The inside of the store had a very nice and relaxing vibe. It felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to take your time browsing through all the different items. I really liked the wide variety of products the store had to offer. There were stickers, magnets, food items, kitchen appliances, and many other things you could bring home as souvenirs from Flagstaff. The selection made it easy to find something for everyone. They also have quality mugs, carved signs (we grabbed a small one with the initial A for my sister), and even a selection of local artisan paint! I think most of the people who come here do so because they believe in feelings or energy that emanates from objects, like rocks. Just imagining the incredible physical and chemical processes that produced these beautiful earth-made objects amazes me, along with how beautiful they can be. Upon check out we decided against the tote and bought enough to use the $10 off coupon we were provided (and also receive in the mail). The cashier, who appeared to be the manager hastily said that we couldn't do that and then when asking why she said we didn't spend $30 because we were a dollar under before tax. I then grabbed something for $1 to make $30 and she grabbed her headpiece and told the lady on the floor in such an attitude to stop her sales approach because it wasn't working and maintained her rude engagement with us as we paid and left. Customer service First and pushing sales second...I will be sure not to visit this store again. The last thing anyone needs when holiday shopping is to be treated like this.

They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance.
