This store needs to retrain staff to manage the queue better. Target check out shouldn't take 20 minutes! Learn to say "next customer in line." Have more registers open during peak times. Your self checkout system won't save you money by not opening registers with cashiers. Still in line. 20 minutes and counting. read more

This Target is a great place to shop, it has wide aisles and lots of things to choose from. Clearance? Yep..food? Of course..clothes? Mmmhmmm, absolutely: pants, shoes and lots of "etc." For both genders and in all ages. This Target is great. I love that the staff is always around to help when needed without being invasive or overly agressive. I didn't give them 5 stars because their grocery section seems a little neglected when it comes to rotation of stock, sure the shelves are full..but when it's with outdated products there's a problem. Only been an issue with some packaged soup, store brand crackers and frozen pizza, so not too awful considering what I have purchased and will continue to buy in the future. I'm just more cautious. read more

I have been to plenty of Targets in the United States. This one is probably one of the best ones I've seen. Clean and neat. I just love Target. Period! :) I can usually find a lot of every day stuff, toiletries, kids clothes, adults clothes and cool house decorations, etc. One thing that I don't ever buy there is groceries. Nice store but they do not seem to have enough cashiers. You would think the manager would have the sense to have more than 2 on a busy Saturday. It is also unpleasant when you great the cashier before they greet you. Also even when manager watching the long lines and crying kids ask an employee if she should open a lane but then start gossiping about thier day. Due to poor customer service I no longer feel the need to get my target fix. read more

Very poor Customer Service. I have visited this store many times and noticed ZERO shopping carts available for customers when entering the store. I notice a few customers actually waiting by the registers for customers exiting the store. POOR Customer service. They had about 30 registers and only 5 - 6 open at one time. Today I had taken my kids to the newly installed clinic in Target, and it was one the best experiences I've had in going to a clinic! The doctor on staff, Dr. Hughes, was wonderful with both my kids and really made them very comfortable. Not only that, she was a pleasure to talk to! The intake person was also wonderful. I know that if I am ever in need of an emergency sick visit and cannot get to a regular doctor, I will be visiting this location again. read more

The store seems nice, clean, well stocked with a nice variety of decent products for sale. Some of the prices seem decent and somewhat what you would pay at other stores. The Target policy of allowing whom ever and what ever in any of the rest rooms is concerning. I will shop elsewhere. I give it one star because based on my experience in the "mens" restroom. Phone number on site is for the optical dept and they cannot connect you; you must redial a totally different #. Prices are hit or miss; i wouldn't count on it for the best prices in town unless you are getting a sale item. Food dept is small enough to "run in" for one or 2 items, but produce is old and deli has people working there that cough and sneeze and don't wash their hands. read more

I was able to find a particular toy my daughter desperately wants for Christmas and am so glad this team was there to help me! I shopped at this Target location this morning and noticed they overcharged me on Hunt's tomato sauce . Each 15 oz can scanned for $ 0.92 ( x 4 cans) instead of just $0.89 ( x 4 cans) for original tomato sauce. A bunch of asparagus scanned $ 4.99 a lb instead of $3.99 a lb. shoppers, check your receipts before leaving the store. I went to the customer service and refunded me $1.17 instead of $1.19. read more

Love this Target Store, but I began having a problem with a generic drug I have been taking for 10 years and discovered they changed the manufacturer last month to RANBAXY in India. This company has been investigated as far back as 2006 until present time by our DEA and DOJ for falsifying records, contamination and of all things SELLING COUNTERFEIT DRUGS!! Talk about a loss of confidence. I thought their slogan was EXPECT THE BEST??!! Probably nothing can be done because one of their directors is Derica Rice-Exec. VP for Eli Lilly who is in several joint ventures with RANBAXY. Thankful for the internet! read more

Used to be my favorite place to shop. They've gone down hill considerably since putting in the self-checkouts, which are an abomination, always seems to be an issue requiring intervention. Regulsr lines always long. Used to be if lines were long, someone on a walkie would call up more CSRs and open more lines. Hate shopping here now. I hope the money they are saving by reducing staff is greater than lost customers. read more

I love target but had a terrible shocking experience this pass sunday. Took my duaghter bathing suit shopping and got harrassed by security officer in the fitting room when I decided to go back and check on my duaghter. Apparently the lady who gave "us" the ticket number for the items my duaghter tried on called the security on me. Not sure why but I will NEVER shop there again. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. First they got our name wrong, and "could not correct it, once its in the computer" Then they rushed us through our session we have a 2 month old and wanted his pictures done, they were not patient and we even had to ask for more pictures to be taken, so at the end we only had 10 pictures to choose from! And if that wasn't disappointing enough we had some lady who did not speak very well try to make collages for us, so after $200 spent we just decided to get the cd w/ our images on it, and left. We don't live in the area so I tried to arrange picking up our disk and they had no record of it and do not know when its going to be in. I was placed on "hold" and could here them rudely talking the whole time, called back a second time and asked to speak to the manager and was put on "hold" again and was not told when a manager would be there. Needless to say we will not be back and they ruined our first family picture together. read more

I'm being generous with 2 stars here. The super friendly cashiers are the only thing saving this review from 1 star. I used to shop here a lot but after my last few trips, I would not return to this location unless the apocalypse was coming and every single other store in Northern Virginia was packed to the gills. Don't get me wrong, I love shopping at Target but this particular location rubs me the wrong way. I like to meander through the store when I have the time and often end up buying something that wasn't on my shopping list since I was browsing. On several occasions, I've literally been trailed by the security guard. I guess unless you're in a rush and mowing down fellow customers with your cart, you must be a thief. The boys section selection is pitiful. Yes, boys get dirty, rip their clothes and play hard but don't they deserve to be dressed nicely? Far cry from the girl's section which is jam packed with cute stuff. Additionally, the fitting room attendants are the rudest I've ever encountered. I understand their job is to aid in loss prevention by screening customers in the fitting room but sassing me about leaving my cart (and on several occasions my hand basket-really?! What can I fit in a hand basket?) outside is just silly. If this is truly store policy, Target should post a sign like most retailers do stating the maximum number of articles you can take in at once and sheesh a courteous "Park your cart here" sign wouldn't hurt. I've never had any intention of taking a cart in but I'm told to leave it outside the entrance before I can even wiggle it against the wall! I tried on 4 tops once and the attendant took them from my hand and counted them after I told her how many I had to try on. When I walked out, she counted them again! Oddly enough, the two attendants I always encounter are very "selective" with who they keep their eye on. This has happened on several occasions. I won't even bother speaking to a manager about it but they will most certainly not receive another penny of my hard earned money. read more
