My get away from the world store, I love real high end clothing and products, I am not a Walmart type of guy. So far I've bought only clothing & cologne - cashmere scarf, silk tie (which I ruined by throwing it into a washing machine), beanie, hoodies, Dolce & Gabbana. I wish they gave coupons out for returning customers. People are always nice to me here, and they luckily have a security guard - I get harassed by people off the street whenever I walk around outside the mall sidewalks, those people know to not act like that here. I hope this store stays in business (especially in 2025), there isn't any Louis Vuitton or Polo Ralph Lauren stores in Flagstaff sadly. read more

Move down her in Flagstaff since 08 and I have zero positive experience in this Dillard's location which is not very convenient because it's where I get my beauty products and clothing. The people who work there are snotty, and unhelpful, they look at me like I'm nothing and can't afford what they have in the store. read more

I wanted to have some purchases wrapped. The woman running the customer service desk never spoke to me. I stood there approximately 10 minutes. I also had 3 other employees walk by me and none of them asked if I needed help. The store was not busy and there was plenty of employees looking at their phones and standing around. read more

I am so extremely disappointed with the service here and how unprofessional the employees are. First of all, I am not the type of person to complain easily. I understand how hard a certain store or restaurant can be. I know hardworking people vs. lazy privileged people. So this is NOT the first time it happened that the service was awful when I checked out to pay. This happened TWICE. The same guy (with eyeglasses) who was using his phone TWICE in different days on weekend!! So first of all, this happened on a Saturday when my boyfriend and I checked out to pay for jeans, the guy was talking on his personal phone and giggling and got mad when we checked out asking to pay since there were no cashiers around. This guy works in the cologne/perfume area where Red Polo perfumes are sold!! So to be exact, he was MAD cause we asked to checked out. You aren't suppose to use your phone at work!!! Also, you are suppose to ask if we got everything we want and if we have any questions. He DID NOT ASK ANYTHING ABOUT OUR PURCHASE. He just gave us the disgusted look as if we can't afford to pay. Like excuse me? He was so rude!!! I still understood cause maybe he had a bad day. Moving on, the second time it happened, this time I wasn't going to let this pass because this happened the second time of disappointment with the same guy (wearing the glasses, big weight & seems like he's gay too). This time, he was with other workers in Dillard's. I simply asked for the expensive dress to be put in the hanger and covered with plastic since it's a formal dress not just a simple outfit you wear on daily basis. This dress is expensive and the type of dress you only wear once a year!! And guess what??? So when we checked out, him and the other 2 girls in the same area had the audacity to say "Well we don't have that here. It's in the other area." Like what the fish?? Are you serious?? How rude? I mean it's your job!!! You are suppose to do what the customer tells you to do and it's not even hard. It was a simple task that involves less walking!!! They did NOT ask if we were good, if we found everything we want/needed or asked if everything was good with the purchase. NONE!!! They did not care but just gave us the disgusting look. Like why???????? We were so nice & you gave us the attitude when you are working? What is wrong with you?? I was so upset cause they said "it's not here. It's in the other area." I WALKED OUT. They know I was mad. I was so extremely 1900000x disappointed!!!!! I wanted to call the manager and complain but I don't want it to go that way. I want people to read this through Yelp to warn them. I was so mad and oh I'm still upset about it. Extremely disappointed!! This happened first weekend of January and recently on January 26, 2019 afternoon by the cologne/perfume area. The guy wears glasses and is a big weight as far as I remember and seems like he is gay. Very unprofessional for not asking questions. And did not greet us in and out. Only him and probably the rest of the other 3 girls with him. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Maybe other areas like bag or shirts are okay. Other areas of the store, their representatives were good. But the red polo perfume area representative? Very unprofessional. Needs more training and most likely have to be fired before he makes other customers mad. Let him go before he makes others upset. First i must say I really enjoy shopping at Dillards, and that it is my go to place for new clothes. I really enjoy their products, and especially the fact that they carry products by Cremieux, which is my favorite clothing brand. However, the Flagstaff location is not the best location I have ever been to. While I still enjoy the products they carry, the amount of choices here is very small compared to others. For instance, they often do not have pants in my size here, while others do. They also do not have a good selection of suits here, compared to the Phoenix locations. The customer service is lacking here. I have been to this location several times in the past 3 years and its sometimes hard to get a person to help you out, even when it is slow. Also, sometimes it takes a long time to pay for your purchases, so you might end up waiting a while at their register. However, when I do interact with a staff person, I am always impressed with their service and professionalism. I just sometimes have to wait a while for someone to come around. Finally, the prices can be a little extreme for some, but this is a problem with all of the Dillards locations and it doesn't really factor in this review. I would avoid buying stuff like undergarments and socks if you can since they tend to be expensive. read more

