Customer service at the drive up window. The cashier chose to serve the person who had just driven up after I'd been waiting to be served for several minutes at the outside lane. Not the first time that I've seen this happen. Actually, rating my experience would be a -5, but that's not a choice. read more

I love this Walgreens. Whether I'm at the cashier, photo area, or pharmacy, they are friendly, efficient, and courteous. We received Covid vaccinations for our whole family at the pharmacy here and it was a seamless process for all of my children of varying ages. Keep up the good work! read more

Dirty looking store with poor quality help. Substandard pharmacy experience, but in their defense did seem understaffed with construction going on. One of the assistants had a bad attitude and was stressed and rude and sounded unprofessional. The pharmacist seemed overwhelmed but tried to be helpful. If you appreciate a professional and efficient setting, neither the store nor the pharmacy will cut it for you and you should avoid. read more

I had another great experience at this Walgreens. I called in advance to make sure they had the vaccine before I arrived. When I got there there was no one in line albeit. a few people in the drive up. I waited less than two minutes, and the gentleman help me quickly. The pharmacist gave me the flu vaccine and it was painless. I bought some other items I didn't need, but we're good values. I only wish I could look at the coupons that were printed out. I don't think there has been a time I've gone to a Walgreens here and been disappointed or had issues. Both locations are not great with customer service or helpfulness. The worst part is pharmacy where it is ran from something in the 80s, it is always very slow and medication is almost never ready when it should be. read more

This has been my preferred Walgreens for over 11 years. I've gotten to know the pharmacists well and some of the workers as well. The most memorable person is Ms Kathleen. I absolutely adore her! She always is bubbly and friendly every single day, every single time I walk into Walgreens. She has watched my kids grow up over the years and it's always so much fun to have small talk while she's scanning my items at the register. She always knows where everything is in the store if we ask for something. There are many other great employees here as well, I have no complaints about any of them. Whoever the store manager is really has a great team. They keep the store very clean, very organized and it's always easy to determine prices and sale prices. They really make this location easy to navigate. Photo department is always on top of everything as well. The pharmacy used to be much faster to get in and out with. Since the pandemic started, things have gotten slower. They are giving vaccines at a higher rate than before so that takes much more time, and the drive through is doing rapid testing so that takes much longer times. One day I sat behind a car to pick up one medication and it took 48 minutes. I feel that these rapid tests should be given and then those cars should pull around at a separate waiting area for their results wether it be via text or phone call. That would eliminate the extreme long wait times people wait for their prescriptions in the drive through. Some days I'm in excruciating pain with spinal issues, so the drive through is much easier for me. But waiting that long isn't reasonable at all. So I do hope they can change the way that part works in the near future. I will not dock any stars for the review due to this, as they have been working harder than any other pharmacy I know. It's just a "blip" in the system they have, that would be great if they can fix! read more

Beautiful and clean Walgreens. Nicely organized. I went in to get something quickly printed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me what I needed for 39 cents. I just wanted to say how much I appreciated the assistance from the staff and help to save me a buck. Kudos to the photo department staff. read more

Two 46 year old moms are not a group. We are two 46 year-old mother's that are here for our daughters college graduation, were refused to buy alcohol because one of us left her purse in the house because they considered as a group. I use this Walgreens a lot and I'm grateful we have them in town. I'm also super frustrated with an experience I just had. I placed an order for photo development for about 60.00. I got the email confirmation that it was ready for pickup. So I drove to the store to pick up the order and a manager did the saddest attempt to look for my order. He would randomly pick up a few envelopes and glance (genuinely doubt he was even reading the names). It was so hard not to say "I'm happy to look through the envelopes for my name" I told him I had my order number and email if that was helpful. He ignored me. It was extremely snowy outside and I know they were short staffed but the store was empty and I was there with two small kids. After his weird attempt at "looking" for them he just said. Can you come back for this order later. I said well it says they are printed and ready. He said , "yeah but I need more time to look for them." As I stood there holding my young kids with an email saying they were ready for pick up and I'm now headed back out into the snow to drive home empty handed. read more

As a health care professional, I recognize that pharmacies are overtasked with much more than merely filling prescriptions (which actually is a pretty big responsibility when you consider drug-drug interactions and proper indications). I have used Walgreens for years and most of the locations are pretty good.....but the staff here including Rick the Pharmacist and Audrey the Pharmacy Technician are outstanding. They refill promptly, look for the best prices and are accurate. Pharmacies now offer some services that were once the purview of the family physician and some pharmacies do a better job at it. The pharmacists here make good professional recommendations. This review is for the Walgreens on Hwy 66 and 4th Street. I don't have experience for the other locations in Flagstaff. read more

