No matter the time of day, when I need a Rx filled, the pharmacy is on it. When I leave a question for the pharmacist, I hear within an hour. The front staff at check-out are unfailingly kind and professional. I am grateful for this CVS. read more

Let me start by saying the male with bushy eyebrows & fluffy hair is an absolute asshole. Completely disrespectful and rude. no matter the job, no one likes late night/last minute customers or patients. We all get it. I have worked in healthcare for 6 years and been a combat medic in the army for 6 as well. I have encountered numerous last minute patients as well as middle of the night in the desert and not ONCE have I treated someone with such disrespect. Reading the other reviews of this place, he should be fired. Threatening their closing time on me, telling me I better be here before 8 or I won't get my meds, and then asking if I knew they closed soon just to follow up with "our last hour is saved for emergencies for people who just left the doctor." Shove a sock in it dude!! You're a pharmacist!! read more

I mean this is just so blatantly bad I see no purpose in the existence of this pharmacy. They cannot fill prescriptions correctly, in a timely fashion, or even be courteous to people when they collectively as a team fall flat on their face every time. CVS on Route 66 is 10x better never had an issue there but somehow every time I come to the target location it's a gigantic flop. Absolutely miserable stuff. read more

do not use this pharmacy stay away from cvs completely incompetent terrible customer service always out of stock wait times are horrible read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This place needs to be investigated. not only are they slow, more importantly they are incompetent. The last two times I have used this CVS location, my perscription has been short 5-6 pills. I am prescribed a schedule 2 controlled medication. These people need to be looked into, do not go here. read more

I have been waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up my meds. They are extremely unorganized and slow. I likely changing to Walmart pharmacy Finally got to the counter after 70 minutes in line and they f-Ed the prescription because they were closed yesterday. The level of organization is bad. read more

Tonight was a not so great experience, again. Between the extremely long wait time and customer service I'm just over using this pharmacy. Tonight I was told they aren't supposed to ring up OTC medicine when picking up your prescriptions because it "takes too much time". Because my daughters medicine had no copay, she told me she could have been done with me and onto the next person if it wasn't for my OTC medicine. She says you're supposed to pay up front. So basically they have you wait 15-20 minutes (or longer) to get your prescriptions then you have to go wait another 5-10 minutes (or longer) up front to check out for OTC meds? I think not. Every other pharmacy allows you to checkout with OTC stuff and even other random stuff. After tonight, I'll be switching pharmacies. This type of nonsense is causing them to loose customers. Maybe they don't care, maybe they do-I don't know. This is just not the level of customer care that my family deserves. read more

Always a SUPER long line inside and they never ever answer the phone. They suck here. And the people aren't that nice

I only write reviews based on exceptionally good or poor service. After my 3rd trip to pick up a prescription that I called ahead to confirm it would be ready... still wasn't. When I expressed my displeasure, I was given excuses and advised to go to another pharmacy. After the same long pattern of poor service, I don't need to be told twice. I will not be giving CVS any more of my business- their customer service is piss poor. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with! I had prescriptions sent there 2 weeks ago and I finally got notice that some of them, not all of them were ready. I got there today and guess what? They're closed! You know why? The pharmacist NEVER SHOWED UP! How professional! They need to close this place up. I've never in my life ever had to deal with such incompetent people! A trained monkey could do a better job! They never answer the phone! They are rude and incompetent! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

THE WORST PHARMACY ON THE PLANET! If I could give these idiots negative stars I would! This pharmacy is hands down full of the most incompetent humans I have ever dealt with in a pharmacy and that's a lot with my medical history. Nothing is ever ready when they say it is. They CONTINUOUSLY HAVE TO ORDER MEDS!!!! And they don't do it until you're out of important meds and asking at the counter or on the phone WHY ARE MY MEFS NOT FILLED!?! These are meds that I have EVERY MONTH AND THEY CANNOT GET THEIR SH*T TOGETHER?!?! Don't even get me started on the time wasting I do going back and forth dealing with these morons NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! . If my insurance didn't REQUIRE me to use this joke of a pharmacy I wouldn't. The type of meds I'm on and require FOR LIFE they're going to mess around and kill someone! NEWS FLASH!!! People take medication because THEY NEED THEM!!! It isn't the same as being out of shampoo or toothpaste and you can just go with out apparently they missed that class in school. read more

