Not a fan of the barista at sbux. They took a while to get to me even though there was only one customer before me. I just wanted a quick iced coffee to break my 20 dollars bill. They never called out my drink and she lectured me about ordering creamer in advance. Normally I see creamer out by the napkin area unless sbux changed their polciy recently. No napkins as well since I had to take some coffee out to make room for creamer. Customer service is no bueno. read more

I just went to Target in Diamond Bar to run errands this morning. This is the Target that I always go to, and it's clean, neat, and organized. The staff there were friendly and greeted people when I walked by. They have a lot of selections in each category. I used Target Wallet to check out, and they scanned my barcode. I had some problems applying certain discounts at checkout, but they were able to figure it out. Sometimes they may be out of stock on certain items, but overall it's a nice Target. read more

I went into this store for Nicorette gum which was in a locked cabinet. The cabinet did not have a button to call someone to open it. I asked at the pharmacy she said to walk all of the way to customer service. I went to customer service the man there had no idea who could open the cabinet. He asked a coworker who also had no idea how to open this cabinet. I went home to call the manager I was put on hold for 5 minutes and Mike the manager never picked up. read more

It's not the most convenient Target for me to go to, but it's not bad the times that I've visited. Extremely large parking lot with only a couple other businesses there. Since it serves the Diamond Bar area it can get quite busy and because of that, it can be a bit disorganized and disheveled in some areas, but honestly not the worse for how busy it general is. Selection is standard like any other Target, again make sure to shop well in advance for seasonal and holiday items because by the time it gets close to the actual holiday, most of the things are already gone (many such cases). Price is similar to all other Targets in the area. A bit more difficult to hunt for W clearance items here (I'm thinking by the time I'm there, the stay at home moms have already cleared it in mid morning). Decent Target, what can I say? read more

Target is my go-to store for household items, from towels, pillows, to laundry soap, office supplies, groceries (produce, deli, meat, bread, eggs, milk beer and wine). I can drop by to buy cell phone accessories, toys, pajamas and slippers, gift cards/wrapping. and baby registry items. I can't think of any daily items they do not carry. The quality of the merch is good and reasonably priced. I recently renewed by Script subscription for same day delivery. I use their app to browse for what I need, put them in my "cart," for pickup or delivery. They have dedicated shoppers that will pack your merchandise. It has been a great convenience that I used during the pandemic and occasionally still use today. I'm a satisfied and returning customer. If you haven't tried the same day delivery option, I recommend it when you don't have a lot of time to go shopping. Don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary sent ya! read more

I honestly think the Diamond Bar Target is one of the best Targets around. Sure, there are some newer and bigger locations out there, but this one has something special about it. First of all, it has a dedicated Disney section, which already puts it a step above a lot of other stores. The whole store just feels more lively and well kept compared to many other Targets I've been to. The aisles are usually clean, things are organized, and it actually feels pleasant to shop here instead of rushed or chaotic. The staff are generally helpful, the store is well stocked, and it feels like they take pride in keeping this location in good shape. It might not be the newest or flashiest Target, but it has great energy, good selection, and a welcoming vibe. Proud to have this as my local Target. Nothing bad to say about this location. I've shopped here for years and what I can say is that my experience has always been good. The parking lot is big enough to always find a spot, and even if you do park far, this business is close enough to other places like Starbucks and Crumbl, where you almost have to visit those places too. I think what makes this Target unique is its location within a hill. Driving towards it always feels like I'm heading into the Justice League Hall of Justice. Quite the ethereal experience, but otherwise, a solid and reliable spot for shopping. read more

