I'm so happy they have a location that is closer than the Huntington Beach location. It isn't far but this one is more convenient for me. I love coming here, you will definitely be overwhelmed by this store since there is almost too much stuff to look at. I didn't even know a store like this existed, I've been going to Michael's all my life until someone kept mentioning this place. For some reason I thought it was more like toys and stuff. The "hobby" threw me off, haha. But this store has everything you can possibly find to decorate your entire house. And every time there's a holiday, it is literally filled with amazing things right up front and I always get something cuz it's too cute to pass up. Be sure you have time to spend here because you can't just go in there for a quick minute. So many gift ideas and holiday ideas here.

    Great deals!

How does this type of magic exist? Came in not knowing what to expect. Walked in and blacked out from having way too much fun. Went home feeling extremely satisfied. Hobby Lobby is like a Michaels/Home Goods/Joanns/TJ Maxx type of hybrid. My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for some pretty canvasses to hang up in our bedroom and we spent so long in there and had so much fun that I forgot the concept of time. We loved how the decoration part of the store was split up by aesthetic! It was like having a treasure hunt. On one hand, it might be difficult to shop since everything is not necessarily grouped together. BUT you can also get inspired by the little displays down the aisles. I also found some of the CHEAPEST puzzles of all time at Hobby Lobby! I love Disney Thomas Kinkade puzzles but those tend to be $20-$30. I found them here for $10!!!! DISNEY WOULD NEVERRRR haha I also loved that everything was basically on sale. It made it that much funner to shop! I WILL BE BACK HOBBY LOBBY!

Manager was horribly rude and sounded annoyed for no reason. The customer service just isn't there.

We came during the week around midday, so parking was easy to find, but if you're coming on a weekend or in the evening, I'd recommend arriving early since parking is limited. Our instructor, Sage, was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the entire pottery-making process and making it feel approachable even for beginners. We made two pieces total--one hand-built and one thrown on the wheel--which was really fun and exciting to try. The whole experience was creative, relaxing, and unique. I would definitely recommend this class and will be suggesting it to friends and family!

We took the one-time pottery class and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of them. After your class you're supposed to get an email a few weeks later to schedule glazing. I never got the email, had to reach out twice to get any contact. Then after glazing you're supposed to get another email to pick up your pieces. Guess what, I never got it and had to reach out again. Overall it took us over 3 months from the first class to get our pieces. It's a great concept and fun but would not recommend this business to anyone.

I have spent weeks trying to resolve this issue professionally and patiently, and I am extremely disappointed by the way your company has handled it. The class was canceled by your company - not by me - yet I have still not received either a replacement class, a gift card, or a refund despite numerous attempts to contact your team. I have called multiple times (at least seven separate occasions) and was repeatedly told that my information and emails would be passed along to management. I was later informed by an employee that my concerns were apparently never even documented or forwarded. That level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable for a business handling customers' money. I was initially told I could reschedule into another class, but then informed that no one even knows when another Fort Worth pop-up class will happen. After that, I was promised a gift card, which I also never received. At this point, I have been given nothing but inconsistent answers, ignored communications, and false assurances while your company continues to hold over $300 of my money. Your policy regarding missed classes is irrelevant in this situation because I did not fail to attend a scheduled class -- your company canceled the event and failed to provide a reasonable alternative afterward. 1 am formally requesting a full refund of $300.94 immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be moving forward with: A chargeback/dispute through my bank Public reviews detailing my experience Complaints through consumer protection channels and the Better Business Bureau Sharing my experience publicly across social media platforms I wanted to resolve this directly and professionally, but the complete lack of communication and accountability has made this experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expect a response and resolution within 48 hours. Sincerely, Alisha Sawkins

This was for a public class on a Saturday at around 4:30 PM. The class consisted of 8 people max and seemed to be all couples. All of the equipment was prepared like an apron, clay, pottery wheel, etc. We had an instructor that was very knowledgeable and explained everything from start to finish. Complex technicals were explained in layman's terms. We were given enough clay to create 3 pieces but could keep up to two. The instructor also frequently went around to check everyone's pieces and was able to troubleshoot as needed. It was a fun experience but be very prepared to get your hands dirty! The glazing portion was separate from the class. There was no reservation needed for that so I did it the same day that I went to see the ceramics. For parking, street parking could be hit or miss depending on the time. I'd recommend coming early to have ample time to find parking. Overall, I enjoyed the experience enough. It could have been perfect if the staff here remembered to follow up on when the ceramics were ready for pickup. I am happy with the end result though.

They couldn't find it under either. Jennifer, the owner messaged me on the side and offered studio credit for when we come back to glaze. I appreciate that offer since my bf and I had to and have to coordinate this date to come to the studio. I live around half an hour away and he lives over an hour away, which made it that much more disappointing when we drove all the ways last time only to be told it was lost. I messaged and asked to see if it was possible to have our pottery ready this time for when we came to glaze to prevent further mishap. They were kind and had our pottery ready for when we head back. I was happy with how our pottery turned out. It was with the red clay so it looked tan. Ashley helped us with the glazing. She gave us tips and instructions. They have a ton of different colors. They have a color section that's easier to work well and good with designs. There's also another set of colors that have some details and undertones. I picked four colors and hoped for the best. It's interesting because the more special glaze are all shades of gray, even when you paint it on. It's really is trusting the process. They put our pottery on the rack and told us it would be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks. I'm hoping the pick up this time goes better! This glazing experience went well and I appreciate, Jennifer, the owner, reaching out personally and offering the studio credit.
