the parking at this target is probably the first thing I can mention. It has tons of parking and it makes it really easy to get in and out of the store. I hate when I have to go to a department store in the parking is arduous. It makes it really difficult. I have a difficulty with my leg and it's not always easy for me to get around. I am not very mobile. So the fact that the parking at this location is very conducive to me getting in and out of the store cuz something I really appreciate. Once you get inside the store the vibe of the store is really chill. The electronics department has a lot of the things that you're looking for. I was able to buy a printer and I was able to buy a phone charger as well. Phone charger with extremely long cord. Those are my favorite this target has them video games are another things I typically like to buy at this target location. Especially during Christmas time for my kids. But again that dang phone charger with the long cord is something they have and I always appreciate that read more

I did really good with all the help on the floor until I went to check out, the checker was the worst ever, I've been in the public service business for my whole life and this person was the most unfriendly I have dealt with. After she rang me up I gave my money with change coming back dollars and cents, she didn't give me change then I asked for my change she only gave me the cents and not the dollars when I corrected her again she seemed put out and the whole time she never Apologized or even said anything to me. As a former employee at Sephora with more than 25 years experience in the beauty industry and a store manager one thing I cannot stand is a snippy beauty advisor. As I am just enjoying a day out and listening to my music this girl Ash comes up from behind me saying something, I can't hear her because again I have my AirPods in. As I'm looking at her I smiled and pointed to my ears that I can't hear, she continued to say something I finally took them out and asked her if I could help her, she then say can I help you? I'm confused at this point if I needed help or had questions I'd ask. Mind you I have a couple of Ouia in my cart. But was still looking around at things. Didn't have any intention of leaving the area at that point. She made it a point to say "don't leave the area till you pay" What's the point of all this? I get loss prevention is an issue especially in that cosmetics area. I have personally dealt with it. But seriously don't be a flat out bitch to customers. There was nothing I was doing that warranted that ton of voice or flat out attitude. All really that needed to be said was a hey if you need anything I'm here and just make sure you pay before you leave the area as we have to keep our items in this area. Officially my new favorite target! They have an Ulta and their maternity section has plenty of sizes! Also love the massive grocery section. This store is well kept and very clean. The staff also seem to be happy at work and happy to help with any questions. The Starbucks is also a nice convenience. A great combo for a mom just looking for a little "me" time. The baby clothes section is also HUGE and so much to choose from. This store is so much nicer than the location closest to me in Laguna Beach. My wife purchased a birthday present online for our son's birthday from this Target because the website said it had four in stock. I drove all the way out to this location to pick it up only to be told they don't have any in stock, that the website is never accurate, and that our order "would have been canceled anyway, anywhere from two to four hours". This location is busy. Like...really busy. And the parking lot is never fun. But I understand why it's a popular location. Once you're inside, it's a delight. I believe they recently remodeled everything so it feels fresh, clean, and new in there. The layout is a bit odd in some areas, but once you figure out where everything is, you will enjoy roaming the aisles picking up everything you need. During COVID days, I appreciate the employee at the doors checking for masks as well as providing hand sanitizer for anyone who wants it. It makes it feel like they at least care a bit about our safety while inside. read more

Large (Includes a grocery area and a home decor area) Targets with plenty of parking are my jam :) I live in between this Target and the one on Bristol near South Coast Plaza and I will purposefully go out of my way to visit this location over the other. It is ALWAYS a pleasurable experience shopping at this location and often times feels like a completely different company/store than some other Targets in the area. I'm always able to find parking somewhat close to the entrance of the store and every section throughout the store seems to be very well stocked and organized as well. I also never feel crowded walking through this store since it is such a large location. Staff also seem to always be stocking shelves in the grocery area and friendly & helpful. Feels a bit weird giving a common retail store like Target 5 stars but here ya go. read more

This target is always out of things. The shelves are barren and the place is usually a mess. I don't blame the staff, there are so many people coming and going and most are pretty inconsiderate. There is a huge homeless population around this target so just be careful. I had a homeless man follow me in and around the store a few months back and a worker noticed and approached him, asking him to leave so I do feel safe but if this wasn't the closest target to me I would not go. read more

