Really slow service waited for over ten min for a coffee at the Starbucks they need more people working at peak times on the weekend

I will tell you that this is the best Target in its region, and that's not my opinion that's after being reviewed by corporate. and Chris L it is too bright if you are high and they did a lot more than add concrete balls, for example the whole store front is changed they added cooled and frozen goods and yeah they moved stuff around. Target has this strange effect on me. I always have the intention of purchasing ONE ITEM. That's it. And, somehow, when I'm leaving the store I find myself carrying a bag or two of a bunch of items, but it's hard not to resist their cheap items. I usually resort to shopping here instead of going to grocery stores. And they also have such great sales when it comes to clothing. read more

On 8/29/2011 I visted this location. I was looking for a dvd in the movie section which I couldn't find. I paged for help and a lady from the clothing department came over. I asked her if they had the new wwe dvd she asked the electronics section guy who also showed up after her. He said no without even asking for the title of the dvd. When I brought this up to him he told me they don't carry any wwe dvds'. I know this is not true because I saw a WrestleMania dvd on the shelf. If this guy didn't know if they carried it he should asked someone who knew. I then went to the beauty section to find some hair gel. The isle was set up ridiculously. The hair gels were spread throughout the isle mixed on the shelfs with shampoos. I saw an employee helping another customer. I went to ask her if they had the gel I was looking for. The customer thought I was trying to get by her and moved her basket, I told her I had a question for the employee. The customer told me the employee wasn't on the clock. If she wasn't on the clock what was doing in uniform and wearing a name tag helping another customer? I got upset left my basket and walked out. The employee never said a word. I tried filing a complaint through there website but it kept telling me my comment was wrong. I called there customer service department instead and the lady I talked to didn't even sound interested. read more

I bought my iPhone and Apple Care here, I'm a fairly new customer and recently shattered my screen so I wanted to call and ask a few questions about what my options were. I called to check what my iPhone serial number was and the man in electronics was absolutely rude. I have never been spoken to like that before, he mocked me and was frustrated that I even called. I bought my Apple Care and my iPhone at target hoping to avoid all the chaos of Apple, but after my phone call I will never use their electronics again. DO NOT BUY YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE the service is terrible! Spend a little more cash and go to the Apple Store! read more

Target is a nicely curated if you are just there to browse and impulse buy, but if you are just trying to buy the things on your list it is a headache. Paper towels in the random corner between groceries and the pharmacy, why?? You have to walk around forever to find specific things (which is probably their MO but it is annoying). My irritation is not reflected in my rating because I know that it is probably a corporate decision, not the fault of this particular store. read more

Employees have a incredibly difficult time putting returned items back where they belong and I ended up with a curtain rod that was too short and paid the higher price for the bigger rod in my exchange for the "bigger one" and I have to drive all the way back and return this item yet again. Very poor management and item placement on the employees. read more

I had a problem with a stroller I ordered online so I went in to return it.. I bought it on my red card but when target switched over to the chip system and sent me my new card apparently I got a new account number so they weren't able to locate the stroller off of my old card so after getting the run around for THREE AND A HALF HOURS at customer service and talking with Tyler, one of the cashiers who at least tried to help me couldn't complete the process he got his manager, Mike who didn't care at all about customer service and it showed in his attitude completely... so we left. Then my husband called and talked to the store manager Katie so I went back because she told him she could help me with my issue but after talking with her she was completely incompetent and could not work any of the computers so she had an employee do everything while she stood there looking at her personal phone. This Target is a good one except they keep changing around everything!! It's hard to find what you're looking for. It's very clean and has everything you'd expect a target to have. Watch out for parking. That place is a madhouse! read more

