This is the worst place to go, pharmacists are very rude. I dropped off the medication and was told that someone would me within 2 businesses day. I waited 2 weeks and no one called me or left message. I was hung up by a female twice while I called them for status. It will be my last time to go over there. read more

The store is good, but the problem is the employees. The customer service lady couldn't find my order that I placed on line. Then she told me to wait because she wants to go ahead help the next customer in line just because she couldn't find my order. I went back to store later that day. Another lady found my order right away. The customer service for Target had gone from excellent to very poor. I am taking my business somewhere else from now on. read more

5 star love this target! I don't usually check in on yelp for shopping at Target. They've always have outstanding service but today someone named Michael went above the extra mile. We were waiting for our drinks at Starbucks when Michael over heard us (me and my fiancé) talking and joking about heading to aisle 9 and use target's microwave display to heat up our cheese Danish since the Starbucks inside target doesn't have a microwave. And Michael turns around and smiled and said "would you like me to heat up your Danish?" We both looked at each other and said "oh we were just joking, but okay!" This one is one of the cleanest and well stocked ones I've been to and trust me I've been to alot over the years. I don't venture to Diamond Bar often from where I live in OC, but I might venture up there more often just to go to this Target. This review is for the Starbucks inside this Target store. I visited a Starbucks inside a Target store with the intention of using a coupon I received from purchasing something inside the Target store. The coupon was for a Buy One, Get One Free Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte that was valid only in Starbucks at Target stores. The coupon states Expires 10-29-12 which is the date I visited the store. I show the Starbucks barista my coupon and he states that I won't be able to use it since its already expired. In my experience, the date shown is the absolute last day you can use the coupon, not the date that it is expired. If that was the case, it should say Expires BEFORE 10-29-12. I didn't get upset with the barista (he's just doing his job) but he stated that even if he tried to use the coupon, it would say expired and that he'd been telling people this all day. Well if it's a common occurrence that people are getting confused, you should probably change the wording on the coupon. As I'm writing this complaint, I'm looking at the coupon and upon reading the back of the coupon, it states, "Expires on date stated." Not "before." Either the wording needs to be changed on the coupon or the registers need to be able to scan the coupon on the date stated as the expiration date. I'd just like to share my grievance as I am accustomed to excellent service at Target and Starbucks and would like to continue shopping at these establishments but not if they have illogical rules on their coupons. (PS. I tried to complain on Target's website however it stated my statement was not a valid question or comment.) read more

This Target is the bomb. I'm within walking distance, and this store always supplies me with my wants and needs. Whether it's a gallon of milk, a bicycle or a dress shirt, you can find it here. And when the wife drags me shopping for extended periods, the snack bar is amazing. I mean, where else in Diamond Bar can you feed yourself a full meal for under $3? I'm never a person to complain. I work at retail as well but this was just a Unacceptable situation that oocured Especially around the holidays. I had ordered online to pick up from the store at 8am for a Polaroid camera they said they were in stock at diamond bar and it would take 2 hours to package up and get ready. I was like yea no problem not a big deal. I then get an email at 11:30 saying they didn't have it to go to a different location and I did and waited yet again but got tired of waiting and decided to go to the orginal store to see if they did have the Polaroid. I went to the electronic section and what to do i see? A bunch of Polaroids on the shelf. So whoever is working the online distribution section and said that there was none 1 your being lazy and 2 you lied to a customer which is not fair because we have Christmas presents to get during this holiday. So it was just wasting my time and if whoever it was was just being lazy and didn't want to get it maybe they should have asked someone else to do it for them. I know it can get busy around the holidays trust me I know. I just think it wasn't necessary to LIE to a customer that something was out of stock and it clearly wasn't. read more