Literally awful. Order was supposed to be curbside. Nobody ever came out. Go inside to pick up 5$ worth of photos and that took another 20 minutes. I finally get the photos, from another employee (the photo guy chatted with his friend picking up photos the entire time) and I'm told I have to wait to pay for them even though I paid online. Thanks for reminding me why Shutterfly is SO much less of a hassle. read more

Terrible customer service here and always late on filling prescriptions. I have had to pick up two prescriptions on separate occasions and each time it has been well over 6 hours. When you try to call them and ask when it will be done they give you a totally made up pick up time. First prescription I called for about 3 times. On the last phone call told me it would take 15 minutes and would have it done. I waited over 20 minutes and showed up for them to tell me it would be another 30 minutes. Ended up sitting in the pharmacy for over an hour. read more

I've been back many times since my last review and I would say they have drastically improved. I'm not sure if they hired more people, time management, or what happened. However, I can tell you that out of all the times I've been there since, there was only one time where I had to wait a pretty long time. If i could give this walgreens -10395993 stars i would. they are terrible. i called to talk to photos and i asked about photos i dropped off, the woman may not have heard me and didn't want to ask me to repeat what i said and she hung up on me thinking i was asking for pharmacy. i called again and they said when i dropped off my disposable, 2 weeks ago, they told me that they weren't able to do it. so i had been waiting for 2 weeks for my film that they aren't even able to develop. i was not givin a phone call that they couldn't develop my film and i was never givin an apology for not contacting me. i will never be going to this walgreens again. extremely rude and honestly straight up dumb. you have to be a literal rock to work here. any other walgreens in flagstaff is better. read more

Called today helping prescription filled , asked for the Pharmacy mgr ( Jessica?) the most unhelpful person I've came across in years in a health related business! Her attitude sucks and acted like I was doing her a favor . NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills- maybe this is the way they train people for at WALGREENS... Arrived in line at the pharmacy at 12:20 to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Within a minute or two there were four cars behind me. With the two lanes open and full of cars, we could not leave the line. Been here in line for 58 minutes and still not to the window yet. Would have left 45 minutes ago but am trapped. Can't back out. Can't get out of line and go around because of the second line that is full of cars. Did not have this kind of time on our lunch break to sit here. Will definitely have prescriptions filled elsewhere. read more

I have always used Walgreen in different places in the course of our multiple moves around the country. They always provide good service to me and my family. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience with this branch. I called them en route to my home after flying in from Phoenix. My home was another few hours away from flagstaff. I was hoping I can have my medicines refilled so on the way home. However a pharmacy staff by the name of William answered my call. He was very rude and had non existent communication skills. I ask him if I can refill my medicines. He asked me what they were and so I gave him all the names of my medicine except for one that I couldn't recall. I asked him if he has my file and he said he did. I asked him if it has a list of my medicines and he said he did. I asked him if he can read me my list of medications to help me remember the medicine that I forgot. He refused to oblige with my request. He did not even provide a reason for not doing it. He kept asking for the name and I kept explaining to him that I was in a car and I don't have my list and if he can please help me with it since ha has the list in front of him. He crudely even suggested that I go home first then call back. I explained to him that my place is a few more hours flagstaff and it doesn't make sense since he can just name the last medicine that I couldn't remember. Finally in exasperation I asked to speak with someone else. And after a few seconds of explaining my situation she immediately reminded me of the medication that I forgot. Simple solution to a common issue. So next time you decide to use this pharmacy beware of possible lousy customer service. read more

Nice, relatively new, Walgreens. Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from a Walgreens. Parking is easy, getting out of the parking lot not-so-much, you're better off exiting on Riordan because Milton can be VERY busy. read more

Being open 24/7 is SO very convenient for those with work hours, last minute (oops, didnt realize I was out of my sleep med or diabetes med and its 10pm at night) and for those who have ER scripts to fill at all hrs of the night! Im not sure of the prices at the pharmacy dept itself since all my medications are fully covered with my insurance plan, but they fill them VERY fast! All staff goes out of their way to assist with what ever they can, prices are not bad on the rest of the store, and the variety of things they sell is great, considering its only suppose to be a pharmacy originally. Its pretty much an all in one shop kind of place, just allot smaller and easier to get in and out of than a regular store! I go there for most all my needs! read more

Well, probably would have been better if the pharmacy was staffed better for drive-time with pharmacists instead of pharmacy technicians. One technician was very rude about the situation and I heard her say as she was walking through the back, "I hate this job." Other than that, clean store and well stocked. Help the technician find a new job by releasing her from this one and have a better cross over time with the pharmacists and maybe the rating will change. read more

I have been going to this Walgreens for two years now and they have not filled my AUTO prescription twice in a row now. And when I am upset there is absolutely no accommodation. Forgetting to fill someones medication is not okay and I wish I lived in a bigger city so I did not have to deal with this location ever again. read more