It would be super awesome if more than ONE employee worked here. We stood in line for a solid 15 minutes with only 2 people in front of us and by the time it was our turn 8 people were behind us. On a Tuesday at 4pm... what?? I had forgotten to pick up my daughters prescription before we left Phoenix and we were going to be in Flagstaff for 3 days so I asked them to cancel the refill down in Phoenix and transfer it up here. They tell me they can't do that... the Phoenix CVS has to transfer it. Sooooo I get on the phone with my CVS and they proceed to tell me Flagstaff CVS is insane and they have to be the ones to do it. What a sh*t show. All while my adhd 6yo is waiting "patiently" God help me! Then the girl helping me just walks away behind the counter and sends someone else out. Who apparently knows how to do things and transfers the refill there. After wasting 15 more min of my life and then they say it'll be 25 min to fill it. Really now? Get your act together, Target CVS. You're embarrassing actual CVS pharmacies. read more

If I could give you zero stars I would. I had a surgery today and my doctor called my medication in hours early so that it would be ready when I was out. It's now almost 7 pm and I've been out of surgery for almost 3 hours and my medicine still isn't ready. And all my pain medication from surgery is wearing off as well. How do you prioritize your patients prescriptions? I live 30 min out of town so my mother had to take me drop me at home and then go back to your stupid pharmacy to see if it's maybe ready it's bullshit. You are causing people pain that need their medication ESPECIALLY AFTER SURGERY CARE MORE ABOUT PEOPLES CARE. I also had to pick up antibiotics from the same pharmacy and they took 3 days too fill my script? 3 day? Are you kidding me maybe you should figure out a more efficient way to run your side of the pharmacy. read more

I requested my prescriptions be transferred to Walgreens with a drive thru, Thursday at 5pm. They called me Friday at 10:30am and said they were completing it right then. It is now 2pm on Friday and the prescriptions for antibiotics for pneumonia still have not been transferred. People can die from pneumonia, and I am a high risk person. 24 hours and can't transfer prescriptions. I guess you will hear from my lawyer if I end up in the ER or hospitalized because you can't transfer prescriptions in a timely manner. Can't pick them up. Can't get them transferred. Can't get doctor to write new prescriptions because she is off today. Wtf read more

This pharmacy is grossly negligent is getting people their prescriptions on time. My boyfriend is on medication that has side effects that include SEIZURES when not getting his prescription on time. They are incompetent in communicating with doctors and insurance companies in order to get his prescription out on time. He goes above and beyond to communicate with his doctor and insurance and is never in the wrong. It is simply the incompetence of the workers at this pharmacy. My friend also gets her birth control through this pharmacy, and she never has her prescription ready on time, through no fault of her own. The pharmacists are superbly helpful, but the techs and other associated workers should be fired. Get it together. read more

Called them multiple times with no answer. They are generally very slow and it's better off just sending it somewhere else

This is hands down the worst pharmacy. The pharmacist is rude and staff is not helpful. My daughter started at NAU and needed her prescriptions from a CVS near us moved there and filled. They told her she had to call the CVS and then that CVS told her all they needed to do was go into the system and pull it over, they told her they don't "send" them anywhere, but are accessible anywhere in the US. Once she got that fixed the next time she needed a prescription they said she wasn't in their system and that they again, couldn't get the prescription that was wrongly sent to our local CVS. They were so rude and nasty my sick daughter left in tears and she isn't a cryer! We moved all her prescriptions over to Walgreens across the street and they are extremely helpful and polite. read more

Such a joke. Pharmacists/most pharmacy techs are super rude both over the phone and in-person. This pharmacy never seems to have anything ready on time and asks you to wait even when they tell you it's ready. They are also not knowledgeable about insurance, which would be okay except when they affect your care because of their misinformation. I tried to call to inform them of something my insurance was doing after directly talking to someone at the insurance company, and they told me I was wrong because they had "been doing this for a long time." I feel bad for all the people that get screwed over here. read more

I would give a negative review if I could. The wait times are the worst of any pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. It takes an hour just to get to a tech or the pharmacist just for them to never have your prescription ready. You then have to wait an additional 30+ minutes for it to be filled. They have 3 people working yet most are doing absolutely nothing. You could have two people in front of you but will have to wait hours. Most the time, it's so bad, there's 20 plus people waiting in line. Get it together! read more
