She said not only was the inventory very low, with many items normally fully stocked unavailable....but they had absolutely no one available and had no problem expecting my life to load all this in our truck herself. The only people working was the young girl cashier and a guy in the back who couldn't be bothered. Gotta love how businesses treat customers nowadays.

They took him to Kaibab and personally i really love them and think they do a wonderful job, I've met with the staff and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to retrieve my gecko after a few weeks and he was so much better and hasn't had any issues since, the woman who helped me out the entire time was Jordan and she was extremely nice, truly made me a loyal customer to that location. I also have noticed how active and friendly there reptile are, its rare to find a big chain with good reptile care, but the management seems to care a lot and provide excellent quality set ups for them. I am so grateful to now have a healthy gecko, and will surely continue my patronage of the store.

Went in to buy some fish for my aquarium and some items for my dog…read more i was waiting in the fish section for 15 mins, there was a girl doing some tank maintenance so i was waiting for her to be done. Instead of speaking to me and telling me she could not sell me any fish today she put up a note saying fish sales for the day were done. then disappeared without explanation. i am not mad about the fish sales being finished for the day, i am upset about the lack of customer service or interaction. i left with out buying anything. i went to Petco and was helped very well by their staff and i spent a lot of money. i will not be returning to Pet Smart, maybe train your employees to actually speak to customers.

My pet parents have entrusted her with my lovely fur and well-being for the past 8 years or so - maybe more - I'm not sure how much that is in dog years, though! I was a hot mess when I first started going to see Deb - you see, I was rescued from the side of the road, and all I'm saying is, you'd be a bit snappish too, if you had to go through that! She is always very kind and gentle with me, and over the years we have formed a special bond - I don't even try to bite her anymore, because she has always respected my needs and worked with them. However, when I learned that they moved to Flagstaff Mall, I decided to take a trip there one afternoon with the kids. We went to Barnes & Noble as well as a handful of other stores. As others said, this mall leaves a bit to be desired with lots of empty retail space, but we managed to enjoy our time there. Pros: -There is plenty of parking surrounding the mall. -The location is easy to access and it is right across the street from the Harkins movie theater -There is a decent food court -The mall offers a handful of stores that were appealing to me and my kids including B&N, Famous Footwear, Lids, Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, GameStop, etc... -There are also some kiosks, cell phone stores, etc... As mentioned above, the cons are really that it's a very small mall with empty space. There also seemed to be some shady characters hanging around, but I think you get that with most malls these days.
