We are here at furniture Barn and they are already closed. Not good if they want business. It's not even 5pm and they say they are open until 5pm today. We even called today and they said they were open until 5pm. Guess we will take our business elsewhere. Disappointing

We needed a new coffee table and headed to Furniture Barn. They had many to choose from and we found the prefect one at a great price. Since they were the first place we looked we left and did some more looking around, but found nothing better and certainly nothing at a better prices. So, we sent back to pirchase the coffee table, and they delivered it on time the next day! They also had great options to order if we wanted something different. They are wesome! read more

We were looking for a pub table and barstools. We specifically wanted swivel bar stools. While there was not inventory that met our needs on the floor, the salesman was wonderful in listening to what I wanted and helping look through his online order options to meet our needs. Went in to purchase a full new living room set but was greeted by a man who was not wearing a mask, who got very close to me. I noted his lack of a mask and he just dismissed me. None of the other staff were wearing masks. I felt very unsafe, left, and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Being from Colorado I have purchased most of my furniture from a competitor - not to name names but... alright American Furniture. I never had occassion to contact customer serv ice there before today. I wanted to set up a gift certificate or registry for a coworker that is retiring. After attempts on the website & an hour with customer service it became apparent AFW couldnt care less if I wanted to buy a gift there or not. So I looked up a few local stores & saw the reviews for Furniture Barn. In less than 5 minutes on the phone with a very polite and professional man, I wont name names, especially Peter's, I had a custom gift certificate in my inbox and a very nice gift for my friend and co-worker. I have trusted the furniture barn for every mattress in the house for years. The quality I have gotten for the price is amazing. The service is the best customer service I have had from any store. I have purchased mattresses, sofas, bunk beds, sectionals and wall hangings there and we are amazed. We recommend the furniture barn with 10 stars but this review only allows 5. They are the best. You can trust them. We are glad we did. read more

I feel that I was over charged and just wanted to return the bed and box spring and get my money back. The manager said that's not how they do business. I will never shop there again. It's funny that he said that because that's not what I was told the return policy was. Stay away. Run for your life. read more

The store is organized logically, springs on one side of the store and foams on the other. Brands are sorted in three groups: up front are the thee low cost options in firm, medium and soft, then the mid-level cost, again firm thru soft and pulling in the rear the lux brand in the three firmnesses. Robby could be a little too honest and we had a well thought out discussion about my needs. I left feeling confident about the mattress and out a lot less $$ than i was expecting. Keep in mind, this is owner operated. He took some losses in 2020 with the closures and is rebuilding so if the store is closed during business hours I'm confident it'll be worth your time too to come back.

We came here to look at furniture, and discovered that the displays are absolutely wonderful. When we asked about fabrics and customizing our order, they had an impressive array of choices that blew the doors off the competition. When we balked at our original price estimate they agreed, and without a beat moved to another line that met our price objective. The quality seemed about the same, and the deal they gave us was about twice the furniture as our original choice. We ordered two barrel chairs and a wraparound couch for the living room. The time to manufacture the chairs was longer than they were accustomed to, because of the epidemic raging the country. The two barrel chairs and half of the wraparound couch arrived a little after the estimates said they would. But half the wraparound couch was the wrong color. Blackmarr's followed up and found out the manufacturer would build us a replacement wraparound couch immediately. When the replacement arrived in town, but just to be on the safe side Blackmarr's decided to inspect the shipment. No joy, the manufacturer had shipped the wrong furniture again. Another few months went by, and about the time we were going to follow up we got another call from Blackmarr's. Yes, the right part had arrived, and they would deliver it to our house immediately. As we all held our breath, the couch part was fitted into place. The color matched perfectly. As perfectly as if the original mis-shipped part had been found and re-routed to us. Through all this ordeal, we had the impression Scott and Lindsey at Blackmarr's were just as concerned, if not more so, than we were. They did what a very good merchant would do to keep our future business, with discounts and gifts and cards, and we were positively impressed. Yes, they have kept our business, and we will be shopping there in the future. I won't tell you who the furniture manufacturer was, but I'm sure Blackmarr's will be steering you to better suppliers.

One year when they were at the Flagstaff Market, Flagstaff Chef John Conley brought Guy Fieri to the market as he was filming for "Guys Family Road Trip." It was just awesome to see Cory and Shanti being interviewed. Our friends and family got a kick seeing us in the background on the show! Right now they have dried flowers, but when in season, they have the most beautiful fresh flowers that last, last, last! Many varieties as well!