Who doesn't love Target? Especially this location, it's fairly new and very large. They have pizza hut and starbucks, even a fresh produce section for groceries! You can get multiple things done in one place. That's like heaven when you have to go get groceries, drug store things, and household items! I can just look through everything and spend a long time here, but it can get a little annoying when I just want to get chips all the way at the back and walk to the registers again. But I guess that's just me being lazy! Another thing I love is their variety of items. Target offers many brands that alot of other stores don't. One example is their nail polish section. OMG, theres like an entire shelf dedicated to all kinds of colors and companies! I always end up spending like $7 for a bottle I will only use a couple of times. -_- Why is it that they look so much better in store than when I bring it home?! It must be the lighting... I frequent this Target almost 5 times a week. I go there for everything I need as it's pretty much next-door to my house. The store is decent, fairly new. They never have the cat litter I need in-stock and they also don't have a garden section, which pisses me off. However, being less than a mile from my front door and walking distance for when I need a loaf of bread for my tuna sandwich and my car has been borrowed, I really couldn't ask for more. I was at target this morning as soon as it opened. We were about 4 customers walking in at that time. Not a good morning or any type of acknowledgment from employees. Anyway, made my way to the back of the store to get some stuff. Passed several employees along the way and not a smile or good morning. At one point, I was looking at the hair products and an employee passed right in front of me without an excuse me or can I help you. I said excuse me and she just looked back and kept walking. Where is the customer service? This really validates why I order from Amazon online instead of going to a brick and mortar. Please teach some customer service or hire friendlier staff. read more

This is the closest Target location to our house and it is very clean and organized, but the customer service is horrible! I've been to the Pomona store and it is smaller and less organized, but surprisingly the customer service was better here as well as the Brea location. I placed a order online for several items, after it was confirmed I received an email saying that it was canceled. I contacted this location (where I was to pick up my items) not only could they not find my order number they could not tell me why this occurred. I called their 800 number and more of the same, it is ridiculous, why did I even bother placing the order. Now am I getting the run around because they haven't fully canceled the transaction with my bank and the money that I purchased the items with is in a "processing state" Last time I shop there. read more

It's always out of stock of common items, and they like to close all registers to force you to serve yourself at the self-checkout. The pizza / food counter is always closed at lunch when people want to buy food. I ask for merchandise and no one ever knows what's in stock, so they automatically say they don't carry the item just so you'll go away. read more

Other than a new facility, this Target really doesn't have much to offer. Since all the products & prices are the same, might as well go to the Target in City of Industry (on Colima) for some customer services. I noticed the poor customer service since the 1st time I shopped here. Their staffs run away from customers, clueless to any question, cashiers' greetings are friendly but useless. This Target reminds me of Walmart; their vests may say "how may I help you" but they don't really want to help. This time they really pissed me off. My pictures were promised to be ready @ 5:50pm on the receipt so I specifically drove back to pick them up @ 7pm. No one was at the photo booth so I had to ask staffs from return booth for help. They couldn't find my pictures, couldn't find any photo staff to help, couldn't tell me anything other than "your order is in queue" and "the machine is out of paper." I was there over 30 minutes so my friend told me just to go to Walmart for cheaper price or Walgreen's for some real services. This location is best keep out if you want service. read more

I live in Diamond Bar so it's super convenient to shop here, however it's always a long line to check out. This target usually only has two lines open and it's such a pain when you see employees just walking around. I was fed up one night and asked to speak with a manager. He took a while to walk to the front from guest services which was even more annoying. I told him my problem and he walked away from me! You can only imagine how much more angry I became so I asked the cashier for his name. I left, called the store for a different manager and it took forever for them to get on the phone with me. I talked to a lady named Stacy, which was much more professional. Don't come to this Target, seriously what kind of manager walks away from a customer? Obviously this Michael clown. Let me start off by saying that I love target. Their associates are generally friendly and helpful, the stores are relatively clean, especially compared to Walmart, and their prices are great. I was unimpressed by the customer service today, however. Apparently, you can not return holiday items after the holiday. It doesn't matter if you purchase the holiday item after the holiday, which was the case this time, but the Diamond Bar store will not take it back. This differs from store to store I was told, and if this is true, this was inconvenient enough for this mom of 2 small kids that I will not be returning to this store. This is a large enough and profitable enough company that I feel this policy does not make sense. I also don't appreciate that there is no sign posted around the holiday items saying that they are indeed final sale. Customer service hides behind a small sign at their register saying that their return policies can change at any time whether you have a receipt saying something completely different. read more

My girlfriend and I are traveling and had to stop in for a few things, and we were harassed twice about our service dog. He was wearing his tags but not a vest, and both employees were extremely rude when they asked if he was a service animal. The second employee went so far as to tell us he should be wearing his vest, which she suggested with unnecessary attitude. We have taken him to countless targets and never been harassed like this. We are never coming to this location again and are extremely disappointing in our treatment here. We have family in the area and we will be informing them of our poor experience so they don't have one as well. read more

