I like Target, I pick Target over most retail stores when I need the essentials. There really isn't anything special to write about this Target. I have been in cleaner ones and I have been in dirtier ones. The service is like any other, if you need help then you need to find someone. They don't really go out of their way to find anything for you or even ask if you need help. Like I said, this Target is just like any other Target. I will continue to shop here because it is down the street from my home and maybe one day I will see some exceptional service and I can bump this review up a start or two. read more

Clean well lit store. It has plenty of parking. Although the parking lot seems rather darkish at night. They could use more lighting. I generally will find all the stuff that I need here. They certainly carry more variety in terms of trendy items than Walmart down the street does. Would have to agree that there are fewer crowds here than the Target at Newpark Mall. I found a pair of shoes here for $5 can't beat that for a bargain. read more

Not so clean, but always crowded. They seem to have few cash counters open all the time. The lines are long. I never get why they can't seem to have more lines open. I love target!! I love their food, books, clothes, home appliances, and even their comforters!! I cannot begin to describe the love I have for target! This location has always been a good one and I always shop here. Their v-necks are amazing and I always buy books here on sale. Nice, clean, well stocked Target. Close to the walmart/union landing shopping area. However, getting there is a whole nother story. This area is congested and poorly directed. Stop lights are a mess and so are the freeway entrances. I guess the best bet is to brave this place on a weekend morning to avoid the chaos!! read more

Clean, well organized Target. Tons of parking and the lines move quickly. When I got to check out, my clerk asked me if I had an appeal coupon. I had no idea what she was talking about so I said "no but thanks for asking!" She then winked and said I'll hook you up. She pulled a coupon book out from a drawer and scanned it. I recently went and needed to use a wheelchair or an electric scooter and they were very polite about letting me use them, which was nice. Kudos to the men working at the electronic department's desk because they always helped me find stock at other stores. Lol. There are lots of parking stalls available. The store is well set up and easy to find the things you need and end up buying things you didn't need. I like the energy saving feature in some aisles. The new design for the shopping carts. The customer service is descent and you can find someone easily if you needed to. It's close to my work so I stop by on my way home periodically just to grab stuff. Great store. Really convenient. read more

So I had recently had a bad experience the prior time I went to Target (different location) so I was a bit hesitant about going back to attack my Christmas shopping. HOWEVER, I had a very good encounter this time. I was immediately helped by a young lady named Kierra. She was so sweet and answered all of my questions! She led me to every aisle and pointed out some other items that could be of use to my needs. After this, I was rung up by a lovely girl named Jessica. I love this place! I can find almost everything I need from my shopping list! I even love it more since grocery was added a few months ago!

I will go as far as 4 stars, it will take a lot for me to give the whole five stars. This place is always clean and well stocked, Even when crowded the isles are wide enough so you can either get by or find another route. The merchandise is priced well and getting through checkout is fairly painless if you have a handful of items you can always go to food court or returns for easy checkout. The restroom could use a tune up! I would definitely shop here, never have I had a bad experience! read more

Target is my go to place to get random things. They have a wide variety of products from food to clothing to furniture and so much more. I also like the designs of their home products I just wish they're more affordable. I love this place! It's really clean, Employees always greet you and they're very nice. Customer Service is great here and did i mention that this place is clean!? Unlike Wal-Mart a couple of blocks away, this place is light years away when it comes to selection, organization of the goods/merchandise that they sell. People are friendly here and i go here 9X out of 10 compared to Wal-Mart across the street. Everything they sell is great here and quality is good as well. read more

1.getting stared down by security on a Sunday afternoon as me and my autistic son are walking in was not the best start to our shopping experience. We walked around and noticed a book on the shelf that my son wanted. It had a 30% off sticker on it. We go to the register and get rung up. I looked at the receipt and nothing on it says I've got any discount, I ask the clerk if I got it and he says sorry sir and that I'd have to go to guest services to get the discount. I go there and explain what's going on. Lady there says that she can't help me because the receipt was chewed up. It was chewed because the original clerks machine ate my receipt which I explain to the "customer service " lady. I told her this is what I was given. She started copping an attitude so I said return my money I'm gone. She then tells me I still can't get that either. Another lady comes over and tells me that the discount was applied. Show me where it was applied? Not happy with this. Do I want to look like a fool walking back in this place. Hell no. I hope corporate see this. Con artists read more

Once again the management of this store outdid themselves being rude. Went in this morning to shop. Had two coupons one for deodorants and one for body wash. The clerk couldn't get them to work, one was for buy get one free and the other was $2.00 off. The manager came over and said I couldn't use the coupons because the items were on sale or reduced. When I told her that was BS and I didn't want them she picked them up and threw them in the go back box and walked away. Other problems at this store, was told to use self service check out because they weren't going to call a checker up. Refuse to call more help up when the lines(2 checkers) have more than 6 people in line. By the way, I went to Safeway got the same items that I tried to buy at Target without a problem read more

This is the worst target location ever. I tried to use printed manufacturer coupons at self checkout and one of the employees said that I can't use it because they don't accept print out coupons. I called corporate and was told that every target across the country accepts printed manufactur coupons. I tried twice already (different times) and it was the same short girl that always wears a red cardigan with a store device on her wrist that said they won't accept it. Even though this location is the closest to me, I make the drive to Fremont or North Hayward because the employees over there are so much nicer and know the policy. read more

This target is great.. Specially the pharmacy team.. They regularly fill our prescriptions and do a great job with them..shout out to Julie, Jordan, Ana and Chris.they are always great..
