    COVID-19: Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All…read morecustomers are expected to wear a mask too. The staff also wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use by the entrance. This place is available for customers to come in to view furniture. However, you must call in in advance to schedule an appointment with them due to COVID-19. They are limiting their capacity, so they don't really allow walk ins. They are also doing this because they want to ensure that there is an employee available to help answer all of your questions and concerns. If you suddenly come in, there may not be an employee available to assist you in case you have any questions or concerns. So please call in advance. They are also sanitizing in between customers. While I was looking for furniture in this store with my mom several weeks ago in this establishment, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment. Parking: A plethora of parking. Seriously. You can park anywhere you want in the lot. It's massive. So few cars there during COVID. Furniture: Lots of furniture to choose from. However, if you do not find what you are looking for, have no fear. You can take a look at their plethora of catalogs to find what you are looking for. Staff: The employee helping my mother and I went above and beyond to assist us. Even though we unfortunately did not find what we wanted in the store or the catalog, she was kind enough to take down my number and promised to contact me if she found what we wanted. She ended up texting me several times and showed me pictures of couches that we might possibly like. I love how dedicated she is to her job. She deserves a raise.

    We had been sofa shopping for a few weekends before we decided to go to Ashley. We went to a few…read morechain stores and had no luck and high-pressure sales tactics. When we walked into Ashley, we were initially expecting the same. We were greeted by Kiet who asked exactly what we were looking for (high back, high arm rests, removable seat, covers, within our budget, and high-performance fabric to hold up to our cat!) and took us to the area of the store that had items with our exact specifications. Within just a few minutes, we found our couch! It hasn't been delivered yet, but I just wanted to take a minute to give this place a shout out. I highly recommend to anyone who might be in Goldilocks mode when it comes to furniture shopping.

My wife and I are almost never at home, so this couch has seen virtually no use. There is absolutely no justification for this kind of failure. To make matters worse, I was sold an "extended warranty" with clear assurances that it would cover everything, including cushion issues. That turned out to be completely false. After two so-called "expert" inspections and more than six phone calls totaling hours of my time, they are now denying coverage and backtracking on what was promised. This is not just poor quality, it is blatant misrepresentation. I have two witnesses who were present when I was told the warranty would cover cushion failure, especially this early on. Now they are pretending otherwise. I will be taking this matter to small claims court. Avoid this company at all costs. I will never buy from them again and will continue sharing this experience so others do not fall into the same trap.
