woman and i ask her " socan i jus return it" she replied u would have to go back tomorow because our system havent processed it yet" i then said i dont want to go back tomorow i even got the email.that my order was picked up and theres a return barcode in there, thats jus imposible i cant return it now . And she said im sorry but u have to.go back.tomorow.IM MORE pissed because the whole shoppi ng was already ruined by the lady who assisted me.. i ask the plus size woman whats the name of the lady that assisted me because she made the whole shopping uncomfortable and soo rude. And she replied to me " sorry we cant give out names because they are team member" i never heard such thing then the lady that assisted me came out like whats going on and with an attitude showing that shes ready to fight .. the guy then told her jus leave and she left the store with a smart ass tone " have a nice night yall" and then the plus sized woman added we cant talk about work issues because shes off the clock! I like where this Target is located at. The layout of this particular one I like, it is well organized and neat. This particular location doesn't have a Starbucks inside but it does have the food court that sells Pizza Hut and icees. The bathrooms here are always clean. The parking isn't that bad, there is plenty of spaces to park. I love walking around the red aisles of Target looking for sale items. You never know what you will find! Like it's a treasure hunt searching for good deals. Every time I go here the wait time to pay has never been obnoxiously long. I was always helped out pretty much right away, with a couple of people in front of me at most. The staff are always helpful. One thing I didn't have a pleasant experience with was the breadsticks they sell at the food court. The marinara sauce it's supposed to come with wasn't even marinara it was basically a watery tomato sauce in a cup. It wasn't like the other sauces I would get at other Target locations, such as Blue Diamond location and Southern California locations. Other than that, I love going to this Target! read more

such order pick up. my order was "fulfilled" but when i arrived i was missing two items that i was charged for. there was no urgency to fix this order, they simply said they didn't have it. i waited 30 minutes to receive my products and once i did they were still incorrect but the "closest thing they could find". this target needs a much better system. read more

This is the best Target in Vegas. I've been to 6 and this store is great. Staff are friendly. Returns are easy. Clearance is regularly cheaper than other area Targets. The only thing missing is a Starbucks. Please please put one in!!! read more

had a problem with my phone. error message indicated a bad sim card. went to sears. they had a replacement but i had to active it myself. went across the parking lot to target. they had a replacement sim card and did the activation for no additional charge. additionally, i now know how to activate the sim. just follow the instructions thats on sim packaging. read more

Just stocked up for Easter in the $1 bins...I feel they need a bit more but happy with what I found..

i recently went into target to get my son a jacket since his 2nd jacket i purchased this year was stolen at school! i was looking for something cheap to get him through till next year, they had a rack for 14.99 with a ton of the exact jackets, when i got to the registar it rang up wrong, the cashier nina was really rude and said it started at 14.99 but was more even though there was 3 racks of these exact jackets and all the signs said 14.99 most other places would have honored their signs!!! i paid way more then i should have because my son needed a jacket! will not be going back, will hit up tj maxx or kohls for sure next time!!!!! read more
