The pharmacist told me that my doctor didn't have prescribing rights through the insurance company even though I was picking up another medication from the same doctor. The pharmacist was rather disrespectful and he did raise his voice at me and dismissed my concerns by saying he had 15 flu shots to give out. The pharmacy tech also had me wait 30 minutes to attempt to get the medication through the insurance company, she neglected to use a pharmacy card for the medication; I had to remind her. I am in pain constantly, I have an open wound on my tailbone and it hurts very badly; I sat and waited for the medicine. The medication was an anti-depressant and I felt completely disrespected and dismissed. I had my mom pay for a medication that she could hardly afford. I would understand if it was pain medication but it was not.

I was treated so politely and helpfully over the phone, I drove from Prescott to Flagstaff for what I needed. I want to share my wonderful experience with All-Med Equipment & Services. My husband had a new CPAP machine and had only worn it for a few weeks. He left the mask on the nightstand. Our dog must have been enticed by the head-strap because he chewed it to pieces. It would seem like a simple thing to replace, but it was an hellacious experience, trying to get one. In the process, my husband wasn't sleeping at all, and his health was deteriorating . We tried Prescott Valley, three places in Phoenix to no avail for various reasons. We just needed a HEAD STRAP!! Our PHX doctor's office participated in the effort, calling All-Med Equipment & Supplies in Flagstaff. They told me I'd really like this medical supply store, giving me the phone number. I immediately called and spoke to Paul Bremer, Branch Manager. He was warm, kind and answered all my questions. I didn't know the brand name of my husband's CPAP machine because I was in Munds Park and he was in Phoenix. The machine was in Prescott! Paul Bremmer said he knew he could make one work to fit his face mask and to bring up the machine, if possible. We were elated! The following week I showed up at the store on Fourth Street in Flagstaff. It's in a strip mall just before you reach Sonic, heading north. There's good signage on store. I was warmly greeted by Alfred, a Field Technician. He introduced me to Mr. Bremer, who also warmly greeted me, remembering exactly who I was and my need. He went to work on the head strap. Within a few minutes, with a big smile, he returned with a new strap that will work perfectly. They were as happy as I was that the problem was solved. Mr. Bremer said if anything didn't work with the machine, strap or mask to definitely bring them by and he would adjust it for my husband's use ability and comfort. Shop is very clean and everyone there was kind and helpful. It is new management, and if your experience is as good as mine, that will be your go-to place for medical supplies. I know it will be mine, regardless of the drive!

He explained to her exactly what was going to happen and remained calm which helped her. He did a great job with the stitching and a week later, it's healing really well and I don't think the scar will be very visible. We came around 430pm on a Monday and were in and out within an hour! They didn't take my medi-share insurance and I had to pay in full while I was there. But the price was fair and I preferred that instead of being sent a large bill 6 months later which seems to be common practice for medical establishments. Thank you flagstaff urgent care!

My wife was willing to get her tubes tied, but after four children she has done more than her fair share in building our family. It was my turn, and time for a vasectomy. The thought of it made me cringe. I couldn't even read about the different procedures without getting queasy. In my research I read a lot about the no scalpel method, and Dr Rumohr came highly regarded. I was in the office for another procedure and asked that they call me to schedule because I knew I'd never proactively do it myself. A week later they called, and we got scheduled. The day before the procedure I freaked out and had tons of questions. They split my appointments so I could get some time with the Doc prior. After coming in for the consultation I was put fully at ease. The staff was super attentive and not judgmental about a grown man being a huge baby. Dr Rumohr has an amazing bedside manner, and didn't seem to be bothered by me asking several follow up questions. Very personable, confident, and clearly experienced. I knew I was in good hands. Today I took the Valium, had my wife drive me in, and prepared for what I thought was going to be crazy pain. I was completely wrong. I opted for the nitrous, well worth the extra fee by the way, and about 20 minutes later I was heading home. No real pain, nothing crazy to write about. I have a week to get back to being semi normal still, but I'm quite confident this was the best decision both in procedure (no scalpel) and Doctor. Very impressed, and will recommend Dr Rumohr to all of my buddies that were waiting and watching how I handled it. If you're looking for a vasectomy, this is your doctor!