TAR J use to be my absolute favorite but definitely lost its moxy like most other retailers like this one but whenever in town and visiting this is my go to spot.......!! My son got a game for a special occasion. The game was locked up and thought to be sealed. But then after we got home we noticed the game had been retapped closed. Very disappointing for my son to open it and see no game. But when we called to report it immediately, the manager on duty "Jovanny" assisted me and apologized multiple times for the disappointment my son experienced. He even gave my son a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. He was a very kind and helpful manager. This is the type of person that target should be proud to have managing their stores. This target carries Lab Joy or maybe is Joy Lab Great selection of work out clothing. I love gym outfits and gear. I also love to dress like Posh Spice so it worked out and still does lol It's pronounced Tarzjay jk jk. The value for their clothes is great. The quality is definitely there. The service is up and down depending on who you receive service from and depending on if they are having a good or bad day but other than that, Target is consistent with the quality of their products. This Target is the closest in the area and it is located in the city of Diamond Bar. They have a large parking lot and also some electrical chargers for certain cars. I've been here plenty of times before and after Covid and have found that recently the lines have been insane. I know it is the holidays and staff shortage is very real in California. But sometimes waiting 20 minutes in line is just a little crazy. The overall Target is pretty organized but the clothes sizing is limited. Walked up to self check out tonight which had all registers open with no one at them or in line (sep 18 7:33pm) with a few items in my cart over the 10 item limit. The girl working (slightly curly hair) told me I couldn't check out there and that I had to go wait in the regular check out line which. There were only two regular check outs open, both with lines. So I had to go stand in line which added onto my shopping time. I literally could have checked out in the time it took me to walk from the self check out register to the line of the other register. I like to go to this target because they are very organized and spacious. There are great variety of products to choose. They also have Disney and Sephora inside. The only downside is lately they have closed half the self checkout machines on the day time and close the entire self checkout at night which is creating longer line for cashier. read more

This is my go to location when ever I need cosmetics, clothing, toiletries any of house products I need. The store is well organized and super clean but couple weeks ago on the hottest weather, cashier forgot to put in 3 small items in my bag after I paid for it. She was elderly lady and was nice and friendly. And even took her time checking each eggs, spinning each one, to making sure there were no broken ones. I appreciate that but when I got home 3 small items like plastic hooks for the walls, crazy glue, some Velcros were missing . When I got home, I been searching all over the cars and house. I checked the receipt and it was rang up so I kept calling customer service but no answers just lots of self talking answering machine. So I had to go back out on Hot day worrying if it will be still there, Luckily it was there 3 items inside the plastic tote under her cash register. She didn't know about until I mentioned it. Couldn't remember me from an hour ago. I had to explain and she did apologize. I do understand these things can happen but lot of hassle and time has wasted and worrying. If someone answers the phone in customer service, at least I didn't have to search and worry for an hour :( read more

I went to Target tonight, which is one of my favorite stores. Christopher M. was our check-out clerk. He started ringing up my families merchandise with a sneering face and no greeting or acknowledgement. Odd?? He slammed all 8 of my items on the counter (one-by-one) totalling $240.00, as he smacked his gum loudly (his appearance was sloppy, un-professional, and dishevelled). He was very slow counting out the money to place in the register after our purchase . . . with a smirky grin on his face. I hope to return to my favorite store in Diamond Bar and check-out with Chrishtopher M. on another occasion. Adding to the list of reviews about how poorly managed this location is. I live around here and it seems the employees are always clueless and cannot answer any questions. They just redirect me to someone else who also doesn't know anything. Today I talked to SEVEN employees to ask for help with a sale item and none of them could figure it out. In the end they brought out the top manager and she flat out refused to do it. I went to Target in La Habra shortly after to try again and they did it in less than a minute. This is the third time I interacted with the top manager and each time she is unable/refuses to help me. I agree with other reviewers the checkout lines are usually long. The request help buttons around the store never work either. I buzz them and employees just walk by oblivious. read more

I second all other Yelpers who rated this particular Target 3 stars....way before the Pandemic, lines would form ridiculously long I finally gave up so switched to the West Covina branch which I found out was a Lot more efficient there nowadays as compared to this Diamond Bar location. Since the West Covina branch opened, I have not driven back to Target, Diamond Bar so prolly won't have a need to do so. I noticed that employees work at Target in Diamond Bar never smile to their customers. Besides, in the store no one refilled hand sanitizer and cart wipes. I asked the employee who stood near the cart wipes area why there were no cart wipes, he told me they were out of the wipes. This answer was rediculous. Target is selling hand sanitizers, antibacterial hand wipes and other sanitizer products to customers. The best answer sould be "Their employees are just lazy." read more
