Different town...same Target...sort of. I love Target and it seems I always stop into a Target store on all my travels. This Target is great! I've always found cute stuff on the clearance racks here and this Target has a grocery section. I was able to get some snacks, including a fresh banana and apples for my big 6 hour exam the next day. I also found that they sell FRESH meat pet food in a cooler. I wish our Target had this in NM! I thought that was really cool. Loyal Target girl. :D read more

I do like this Target location, its one of the big ones. I like that they are getting more and more gluten free items. I like that there is a grocery store and a starbucks, Pharmacy, bakery/deli. I have never used the pharmacy before, they don't have hours that work for me, seems like they are always closed. There is a few household things that i just prefer to get at Target. This Target is really clean. I specifically like that they carry my pup pup's doggie food, its refrigerated Fresh Pet. Can anyone explain the big red concrete balls in front of the building? and the ridged bumps you have to ride your cart over when you leave the store, it irks me. So, the deal with Target is that it's clean and brightly lit. It also smells kinda good. They have almost everything you need for daily life, at pretty good prices. But this is not what makes Target special. In addition to sundries, Target stocks lots of cute, colorful stuff that only they have. Looking for a flamingo skeleton Halloween decoration? Target will have that. (If you're not yet familiar with Halloween, it's fun and not as sick a "flamingo skeleton" would imply.) They have other cute things, too. So grab a few bucks and go to Target during the day. This location is swarming with college kids in the evenings, so I advise going while the whipper-snappers are in class. Ah, Target at back-to-school season... in a college town. FAR too many girls shopping with mom, the former generally wearing Uggs, yoga pants and oddly-fitting tops and sweaters. (But it's August in Flagstaff, hardly February in Fairbanks -- and when I was there and then, probably fewer people wearing Uggs.) Stopped in mid-road trip for some odds 'n ends, and an oh-so-essential tweezer that was left at home. Lo and behold, sold out. Every one of 'em (except those at $23 each). Guess coeds don't pack tweezers, either. All told, nice store, easy to find things given the standard layout and friendly clerks. read more

This Target location is in horrible shape. I understand they are doing renovations, but that doesn't explain their total lack of inventory. And every department appears to not have any new stock, they all look like racks of old clearance items. The overall look of the store is absolutely filthy, also no reason for that. If they can't manage a decent operation while they're renovating maybe they should close. read more

They have young women there working with their sweaters half way off their shoulder with no bra on it's disgusting and it made me feel uncomfortable. They need to do better with their dress code! read more

Every time I go to this Target the shelves are bare. It's like they don't stick their shelves? I asked for a gallon of water and was told a pallet of water would be brought up and after 30 minutes no water. You are better off going to Walmart as this Target is terrible. read more

I wouldn't typically rate a Target for any reason, but the cashier Joceyln who rang me up yesterday was extremely rude. I purchased a DVD and she didn't say a thing to me as I stood in line, threw my item on the counter without offering a bag, and hastily threw my receipt on the counter. The cashier was rude. I have always swiped my card after the first item was scanned. She refused to let me swipe my credit card. Then she demanded to see a picture ID to use my AmEx that already had my photo ID on it. Then when I went to the very end of her aisle to grab my bags my own bags, she placed my receipt back on the front swipereader counter, forcing me to walk back around her register to pick it up. I have never been treated so repeatedly rude and I insignificant. This heavy lady was the only cashier that had refused to do a quarter turn to nicely hand me a receipt as I picked up my own bags. read more

I came here along with a group of people. I didn't have a choice and I am not a big fan of Target (see my Long Beach Target review), but this place was alright. It has what you need. Nothing to complain about except that the lines were so long and the cashiers were so slow. I think the dollar bins are the best things about Target, especially because they carry teaching supplies. This Target was better than others, maybe because it is in a small town and doesn't get the craziness of Southern CA. read more

This is one of the better Target locations I have b=visited. Its usually pretty clean, they have a lot of good merchandise, the employees are nice, and best of all, they have several spots for bike parking in the front, which is always a plus. Otherwise, its just a typical shopping experience, and it serves typical fast food fare. read more

Went to this store an two hours before closing. My friends and I were looking for composition notebooks for our class. We did not see any one the self due to it being the end of the day. I was pleased to get great service for one of the target employees went the the back to get the last four notebooks in the store. This was a great experience and would come back again. Small old school looking Target from the outside. However inside they are well stocked and organized. Why they didn't have a true plus size section, they did carry larger sizes in abundance. They had lots of sales. Make sure to download Target app to get coupons for your purchases. They also have a Starbucks and a pizza place inside if I noticed correctly. It's nice to be able to walk into a dog friendly establishment without arguing about whether or not my service dog is real. The staff is nice, and the place is clean. Their grocery section is lacking though. They don't have matzo though, so my brother and I have had a difficult Passover season. read more

Pharmacy is great to me because I have chronic illnesses and know me and catch up with me while I drop off or pick up prescriptions.

This store always seems to be really busy but you always get great help the team leaders are always walking around eager to help you and another great thing is it does have a Starbucks inside and a little snack bar area which is good to get your munchies on, well you are walking around trying to find things you don't really need but you buy them anyway, They always have the registers open and they do have a self checkout that will speed things along a little bit but it's the only one here in Flagstaff but they do have great service customer service, and I don't remember if I mentioned it but it's a very clean store and very well organized, on holidays and registration day for a new freshman and family days for any U campus it seems to get really busy in there with the parents binder college students stuff for their dorms I would avoid those days especially in the spring when the new semester start actually when all the semesters restart when do students come gets extremely chaotic busy in. read more

It's your average target...they have most things you need. Only complaints are their bathrooms could be bigger and cleaner and their checkout lines aren't terrible but certainly nothing to write home about. read more

This is my new local target store. Its in the middle, so far, with customer service. I've seen many workers behind the customer service booth chatting and not really working with, only one person on a register with, a line of customers. I'm not sure why the pharmacy is all the way in the back of the store but, that is an inconvenience for me. I do like the fact that CVS is now in target stores. I would like to see the type of customer service that CVS has always given me here as well. Some merchandise that I could typically find at other target stores, in larger cities, I can not find here. I've come across a few attitude problems. One specifically from a male security guard. Some workers don't know what they carry in the store and try blowing me off. Others do and help find my item. When I call, I've gotten great service. Sometimes I don't reach the department that I am asking for but, whoever answers the phone really takes the time to try and help. Again I'm still on the fence. read more

When I was at this target earlier this week, I went to try on some clothes and the gentleman at the counter was talking to another employee and the after a few minutes asked me how many items I had and I told him, he then said something but I did not understand him so I stood there waiting for a number like they usually give you. He then looked at me and I said oh can I just go in? And he said yeah, very rudely then looked down and what he was doing and rolled his eyes. I'm not sure what made him think it was okay to speak to me like I was an idiot but it made me very uncomfortable and it was just very disrespectful when all I wanted was to try on some clothes. I do a lot of my clothes shopping at target, but I don't plan to anytime soon. read more

I am frequent customer at this target since i live right down the street and its location is convent for me when i am looking for a couple of items. When i was there a little bit ago, they had leftover halloween costumes still out so me and my friends tried a costume on and were making this little kid laugh when he saw we were dressed in the silly costumes. when we went to go take off the costume this older target employee was very rude to us and said we were on camera and if we break we buy it and overall saying more stuff to us/ talking down to us. I felt that in the situation she was being extremely rude. I did not appreciate it especially cause we were wearing these costumes for maybe 5 minutes or so and was making a little child happy. If she would of come at us at a more pleasant way i would have respected it and not have tried on the costume. read more