Definitely a fan of this Target location! It is my 2nd most favorite Target location (the first being the one in Brea). This location is pretty clean and organized. Not too many ghetto, shady people shopping here either. It does annoy me however, that the entrance is located on one side and is not centered. Well, this target is like most others good prices, quality and good employees. The one difference about this target is that it's up on a hill. Which gives it a nice view. Also that means this place has its own parking lot, almost. I think it shares it with a small restaurant. read more

This has got to be the nicest and cleanest Target I have ever shopped in and for some reason I've shopped in 20+ different stores, odd. It's funny because a lot of people would think since this is a newer Target that would explain it's condition, I don't think that's really the case. I don't know what is worse - Target or CVS. All I wanted to do it get some cold tablets. There were 3 manned check stands that were 7 deep and the self check out that had 2 waiting in front of me. Of the 4 self serve registers, only 2 were working. Unfortunately, of the 2 that were working both needed intervention from a worker that roamed by - twice. Oh, Target, why don't you restrict purchased at self serve for less than 10 items. One of the carts in front of me had at least 20 items. I get to the register put my lone one item through, it rings up and then says assistance needed. It appears that cold tablets require intervention. I walk over to "customer" service and tell them all 4 of their machines need intervention. The worker comes over, keys a lot of numbers in and walks away. I put my credit card in and, you guessed it, need more intervention. If she would have waited 10 more seconds I could have been done. Another roamer comes by and I tell him I need assistance. He keys his secret numbers in and says, "just, hit finish and pay" as if it was my fault. Another item for Target, why don't you take the lead from Home Depot and station someone at the self serve registers since there is so much intervention needed. I give one point for self serve and I take 1/2 a point away since 2 machines were down. I give one point for the workers but take 1/2 a point away due to the last person being an arrogant worker. This Target is clean and very close to my home. But unfortunately there are a lot of things that keep it from being as good as the other Targets in the area. First the food selection is lacking. Especially the fresh foods and selection of other foods doesn't have as wide a variety as other Targets. Also in this Target specifically you really must look at the sell by dates on the food products. There are A LOT of foods that are beyond the sell by dates. The past couple of months during week days, for the first few hours, they don't have a live checker to handle check out and bagging, etc. They only have the self-serve, which does have a person who will help you, but isn't convenient for me personally. I used to purchase a cart full of items. Now I feel I have to cut back on my purchases and order items on line from Amazon Prime Pantry to do my shopping. read more

Had I reviewed this Target when it first opened, I would have given it 3.5 stars only! Why? Let me tell you! When I first found that some (bigger, newer) Targets were selling wine I was SO happy! One of my most favorite things and one of my most favorite places together...at last! Then...I found out that a Target was going to be open close to me! Even closer than West Covina, and I was ecstatic! Then...the Target in Diamond Bar opened, and GUESS WHAT? They didn't sell wine! I was so pissed. SO UPSET! But then...a while back, I noticed the liquor license pending announcement on the door of the DB Target, and now...this Target is perfect! It has everything you could ever want. I especially like that when it comes to food, the Archer Farms brand is getting better and better, so is the Target brand. This makes me happy, because they are cheap! And now, this whole Target $1 front section is a new fixation for me! I bought almost every single 'The Office' item they were selling! I LOVE me some Target! read more

TARJAYYYYY!! On any give day, you can find me traversing through the aisles of Target. It is my go-to place to buy anything and everyhing. Especially now that Target offers produce, I can literally buy ANYTHINNG here! Target limes ftw. Don't get me started about the dollar bins. Mini potted plants for a dollar?? wha??? Mines died within a week, but lets just say I'm not good at taking care of plants. There is always parking to be found, though you might not get a good parking spot, and there is always people milling about near the entrance. I thought this Target is great, it's big and clean and always have some good sales, the only downside to this place is that sometimes it smells kinda funny if you know what I mean, like somebody just passed on some gas. One time I was walking in the major isle and I thought WTF???? So I went into the smaller isle thinking that I am safe from the green gas, but NO...... so then zig-zaged to different isle but then the stank just kept following me, then I realized "OMG I am on the trail of the farter".
