They sell pottery, jewelry, natural hair and skin products, carvings, herbs, spices, and tea. My friend bought a small elephant shaped stone thing for her boyfriend. I don't know the exact name for it but it looked cool. I ended up buying a small packet of loose leaf ginger tea with a tea sifter. The tea didn't taste good and it wasn't as strong as I would have liked. I love that the big paintings and stone carvings are made by local artists. SERVICE - Service was warm and pleasant. The young man who helped us while inside was nice. Also, I do invest a lot in my make up products at Ulta and other beauty Locations because of my profession and asking for a sample has never been an issue. The manager told the employee that she could only give me one sample. When she was putting the sample together her body language was very irritated and annoyed that I even asked. Customer service is a major part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had at an Ulta store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the level of professionalism and attentiveness in the store.

Some of the items I had ordered were the last in stock. They lost a star for cancelling my order too soon. They did not wait the full 72 hours before cancelling. However, the lady up front was nice enough to let me pick stuff out of the bag that I originally had set aside for me, but was now slated to re-shelf. Unfortunately, my Walgreens cash that I used on the cancelled online order was not refunded to me. Sunday was the last day I was in town, so I didn't have time to call customer service and get that situated before heading back home. They got a decent score because some of the things they had in stock were not in stock at my local Walgreens so I picked them up while here on vacation.
