I went home and replaced the bulb to find out it was less than half the brightness of the other bulbs in the lamp.....there are nine bulbs in the lamp. I returned to the store to learn that they could not replace the bulb I needed and they WOULD NOT GIVE ME CASH BACK.....store credit only. To summarize, they gave me the wrong item, couldn't get the right item, and wouldn't give me my money back. NO RETURNS IN THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING BUT STORE CREDIT.....EVEN IF THEY GAVE YOU THE WRONG ITEM!

We understood that they close at 5, so we knew that we had a short time to shop but we were excited to come support this thrift store and ended up being treated so rudely! We enjoyed the selection of items and found somethings we were excited to purchase but the employee followed us around, turning off lights, and making us feel so unwelcome.
