So, I have decided to write this review. I had an appointment on Monday at 2:50pm for a custom facial. This was my first time to the spa. Kayla was my esthetician. She seemed very nice. The problems began when I got on the table. It was really cold in the room. I guess I expected the table and blankets to be warm considering it was snowing outside. When she started the facial, I just felt she had little to no experience in what she was doing. I have had many facials, and this was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I couldn't even relax and enjoy it because it was so bad. She was also wearing gloves that were too big for her hands, and it just felt so bad on my face. I've never had a facial where the esthetician wore gloves. I am an ER nurse, and I haven't had a facial in over a year. I was really looking forward to this. For a $155.00 facial, my expectations were high. I booked the Custom Facial online and the description I copy pasted below from Vagaro. Custom Facial $155.00 Our Custom 60 min Facial with L.E.D. is a tailored experience designed to address your unique skin concerns. Our skilled estheticians will assess your complexion and create a personalized treatment plan just for you, this facial is all about catering to your specific needs. Walk out with a happy glow that is uniquely. Book Now The facial started at 2:50pm and ended at 3:30pm. That was only 40 minutes, not 60 minutes in the description. There was no LED. There was no assessment of my complexion to create a personalized treatment plan. She didn't talk to me at all during the facial. There were a few extractions which she mostly just concentrated on my nose. I felt she was distracted or something. There was no pressure at all used when she was trying to massage my shoulders. It felt awful. I literally couldn't wait for it to be over. I felt ripped off to be honest. I would not recommend this spa to anyone after my experience.

None of this has even touched the surface on the level of appreciation and service you get. The team here is always asking about your comfort and offering something to keep you happy and hydrated. As long as AJ and Jordann remain in Flagstaff, it is the only place we will go.

This is a family owned business with 30+ years of experience. I most recently got a gel manicure that lasted over 2 weeks with no chips and I'm sure I could've gone another week or two. The services are very reasonably priced, the salon space is bright and clean, and they are very accommodating and friendly. I will continue coming to this salon as my first choice every time.
