No one approached me to offer assistance, and when I asked about samples, the response I received felt dismissive and unhelpful. Also, I do invest a lot in my make up products at Ulta and other beauty Locations because of my profession and asking for a sample has never been an issue. The manager told the employee that she could only give me one sample. When she was putting the sample together her body language was very irritated and annoyed that I even asked. Customer service is a major part of the shopping experience, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had at an Ulta store. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the level of professionalism and attentiveness in the store.

I should have asked more questions and should have trusted my gut feelings but I went for it. It has been almost two weeks and I have gone out to buy deep condtioning products to repair my hair, spending more money. Now, I will need to get my ends trimmed as they are totally fried. Lesson learned, don't think I will go back again.

I had placed an order online for a few things on Thursday. Email said I had 72 hours to pick up…read more However, by the time I showed up on Sunday morning, my order had been cancelled. Some of the items I had ordered were the last in stock. They lost a star for cancelling my order too soon. They did not wait the full 72 hours before cancelling. However, the lady up front was nice enough to let me pick stuff out of the bag that I originally had set aside for me, but was now slated to re-shelf. Unfortunately, my Walgreens cash that I used on the cancelled online order was not refunded to me. Sunday was the last day I was in town, so I didn't have time to call customer service and get that situated before heading back home. They got a decent score because some of the things they had in stock were not in stock at my local Walgreens so I picked them up while here on vacation.
