Now, it is the part of my apartment interior and I am very thankful to Kevin and the store management. I will need a kitchen table and chairs for my dining area soon and I know where I will go to get them. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use by the entrance. This place is available for customers to come in to view furniture. However, you must call in in advance to schedule an appointment with them due to COVID-19. They are limiting their capacity, so they don't really allow walk ins. They are also doing this because they want to ensure that there is an employee available to help answer all of your questions and concerns. If you suddenly come in, there may not be an employee available to assist you in case you have any questions or concerns. So please call in advance. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was looking for furniture in this store with my mom several weeks ago in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: A plethora of parking. Seriously. You can park anywhere you want in the lot. It's massive. So few cars there during COVID. Furniture: Lots of furniture to choose from. However, if you do not find what you are looking for, have no fear. You can take a look at their plethora of catalogs to find what you are looking for. Staff: The employee helping my mother and I went above and beyond to assist us. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap. So I went to the back door where there's parking in rear. Also locked. Except for the garage full of merchandise that's wide open. So they keep a bunch of furniture outside but they lock the front door if you want to go in to purchase anything. Brilliant business strategy. If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.
