Of course, she was referring to Crystal Magic, in downtown Flagstaff (Arizona), on the corner of San Francisco Street and Route 66. Admittedly, I was not interested in coming here. But, I could tell that coming here would really make my daughter happy, so in we went. And, as disinterested as I was in coming here, I actually enjoyed looking around this store with my daughter. I think most of the people who come here do so because they believe in feelings or energy that emanates from objects, like rocks. To me, this sounds silly; but having the scientific mind that I do, I did get a lot of enjoyment out of the geological beauty of the items for sale here. Just imagining the incredible physical and chemical processes that produced these beautiful earth-made objects amazes me, along with how beautiful they can be. Looking around in this store was a real treat. It is not only incredibly well organized, but there is also something beautiful to look at in every direction. The owners here must have over a million dollars worth of items for sale here, all packed within this store. They obviously sell several types of precious crystals in multiple forms, but they also sell incense, candles, books, journals, wind chimes, and several other items. I was also pleased with the staff here, who were friendly and professional during my visit. If you're even a little interested in these types of things, Crystal Magic is a great place to shop. You should definitely check this store out if you're in the area. But if you do like the types of things sold here, and you do come inside, be prepared to drop some serious cash. His family is greatly known by the community and his kids deserve more than the tragedy they are enduring plus the political outrage that doesn't even exist here in Northern Arizona. I found the manager of this store to be beyond rude. The lady on the floor was very kind, pushing…read moresales and trying to get you to buy a tote for $10 if you spend $30 and then giving you a coupon for $10 off if you spend $30 so essentially the tote is free. Upon check out we decided against the tote and bought enough to use the $10 off coupon we were provided (and also receive in the mail). The cashier, who appeared to be the manager hastily said that we couldn't do that and then when asking why she said we didn't spend $30 because we were a dollar under before tax. I then grabbed something for $1 to make $30 and she grabbed her headpiece and told the lady on the floor in such an attitude to stop her sales approach because it wasn't working and maintained her rude engagement with us as we paid and left. Customer service First and pushing sales second...I will be sure not to visit this store again. The last thing anyone needs when holiday shopping is to be treated like this.

We had a smaller wedding and ordered the bride's bouquet, a jr. bridesmaid's bouquet, the groom's boutonniere, and a few dozen white roses for table decor. They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance. They were great to work with and delivered our flowers to the venue on time and as planned.