I had recently stopped by Dillard's to grab a pair of shoes for my wife for her birthday. My wife had given me a very vague description of the Birkenstock shoes she wanted and I was hoping to get a bit of help at Dillard's (I was told by an associate at Journey's that Dillard's should have the type I was looking for.) I stopped in and very quickly it became apparent that I might be on my own for this purchase. There were two associates that were behind the counter and neither were helping/greeting any one that was looking at shoes. I asked them if they sold Birks and she seemed put off by my question off the bat. She pointed to a corner of their store that had the shoes and I had to call a friend to help me with questions about the shoes. I decided on a pair and went back to them to see if they had the size I was hoping for. She went to the back and found the size for me. I asked if it was a good idea to purchase the cleaning kit to keep the shoes in good condition. She rolled her eyes and said "sure". I am not sure if this was a bad day or if they were this disinterested in helping me. Either way I grabbed the shoes because this is what she wanted but you can bet your bottom dollar I will not return to buy shoes ever again. When I walked in it was 5 minutes before I could find a single soul in the cosmetics department and when I finally did she was not from Clinique and could not find the items. I left frustrated and with no product. I usually only shop online with Clinique because of this continuous issue. read more

I purchased baby gifts today. I was told they could make gift baskets for me, but they were out of baskets. So they offered gift wrap.It took two people almost an hour to wrap two boxes. They even had to ask for assistance. They used packaging tape. I do not recommend using this service ever. And Dillards Flagstaff get it together. Your bathroom is filthy and in need of an update. Your floors are beat up wood parquet. If you want to be a high end department store clean it up. read more

Just left this store very satisfied. My friend's boot heel broke off, she just got them for Christmas. We were vacationing in Flagstaff and the boots were the only non hiking shoes she brought with her. The manager Chad was so helpful, he was quick and professional. My friend was able to exchange the boots for the exact same pair and she left very happy with the service she received from Chad. read more

I usually shop online. Then I feel bad for not supporting Flagstaff retailers. So I went into Dillard's to find a new dress. Just some thing for the office. Not too special. I couldn't find anything in my size. I mean nothing! The sales girl was, in fact, trying to be helpful. She told me they always run out of my size quickly. ( let's just say I'm not a 2 or a 22). Went into the store with my family, watched the manager Bri verbally abuse her employees. A very sick employee came into work, and the manager asked to smell the employees breath after exiting the bathroom and continued to yell at her IN FRONT OF MY FAMILY. I decided to a bit of research and asked a few of the employees, finding out the low rate for employees because they are always being fired, quitting, or let go. I don't think its an employee problem, its a manger problem. How dare anybody treat anyone the way I saw Bri treat her employees. Disgusted in this and will never return unless I see a new management. What kind of company lets their managers treat anyone like that. read more

Walked into Dillard's and the music was just overwhelming. You could hear the music from the one speaker throughout the entire store. Once I had enough I left and almost could hear it on the opposite side of the mall. How can mall management allow suck loud music from one store. It was really annoying. This place has been closed forever. Not sure why it's still listed on Yelp. I remember buying a beautiful blouse on clearance that was absolutely fantastic except for a small milk colored stain. I bought the blouse and pranced around the house showing everyone... Years later and much wiser, I realized what that milk-colored stain was. Tried to buy a few items at Dillards In Flagstaff AZ. Was super unhappy. I wanted a particular shoe which they had but not in black. Asked if they would order them for me. Said they couldn't do that. Why not?? These were 150.00 shoes they could have made from me. Very unhappy about that. Went to Lancome counter found 2 lip colors I really wanted. She only found 1. Asked if they could order it. She also said no and wasn't sure if any were coming in. Why have colors on counter to try and not have for purchase?? Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. I bought a sweater that was on sale for 65% off. They have a 3 day return policy for those items. Well I understand it's a clearance. I missed the cutoff period by 10 hours. That's fine I get it no returns. But....here is the butt...they had the same sweater at the exact same price and the same color but the larger size . Maybe I can exchange for the correct size. Sounds easy but the answer was...NO and NO. The sales women said....you can buy the larger size but I can't exchange it. Well...I was furious but said nothing and walked away so she and the other sales lady could go back to their personal conversation. BTW...I went to their main office first that is within the store. I spoke with the young lady behind the desk. She said....I'm not sure, you need to ask the sales lady in that department. So....go to Phoenix and shop...you'll be glad you did. read more
