I wish they gave coupons out for returning customers. People are always nice to me here, and they luckily have a security guard - I get harassed by people off the street whenever I walk around outside the mall sidewalks, those people know to not act like that here. I hope this store stays in business (especially in 2025), there isn't any Louis Vuitton or Polo Ralph Lauren stores in Flagstaff sadly.

Their selection of Christmas items right now is amazing. So many great items to find still days before Christmas. There is always a good selection of clothes, all sizes for all categories. There's a minimal selection of shoe sizes in all categories. There are so many hygiene products and beauty products, so it really is a great store with a lot of neat items. However, there is an issue that needs to be rectified soon. Over the purse area in the store, there's a bad roof leak that has gotten worse over the past few years. They will leave buckets where it leaks through. I worry one day the roof will collapse on customers.

I think they were gold pearls and pearl pearls around the hoop. Super cute. I lost them but whatever. Today I picked out a gold bracelet, silver necklace, emerald ring and pearl ring w diamonds. I was especially drawn to a bright yellow T-shirt that had a gorgeous cartoon-style picture of the Grand Canyon along with cacti. I liked it so much that I ended up purchasing about three different shirts. While shopping, I also came across Tastykake products, which we do not have or usually find in California. I ended up buying two boxes of them. They reminded me of Hostess mini cake products, but in my opinion, the Tastykake treats were much tastier. The Walmart store in Flagstaff was very busy during the weekend. Because of how crowded it was, the parking situation was a bit chaotic.

We went in to exchange them for bigger sizes at the Vans store in the Flagstaff Mall, but as we looked around the kids found other shoes they liked. Austin was the gentleman helping us and he was amazing. He was very patient and understanding as we proceeded to try on a plethora of different styles and sizes. He was able to find exactly what the kids wanted and even honored the deal the shoes were initially purchased with. I passed by the Vans store and my kids said "how about this place?" We walking in and were immediately greeted by an employee and we went strait to work on some try ons. The kids loved the shoes and to my surprise they had every size we needed in stock! I am always excited when I can find a pair of shoes for the kids that they will want to wear over and over. The employees were there for us the entire time. I was even able to find a nice fall shirt for myself and Bam just like that we had our list complete for our photo shoot. The employee behind the counter reminded me that there was a coupon that was still being honored and this little tip saved me $25. I would have never remembered if they hadn't reminded me. Overall great experience and I will 100% be back soon.