The customer service desk moves quickly for online order pick-ups and recently have been using the drive up option, which is amazing when I have my kids with me. I thought it was nice to see that there was roughly 10-12 parking spots just designated for pick up..however there were such a shortage of staff! I saw probably 3 employees running around back and forth, one was getting frustrated because he stated he doesn't know his "cars." I waited 15-20 minutes for 2 items! I went home, and one item was missing. I called and they said that they actually didn't have the item at the store yet NOBODY was able to inform me and I was still charged. Burundi Kayanza. That was the surprise I accidentally found at this Target on a recent shopping trip. It's a hand picked limited roast whole bean coffee from Africa under Target's Hill Archer Farms label. I couldn't resist this airtight metal canister that came free with a pound of this coffee for $11.99. When I took it home to grind, the aroma and taste were fantastic. This Target just keeps getting better. I originally came in here to buy a large 25 inch luggage for my trip. I expected to pay over $100 for something decent. What I found was a set of 5 pieces of luggage for $60 with a limited 5 warranty. Besides the 25 incher, it also had a 21 inch carry on, large gym bag, computer bag, and small bag. And the wheels spin 360 degrees and not just forwards. I don't expect it to last like my Samsonite, but how could I resist? Another surprise: I was bummed when Target shut down their optical department where I got my last pair of specs. But since that time, they replaced it with a grocery section compete with meats and produce. They've always had bread, frozen and canned goods. It felt like an upscale Wal Mart. They're not as cheap, but this is a way better store. What's also cool about this Target is that there is a Henry's Market next door if you want even more grocery items.. There are lots of other cool restaurants and shops near in the same mini mall as this Target.. I have always liked this Target because it's huge with good selection. It is clean, well laid out, and employees are mostly helpful. They do a good job of collecting shopping carts and get you out the door fast. It's just a pleasant experience overall. read more

This Target is muchhh bigger and better stocked than the Brookhurst/Adams store! They have less self-checkout lanes, but that wasn't a problem because most cashier lines only had 1-2 customers in them and moved quickly. One of the employees greeted me with a big, "Happy Friday!" when I entered, which was nice and welcoming. I'll consider driving a little farther from home to come to this Target over the other one in the future. read more

Normally I like this target when I go in. I tried placing a pick up order and two hours later all it said was "processing". No tracking. No way to check the status. Nothing. I'd get it taking this long if it was a big order, but it was literally 5 items that were all in the same department. It should never take that long. The online selection is also very limited when I know for a fact they have more in stock. Really disappointing. read more

Huge Target with ample parking. Conveniently located in the same shopping center as Sprouts so you can do all your housewares shopping and your grocery shopping in one stop. Better prices on health items than some other locations in the area. Only downside to this location is that the checkout lines can get really long. Waited in line for the lady in front of me to complete her transaction before the checker informed me and the customer behind me in line that she was closed. You'd think if she was going to close she could have told the two of us as we approached, not after we emptied our carts onto the conveyer belt?! Second checker was nice but it was irritating having to stand and wait in line twice for the same purchase. read more

NO!!! So basically my friend went to this target and when we was trying on costumes one security guard came up to her and accused her of stealing!!! She politely showed them the item she was gonna purchase and he left. Later on another security guard came up to her and started practically yelling and her saying that they knew she had something when in reality she didn't. Worst target ever. Right now we are dealing with the COVID-19 guidelines and the employees completely disregarded all of them. Our roommate was walking down the aisle near closing and one employee was following her extremely close restocking to the point of touching her. She's at risk for infection it's completely unacceptable that they were in her personal space and completely disregarding all guidelines. Not to mention we tried to make a return & they wouldn't accept it. My boyfriend is in the Navy & purchased a Kerig for me but I already had one. Unfortunately he was deployed so I tried to use my ID for a gift card. I'm the kind of person where I hardly ever make returns but they wouldn't accept it since it was costly. There was nothing in writing for the returns & wouldn't make an exception or help us in anyway. I hate to throw names out and normally I don't for negative feedback, but Laura was the name of the lady who "helped" us & had a major attitude when assisting us. After taking 15 minutes the store was closing - I went in an aisle with my mom for last minute (whom is disabled) and after taking 15 minutes for us to return another employee was trying to get us to leave immediately as well. Normally I am pretty understanding & I have anxiety so I try to never have a problem but today was COMPLETELY unacceptable. They completely disrespected the 6ft COVID guidelines - now that's expected for customers but employees that's completely ridiculous, especially considering just today they announced the California lockdown. That being said, it's understandable if they have a long day & had some issues, especially since close to closing but this store was NOT going through any rush hours, there were enough employees - and yet they still had awful service. One of the ladies that checked us out was nice, wearing gloves and extremely polite. But I've never had such awful service at a target before, and target is my favorite store. read more

This location has changed since my last review. There is now a CVS on-site. The grocery section has been revamped and expanded. They have self-checkout. Best of all, their customer service has greatly improved. I once asked at the optical department where I could buy a glasses case, and the nice optician just gave me one. More recently, I was not feeling well and I was a little confused by the new self-checkout register, and a friendly employee got me on my way quickly and easily. I'm glad I never went looking for a Wal-Mart. Target is better than ever now. read more