Target coupon policy is ok...the only thing is....99% of the employees can't read or choose not to understand it...pretty easy to understand.. They like to lie to customers about policys they have NO clue about....But in the end I was able to show them they were full of Crap and liers.... Awful experience from the pickup department! The whole point of ordering and prepaying for an item is to be able to swoop in the front door of the store, avoid traipsing all over, and just get your purchase and go. So the young guy holding a shattered phone was of zero help to me. No record of my transaction that had occurred two hours earlier. He asked me to look it up on Target.com. What am I doing in a store that is asking me to go back online to research my transaction? I left the store empty handed, then sat in my car in the parking lot for about 20 minutes calling in to godawful Target central located in various Third World enclaves. Needless to say, I still don't have the absolutely ridiculous bottle of hair conditioner that started this wild mongoose chase and I feel even more ridiculous for wasting my time recounting this pathetic consumer tale. very unhappy with the unprofessionalism and pure rudeness of this store's staff, particulary the customer service/returns desk and "managers!" last night (night before black friday) i noticed a ad they have going on for bath towels $2... the very same bath towels i had bought less than a week earlier and paid $9.99 each for!!!! i called before driving all the way back to clackamas to get my price adjustment and the lady said yes they will honor it and just bring my receipt. i drove, i get there and cooincidently there is a girl behind me for same reason, but different items... i didnt even get out my situation and was treated like a criminal or thief!! they were incredibly rude, told me no immediatly even after i told her i just called and was told yes 20 minutes ago. the other customer was irrate and said they have to honor it since we both called and were told they would, another manager came down, totaly stuck up and smug while engaging in a personal conversation as well as getting around to tell us that they will not, no way, no exceptions and she will make a announcement to the cashiers to educate them on this! completely rude, unprofessional, lack of respect, manners and customer service ettiquette. i hate this store for parking and traffic but now i can add their poor people skills and customer treatment to the list of why this target is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I was excited when I went shopping at Target & the one-stop shopping. When I got home I was looking for the stove-top griddle I had purchased & thought maybe I had put it back on the shelf & decided not to purchase it. A couple days went by & I was looking at the receipt & discovered the griddle was on my receipt! I called the store to see if the cashier had set it aside. He had no such report & was having another employee look at the recording that they have of people leaving the store. A gentlemen called me back & said the griddle was on the left side of my cart as I left the store. I was rather surprised since it never made it to my house. Not sure how they can see what items are in your cart if they are in bags?? He pretty much was calling me a liar which I didn't appreciate. I remember specifically returning my cart to the "cart returns" place as I had to go an aisle away to return it. I would have heard it rattling around in the cart if I hadn't put it in my trunk. If the griddle was in my cart then someone must have taken it out of my cart very quickly without me noticing. The cart was right next to my trunk, so don't think that is possible. I packed up all the items that I had not opened or used & returned them the following day. This was about 1/2 of my purchases.When I spoke to the returns clerk & tried to explain why I was returning my items, she could hardly wait for me to be finished. Her response was, "would you like cash back or the $$ put back on your debit card." That was it! I won't ever shop at Target again!! Their loss, but someone else's gain. I went to the Clackamas Promenade Target to return 2 pairs of shoes I had purchased for my daughter, that turned out to off in size. They were new with tags attached. I explained that I did not have my receipt, and that I only pay in cash, so looking the purchasing history up in their system on a Debit/Credit Card, would not work for me. As the total only amounted to about $14, I din't think there would be a problem. I was wrong. It was a Sunday, so the Store Manager was off, but Yen, the MOD, flat out refused any store credit or accepting the shoes back whatsoever. Considering the large, and still fresh in memory breach of security of patron's personal information, I might have expected a more empathetic response from her. (I was not affected, as I say, I only pay cash at that store. Did only pay cash.) I gave a pair of shoes away to a little girl and her mother in the parking lot, which turned out to be rewarding, so all was not lost. However, as a single mother of 3, on a somewhat fixed budget Target has lost thousands of dollars in revenue from myself, as I will never shop at any Target store again. The worst of it was Yen, the manager on duty, had the gall, and disregard, to actually apologize to the customer in line behind me, "Sorry about that." Yen, you were way out of line. It was your lack of professionalism and courtesy, especially on that last note, that has made me decide to no longer do any business at this store. (I, too, work for a retailer. And we strive to make you happy. Why our stock is worth more, we strive for world class customer service.) Target gets a zero in my book. read more
